I'll make this quick and simple because we gotta keep rollin' Stop thinking twice. This is the place to be for all of your automotive needs. If you got savable flat tires, take your car here. They'll patch it up for you, check your tire pressures, rotate your tires FOR FREEEEEEEE! They are awesome.Look for Mike and MB. They will take good care of you tell them I sent you. Deals that can't be beat Just found this today (2/7/24) and I'll make sure my family and friends get their automotive needs here.

Great experience. Went in for an oil change. Was told I needed new tires. Came back to get my tires replaced and was given a good price and while there I had my smog test done. Everyone at Discount Tire Center were gracious, I didn t feel like you sometimes feel with a mechanic, like they were trying to upsell or cheat me. Great customer service. I will be going here for my car services.Earlier this year 2023 I had service done to my vehicle and had problems afterwards. I was surprised at the poor service as I had had no issues in the past. Not sure if there are new service providers but it was not a good experience.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The staff is absolutely amazing and very kind. The prices are very fair and reasonable. Will definitely be back for all my auto needs. A big thank you to Discount Tire for all of their help!!

Great friendly people with good prices. I called them for my 2017 Toyota 4 runner to get a tire fixed and they got me in right away no BS. Great store and service I will bring my truck here again when I am ready to change my tires.In the meantime, if you are looking for a great place, this is it.

My personal experience with Discount Smog Test. I brought in an older car..mid 90's that needed a smog test. It was a hot late afternoon, I pulled up to the smog test stall . An older gentleman gets up and heads my way while shaking his head at me. He asked what year the car was...and when I told him...he gave me excuses that it was "too hot to do it, and to come back in the morning or else the car would fail the test." I asked him politely to try anyways. He was like, okay. He walks up to the computer and guess what....he points out the computer is locked out and can't do the smog test. I'm sure this guy was too lazy to do the work, being a hot day it was. I went to a different shop near by, and they completed the test with a pass! And what's funny is, I passed by this place after I got the smog done..and what do I see? A more modern car being smog checked. So if you got a car 1999 and older, stay away (if in the afternoon)

Went in for a tire check as there was a nail and thought it needed repair. They are honest people! Nail was not long enough to puncture through and they still checked it againFilled up my tires and was ready to go!!! Fast service too!Thank you guys! ;)

I have been going to this Sherman Way location for over two years now with several different types of repairs for our cars and every time is a very worthwhile experience.I am always treated by George & Mike & their worthy crew with respect, honesty, a class A-1 job and an awesome price with special compensations for you recommending your friends. They are above honest and they do a great job at fair prices. They give you options and explain exactly what needs to be done, they answer all your questions, they are polite and friendly. And they don't keep you waiting a long time to finish the work.

I came in for an oil change, and was done in 30 mins. They were busy, and had amazing service. I wont be going back to my dealership to get oil changes. For $60 they do a synthetic oil change and rotate your tires. Hyundai of Van Nuys charges $60 just for rotating your tires.They were really professional and honest. Ocean told me that I don't need to do anything to my car until I hit 50k miles. The dealership always tries to sell you their services. They don't here, and I can appreciate that.

I have been coming to Discount Tire for 6 years now. They do more than just tires.As a girl, I know nothing about cars. When I knew I had come to the right place was when my older MBZ CLK 55 AMG which is out of warranty, needed work. The estimate from the dealership was over $11,000. I decided to shop it and called Mike. I fax'd him the estimate and he was furious. He said most of the things they wanted to do were just normal wear and tear and didn't need to be fixed. He chose 2-3 things which did need repair and $400 later (NOT $11,000...) it was done. That was 3 years ago and the car is fine.Mike and Gabe talk me out of unnecessary repairs, not into more. There is never an upsell.I also have a new BMW X5 5.0 M-series with big beefy tires. I only had roughly 2500 miles on the car and while 2 counties away I got a huge bolt in the tire. The tire places around there said they would have to replace my brand new $650 tire. I called Mike and told him the tire was holding air. He told me not to let them touch it and if I could, to bring it in. He would patch it for free and save me a lot of money. The other guys would only replace it as they didn't want the liability. Once again, Mike saved me a ton of money.Finally, the people that work there are just nice. When I pull in, they stop what they're doing to greet me. Once, Gabe even drove to my house to bring the battery charger so I wouldn't have to pay for towing. Please don't expect this (I don't...) but that's the kind of people they are. They wants things done right and they want you to be happy.I'm VERY happy! Thanks Mike & Gabe!

The owner will work with you if you hit a snag don't lose patience if you're working with other employees, give this place a second chance.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment but nobody told me that my front tires were wearing unevenly. Later that same day one of my front tires wore down so much that it went flat. Other tire shop showed me that other front tire was in same bad shape. I ended up buying 2 new tires from the other shop as I was stuck there. The people at Discount Tire are nice people, but they did not have my safety and best interest in mind. Someone failed to communicate the issue to the customer.

never coming back here for any job, lazy mechanics, bad customer service, don't care about any customer issues as long as they get paid for bad work. I had to go to another shop to fix the mickey mouse &crooked welding they did.

change prices on you when you get there with a current add,the add reads oil change 14.95. when I got there they try to tell me they cant do that price on a van, I understand it takes 1 qt more but they refuse to let me pay they extra qt price they want more than is even listed on there wall pluse the extra qt priceDONT TRUST THEM
