Easily the best experience I ve had with a tire shop, so glad to have been referred here. I ve been twice for an alignment and a new set of tires. Each visit was quick and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and kind. They listened to and answered all of my questions throughly. Great service, great prices, and a well kept shop. If you re looking for a tire place in the valley, this one is the best!

This place is thee place to go for any of your wheel/tire concerns. They offer a quick and efficient service and have staff that is ready to attend you. No appointment needed simply pull up.Came in for some new tires for my new 19 inch wheels. I was given a good price for a set of four used tires. They even rebalanced my wheels for free when i noticed vibration coming from the wheels a few days later.Good prices, quick service, honest technicians.

There was a left over piece of a screw inside one of my tires that fell in when I tried to plug a hole in the tire. Went to 2 places this morning, one said no the other was too crowded. Went here after. Very clean and tidy place. Not too congested, easy to get in. A gentleman walked out of the office and asked what I needed done. He removed the tire himself and took the metal piece out. Didn't take more than 10 mts. Very courteous service. Very reasonable price. I was really happy and would keep going for tire repair needs.

I went to this shop for rear tires, the guy with beard looked the size of my tires. Everything was fine until they tried to trick me selling me cheap tires for high prices. Matter fact those cheap tires weren t the same size as the orignal. They switched the tires around and made my car to pull in one direction to another and shakes. They didn t even balance my llantas . I went back for refund and I was denied. Terrible service, I also asked them to keep my used tires because my brother needs one for his car but didn t happen. Se pasan de verga. There are so many tires shop around the area so it is not worth going with them because the will sell you CHEAP TIRES and DIFFERENT SIZES as long they make profit. The owner should on check his o her employers.

Very knowledgeable, very reasonable and extremely honest!! A bit of a rarity nowadays but this shop really is all three.. I bought a set of wheels and tires and brought them here today to be installed. I was told what I bought would fit my car for sure however neither the front wheels or tires fit at first. Thankfully the guy helping me out was smart enough to slap some spacers on there and recommended I go down a size on the tires and they fit like a glove! I also needed different lug bolts that he was able to sell me there and get the job done quick.I paid him half, then went to grab the rest of the cash to avoid the credit card fee, paid him when I got back then left happily. About an hour later I was looking at the cash I had left in my pocket and realized I was short $60. I did the math 30 times over in my head and played the scenario out 30 times again and was positive I accidentally overpaid the guy. I ran back to the shop and explained what had happened and the guy believed me and returned my money. Absolutely stand up shop here! I highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be coming back to give them my business.

They told me they had a tire they didn t . I drove there just so they can tell me they don t have it. Very unapologetic & rude.Called again today just so he can forget about me on the line. Unprofessional

So far I have brought three vehicles here and each time I was greeted with courtesy. The prices are very fair! I'm pleased with every interaction I've had here. Sam has been great as has Chuy. I will be bringing all my vehicles here for tires and alignments and suspension as needed

First time here. Sam was very nice and helped me get new tires for my Honda--Honest, great price, and great service. No appointment is needed. I waited on my car and it did not take long at all. It was fun people watching all the cutomers that come in with tire concerns and how quickly the staff takes care of them. I will come back again.

$80 for a used tire (not installed). Plus a fee if you pay with a debit card se pasan de verg. All because my dad didn't want to wait at Mark's, where everyone goes (for a reason). We were in a hurry but it ended up biting us in the a. Well, at least we know to stay away from these parasites next time.

This place was quick and they also told me about the fix a flat that ruined my wheels. Not only did they do that but they went ahead and fixed it for me for free. This was something that most places would never do. Thank you guys.

Been coming to these guys for a good 15 or so years, EVERY TIME I come in, top notch! Always fast, affordable and friendly! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Sam did a fantastic job on an alignment on my 4 runner. 3 other places couldn't align it correctly. But Sam took nearly an hour and a half to get the camber and caster corrected to the right angle. Now the truck drives straight and smooth. Honest pricing too.

Came in with a rental and the owner of the rental referred them. They were quick , efficient and I ll be bringing my own car in cause from what I experienced I trust my own vehicle will be in good hands

Dishonest, dude told me $20 to fix tire, I go to register and they try to charge me $35. I told the guy who tried to charge what my quoted price was then he goes to ask guy who gave me original price the. Came back and changed it to $20. That s bad business man.

Got tires 5 months ago that we re supposed to have 90% life left on them along with a balance and alignment. The first tires they gave my made the car shake and pull in one direction in another trip they switched around the tires and it made it so that the car just pulled to the other direction. 3 trips later they put a different set of tires on the car. Now not even 5 months into driving on them and I already need 2 new tires. I called and they said there is no warranty on used tires but would check the alignment for me. Was really hoping they would try to work with me a bit since the tires are so new and didn t live up to what they told me they would live up to.

I was referred to J&J by Filo at MTZ Auto Repair in Winnetka. I just needed my front driver side tire switched with a spare tire I had that was off the rim. It only cost me $15. Sam attended to me and they did the job fast, less than 15 minutes. I got there around 8:30am. I mentioned to Sam about a couple of other problems I think I may have with my car. I thought I needed an alignment on my rear wheels, but he said the camber alignment on the rear wheels can only be fixed by getting new shocks. And I mentioned I've hit some huge potholes several times, and I was concerned I damaged something on my front suspension. But Sam said everything was okay.My car is an old scruffy looking 2001 Ford Focus hatchback. It's an easy target for a shop looking to do unnecessary repairs. But Sam didn't try to "sell me" on anything, not one bit. He could've tried to convince me to buy a new pair of rear shocks, but he didn't. So I am confident that this place can be trusted, and you don't have to worry about being ripped off. AAA+

I shopped around and J&J gave me the best deal around. I got brand new Goodyear tires for a great price. Chuy definitely took care of me.

Terrific price and a good crew! All four tires replaced balanced and mounted back on the vehicle in record time!. Recommend coming here in the morning when it's slow.

Prices for services are great. I have a couple friends who tell me they swear by them, and I can understand why. They take care when mounting tires to your wheels.

Service was quick. But if your getting a tire patched bring cash with you. They only take cards on things over 20 dollars.

Wonderful place to go, we popped a tire went here to get it replaced turns out the tire they gave us was faulty and we had to fill it up every couple of days until we were able to go back, and they fixed it free of charge :) they're super fast, friendly and they correct their mistakes!
