This has been a great auto repair shop. Shawn is fair and knows his stuff. We've been bringing our 2016 Honda Odyssey here for warranty work and they've expedited it when we've needed it. He also is able to look ahead to see what kind of issues might arise in the future so we can stay on top of it. Highly recommend!

I always come here to get whatever I need fixed for my FIAT and VERY affordable. Sean is so honest and hard working that he tries his hardest to get it done that same day! I can t see myself going anywhere else but at @EuropeanAutoWorks . They always have me leaving with my car better than it came in! The staff are all so friendly and very easy to communicate with. Amazing shop to take any Euro car for repairs/maintenance. They do really great work at a reasonable price. They also work with extended warranties to help you pay as little as possible. Avoid the stealerships and bring it here. Shawn is super helpful/knowledgeable on a variety of foreign cars. I really wanted to leave a review because I liked the interaction I had on the phone with the gentleman Sean who is very nice and it really just made me feel comfortable dropping my car off there. I haven t even been to the shop yet, but I can tell this is going to be the place I come for all my repairs just based on the way the phone call went. What a good shop!

Outstanding place and service... Shawn and his establishment provide world-class, professional service. He and his team have exemplary knowledge of all car makes, including Import/European cars, such as my Mini-Cooper. Shawn has an awesome way of communicating how to best handle all levels of your car's care. This business is focused on your long term business and patronage rather than profiting from an overpriced one-time repair. Drop off my 2017 gti this morning because of weird clunking sound on the rear both side. Shawn and his men did great. Found out that the sway bar was loose. And he charged me nothing!

SHAWN IS AMAZING. The worst thing is when your car breaks down and you don't know who to take the car to since you always feel like you are going to get ripped off. That is how I always felt until I met Shawn. He is the most honest mechanic ever. He shoots straight with me and tells me what needs to and does not need to be done. He is reliable, fair, and takes amazing care of my car. Shawn is the best in the business! I had certain issues that the BMW dealership couldn't even figure out, but Shawn was able to take care of the problem. Thanks for all of the service over the years! You are THE BEST!

I used to take my Mercedes to the dealership however the quality of service from Sean far exceeds the dealership. (Dealership charged me for changing air filters and they never did..)He serviced my car and gave me brand new tires, my car runs much more smoothly than before.He is very professional and he communicates with you so that you know what is needed to keep your car running optimallyNever going back to Mercedes dealership againTHANK YOU

I had to replace my engine on a Lexus CT200 Hybrid. Shawn got me a engine with very low mileage and my car is running like new. He did a great job and you will find out his prices a great comparison to other mechanics and very professional. I have been going to the shop for services for over 15 years because of the reasons I just wrote. You will never be disappointed. Thank you again Shawn for a great job.James (Oxnard CA)

My family and I have been taking our cars to EAW for the past several years. They offer excellent customer service. Shawn is smart, hardworking, honest, experienced, and an over-all great guy! He has a passion for cars unlike anyone else I ve ever seen and it really shines through his work. Additionally, the shop is super clean (which is a huge plus). We don t trust anyone else with our cars!!!! Thank you EAW for taking car of our cars!

I have been going to EAW many many years now. Shawn and Alex are always professional, prompt, honest and stand by their work. They have helped me maintain numerous aging cars for me and my family. They've handled every kind of job imaginable for me over the years and I've never had a a single complaint against them. They are up front with their pricing, tell me exactly what I need and what can wait to keep some money in my pocket for as long as possible. They warranty all their work, though fortunately I've never needed to bring a car back to them for warranty work, (knocking on wood). Their new location is centrally located in the valley so it's easy to get to. I'll continue bring my cars to EAW as long as they're operating, thank you!!

I called over the phone and spoke to Shawn, I needed my car serviced and he took me in the same day. He was fast, friendly, and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend him, glad to know there s a new guy I can trust in Canoga Park.

I've taken 2 of my cars for repairs here. Engine work on my BMW valve covers coils timing chain. Cars been running like a champ since they handed me back my keys. I also brought my infiniti for full tune up, struts and suspension work to be done. They are very straight forward and complete work with a timely fashion I recommend all my friends and family to go there.

Reputations are earned. For well over 20 years EAW has constantly reinforced their reputation with me and others who I've referred. My latest service was no exception, both for the expected maintenance service tasks as well as the safety related tasks that they recommended. All vehicles require maintenance and service. Shawn, Alex and Leo actually reduce the anxiety typically associated with caring for your car.

EAW has been my go-to shop for all of my vehicles for the last 5 years. I ve come to know the owner pretty well and I can tell you without a doubt that this is the guy you want taking care of you. He is kind, trust worthy, maticulous with his work, extremely knowledgeable and cares for your safety. Look no further, friends. You found a gem!

The work is by far on par or better than any dealership service. Sean the owner takes pride in his work and takes care of all customers and treats them as family. This is an amazing shop.

Amazing! The people there are extremely nice and professional. I wasnt able to do much to my car as I didnt have the money but he was willing to work with me and still got me back on the road with what he could do for me and in a timely fashion. Forgot to get a quote for an alignment and oil change, they didn't take advantage of me. Good pricing. Service was great. Not the fastest but will for sure go back.
