A perfect 10 for this location. Service, employees, promptness, and Helpfulness-all Excellent! I have a difficult car to oil change and went to 3 different places and finally Jiffy Lube to the rescue! Thank you Gabriel and crew. You guys rock!

Went for a lyft inspection. The staff communicated well and Juan was super helpful. It was late in the day so I wasn't sure they'd be able to fit me in. When I got there they initially said the wait would be an hour, but I only had to wait about 20 minutes. The inspection was quick and I was on my way.

Juan, who I believe is the manager or supervisor at the location I visited, was so kind and welcoming when I pulled up. His dimeanor and manner in which he communicated with me was extremely professional. He's a wonderful asset to the location and his staff was professional.

Unfortunately I am disappointed with Juffy Lube. I was using their service for the last 6 month for oil change. All the car maintenance places i've used before would always inspect the breakers, while doing oil change in order to avoid costly repairs. Apparently its not something JIffy Lube does, so i ended up paying 800$ for breaks repair. Those expenses could easily be avoided if mechanics from Juffy Lube would spend 30 seconds of their time to inspect the car properly....So i am going back to regular mechanic shop, who can take care of my car on time.

This is another neighborhood business I went to. I knew my van needed a "pick-me up" and the Service agent helping me was great. He explained what I may need and I chose what to do knowing the milage I put on.When the agent was done after skillfully working I was Satified and confident in how much better my van drove down the road. I will g I again.

I have an ahi q7 and have gone to this location multiple times on certain occasions the staff looked at my car and makes an excuse why they can t service my car there is an employee named Brandon that goes outta his way to make sure my oil change gets done he is such a good person and does his job so well instead of being lazy and not wanting to do the oil change on my Audi due to it being a lil more difficult he steps up and goes above and beyond with his customer service he is definatly the best employee at this location !

The first one did not open. The poor kid working there stated he was unsure if they would open today.???The second one would not honor the coupon emailed to me from Jiffy LubeLet's see how the third one does....The third one failed, too. They did not have the gear to rotate tires on a Jeep Grand CherokeeUnbelievable....

Uneventful - which is exactly what you want. I pulled up, and there were cars ahead of me. A young man directed me to pull up to the stall that almost finished. He got my information from my license plate, looked me up, and asked if I was there for my oil change. He had all my preferences already noted. He got my mileage, replaced my oil and filter, checked, and added other fluids. Then reset my change oil reminder on the dash.Who could ask for more?

I think the manager should be fired for not hired the right crew to do their job they walk slow they don't move fast they take their time but time they actually come and talk to you it's already been 20 minutes the same fast service you might as well go to the DMV same feeling if you want to sit there and die of a heart attack or grow old

Plenty of reasons, I was one of the very few first ones there and right off the bat the staff was cursing and talking about fighting people. Okay whatever. I went to get a oil change and tire rotation. After the oil change they did not offer a dip stick check, did not show me the old transmission filter and new one, did not offer to replace my air filters. Won't go back, not worth it. .Service: Oil change

The guys are great there. I usually go to the one in Tarzana, but I wouldn't make it that far getting off at 5:10. At first I wasn't sure since they didn't acknowledge me for 15 mins but once it was my turn, they were all awesome. The only thing to be aware of is the pricing they give you doesn't include the $25 labor fee they add on at the end. Keep that in mind.
