This is my 3rd time doing business with J and Ed's. During each visit I was provided with friendliness, fair prices, professionalism and great work quality. I consider myself a lifetime customer of this business and would encourage anyone, especially if you live in or near San Fernando Valley, to give them a try. This review is in no way solicited . This is an honest review of the great quality of work that I received on repairing my vehicle . I have experience countless body shops in my 54 years on this planet . The quality of service and the workmanship that was performed on my wife's car is jaw dropping . The professionalism from the staff and Edwin who is the owner has really made me reevaluate the body shops that I've been to in the past . I don't know how these guys were able to get my wife's car to a brand new condition . My wife was involved in a really bad accident and I thought for sure that the car would be totaled by the insurance company . I personally did not even think that the car was fixable. The paint job is absolutely flawless .If I could give these guys 10 Stars I most certainly would . I am a customer for life . Finding a good Auto Body guy is harder than finding a good woman . And when you find them you hold on to them and continue the relationship . I will refer these guys to anyone that I know that needs auto body work . It is a family-run business and the quality of service that we received was outstanding ! The owner Edwin communicated with me during the entire process . His attention to detail is really way way above the norm . His dedication and his need to make the customer happy is extremely apparent , he is honest and fair , not to mention he really made me feel like family .Service: Auto body & trim repair

I always go here for any of my car problems. Talk to Ed he's the owner. All of them are really nice and try to help you out. 100% would recommend them.

Google maps said they were open Saturday morning,they but when I went by there at 10:30, the gates were locked up and the didn't answer their phone.

Just got my car back and it looks amazing!!! Honestly, it looks even better than when I first purchased it. I took it in after being rear-ended only had damage to the bumper when I picked it up I saw that the whole car had been polished and it was beautifully shiny black, I'm telling you looked better than when I first bought it!!!there was two scratches that went from the back door to the bumper that had also been removed. Highly recommend this place!

These guys are saints. I hit a curb and my bumper was dragging on the road. Most places I called didn't have time to see me. One shop gave me a quote of at least 250 minumum and still wouldn't be able to do it until next week. By chance I see j&Ed's on the way back home and pull in. Oscar helped me right away even though they were slammed. Told me to go get a part from Honda for 20 bucks and this dude fixed my car for FREE since it was a minor job. I was almost in tears from their service. Anything I need, I'm going here from now on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They are nice and courteous. However, they are going through legal problems which is compelling them to accept only cash and cashier checks for payment. Also, my bumper was damaged and it took them about 3 weeks to fix.

This body shop is one of a kind. My 2014 Mercedes C250 was a total disaster. I didnt think anyone could save it. I didnt want it totaled bcuz I love it so much.Thanks to J & Ed's, they made it look like new. I was so happy with the end results. It was like nothing ever happened. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional top notch service. They are dedicated, determined and dependable!!

Came in today wanting to repaint some scratches to my Toyota Corolla and came back out brand new! BIGGEST SCAME EVER. They want over $1000.00 for one day storage?Car was involved in an accident yesterday and the tow truck took it there without my knowledge.YOU GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS !!!
