I have lived I. the area for over 15 years and have brought all my cars here, they ALWAYS provide the BEST PRICES & SERVICE !!! I ha e never had any issues with them, from Battery replacement, Oil changes, NEW tires, brakes, and serpentine belt change. They are always busy and they give each customer the BEST attention, yes sometimes could be a wait but that's when you drop it off a d pick it up later, like any other shop. "THEY ARE THE BEST!!"

I called to get information about a tire twice! Both times the the person who answered the phone was rude!! Acted annoyed and frustrated! You should teach your employees about customer service! Especially if someone is calling to get get information. This makes me not even want to try this place! If this is the experience over the phone I can only imagine what to expect in person! Maybe hire someone who doesn't mind answering the phone and answering questions!!!

In n Out in about 1.5 hours on a Saturday morning, way better than the other place that said 'drop it off, we'll get to it'. Price point fantastic, undercut the place down the street by quite a bit.Great experience.

These guys are AWESOMENESS! Fast , friendly and good. NATO was the best. He came out of the office from behind a desk full of papers to help. I was recomend to GAT from regular mechanic atFlash Auto and the best recommend the best. The price was unbeatable and I got road hazzard for my tires. Even if you have to drive far, call and tell them your coming. Grab a snack, a beverage and go. My old tires were way past due. And I'm not sure how much glory it holds but they have a hole there, when you go see if you can find it!

After a tire bust in the morning while dropping kids to school, I needed someone who would pick up the call and take me in the same morningGrand American tires were great! They were very assuring as well as I was in and out of the appointment in the morning and they had the tire in stock. Definitely will be taking my business to them again.

Had a flat tire this morning 15 miles from home. Went to Grand American Tire on Saticoy. They were so kind & professional. They gave us a great deal and we were in & out in no time at all. I went from so stressed to so grateful in a matter of minutes. Thank you Grand American Tire

Absolutely incredible, fast service (in and out in 20 minutes), no BS pricing (lump sum OTD estimates). I don't think I have ever experienced such a painless automotive service experience. 6 stars!

I called ahead to check tire availability and to get a quote as the site didn't give prices. Kenny was very kind and professional. I asked about coming in asap and he gave me an approximate wait time. The final price met the quote and the wait time was nearly exact. The only downside was that they didn't explain all that came with the service I there for until I asked at the end. Not a big deal but I'd love the information exchange. Will be returning.

So happy with my experience! Open on Sunday. Came in with a tire in bad shape. They had what I needed and were able to swap it out for me. In and out in less than 20 mins!

I needed a new tire and came here. I am very happy with the service I received. They have great prices and the workers are friendly. Ernie assisted me and he answered all of my questions. I also spoke to a gentleman named George: he was a sweetheart.

Arrived and one person was in front of me in cue to get serviced. Spoke with the man up front to inquire about deal advertised online for 4 tires was told the deal was old and out of date. Then was told price was $220 and shown a new flyer even though it s is advertised as out of the door price including tax and disposal . Regardless they charged me tax for a total of $240.Was then told my car would be serviced in a bout 45 minutes.Went to eat across the street came back and my car had not even been lifted to begin tire change.Then, was told tires were changed and I realized only two were changed, so I brought it up to the mechanic s attention. They were trying to have me leave when getting away with only having changed two tires.They continue onto changing all 4 all over again after I complain and the tire mechanic breaks one of the tire studs off one of the tires.He seemed like he was carry on lazily, unconcerned and unprofessional.Complained to the front desk about tire mechanic breaking the tire stud and they said they were not responsible.If I was them I would get new service members. One didn t care about providing service to clients, the other gentleman is far too old to be working.Was not impressed not one bit. Would have opted to pay $100 more for better service and tire quality elsewhere.

If I had an option I would give 0 stars. Shop owner and older workers behind the counter were rude. And to make matters worse the Tire was over priced. They had their mind set on a price and wouldn't even offer a little reduction on the price. So to pay $180.00. When I just had paid $460.00 for a set 4 tires 2 months prior before I needed a new one it was robbery. But i had no choice i needed a Tire So I had to pay that price. And one of the old gentlemen that works there came to yell at me to move my car cuz he neede the spot i was parked on but before that i was in the waiting room talking on the cellphone with my Attorney the owner came to shut me up told me to go outside in the heat to talk. Very very Rude people. REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE AT EAGLE TIRES

Always the best price from these guys! I always shop around and these guys are consistently less $ for the exact same tires sometimes by hundreds of dollars. I own numerous trucks that I use for my construction company and am always buying tires so I really have to shop and compare. I always come back here for the best price. And they rotate for free and will even rebalance for a small fee and many times they wave it so I just tip their guys with the $. Great store!

After calling 5 other tire shops in the SFV looking for a set of 4 specific model tires for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler, I came across Grand American Tire from a Google Search. I spoke with Kenny who promptly, professionally, and kindly answered my questions. He was the only one, of all the other places I called, who offered me another tire, at an even better price, when the one I requested wasn't available. The other shops didn't take the time to offer an alternative, and we're audibly annoyed at my questions regarding other options.Additionally, when I arrived, I was greeted by first name by Kenny when I walked in. I was shown to a waiting room, and after waiting the expected amount of time, I was again greeted by Kenny to let me know everything was done. No hidden fees, no upselling, no sleazy sales tactics. All service people at the shop smiled and said hello when approached. Although I won't be needing tires for quite some time, I'll be returning here for other service in the future. Best customer service I've received from am auto shop in my 30 years of living in the SFV.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE. I had a flat tire that was unsalvageable. Tried to make an appt with the dealership but nothing until 12/27! So I went here and WOW. Fast. Affordable. Kind. And no attempts to upsell me. I dropped by and got in and out in less than 90 minutes for a tire change which wasn t bad considering how busy they were.

Good job guys..... quick and easy.....decent price.Just went back again on 1/6/22 and need to update my review . The reality is that this place is a squalid, unkept , dirty shop. It s amazing that the staff that work there accept the condition of the shop and the offices they work out of. Clean up the place for goodness sake! I brought in the latest add (1 day old) and was looking for a specific tire. He said the price went up 40% for that tire . The add meant nothingrelative to the new price, even though the add was only 1 day old. At the end of the day, this tire shop is s messy, hit or miss place with no particular objective advantages.

What can I say about this tire shop . Let s start with professionalism from start to finish! These guys are all badass customer 1st approach. They treated us so well I will continue my business there as long as im in this area. No appointment needed, best prices/service in the valley and to top it off quick and reliable service! I can t recommend Grand American tires enough! (Canoga location) Top of the line gentlemen I m in impressed!

October 7, 2022I bought today Goodyear Assurance Finesse 245/60R18. I paid cash $245 out the door. The counter sales person George overpriced me explaining about the price increase. I feel I was ripped that when I got home I compared with prices at Walmart, the price of the tire is $138 uninstalled.Last July 29, 2022 I bought this tire here and I only paid $185 installed.Today, i paid too much and it s overpriced.I was overcharged $60.I have bought tires from Grand Am Tire for many years but nothing like today.This a very bad sale.I demand a $60 refund.Armando

I went there for a new set of tiresThey gave me a fair price. However, I was told it would take 45 minutes, so I went on a walk for that time. It took over 2 hours in a non air conditioned place. I wish they would ve just told me how long. I would have made arrangements
