This is my 2nd visit and both dealt with William both times. I was quite happy with the 1st visit which is why I took the car back the 2nd time.I called William ahead of time, he gets busy and asked if he would have time to look at the car. Car was towed to shop at noon, I had not heard back from William and called at end of day for an update. he had not looked at the car but would let me know the following morning. No call from William that morning, I followed up early afternoon and he advised it needs a tune up, but did not have an estimate. It may also need a distributor cap. Following day I ask for the status of the car and an estimate which I am then told $450 for a tune up!To start I was never given an amount or a breakdown of these costs. I expressed my unhappiness of this and William's response "I can put the old parts back." It wasn't until he completed the work, which included an oil change, a distributor cap, spark plug wires and the tune up that I was given the price.Total time car was at the shop Monday noon - Wednesday 3pm $450 for a tune up! If William communicated that he was busy and that it may take a few days that is understandable, but this was never stated in addition to being provided an estimate. The invoice did not have a breakdown of each item replaced, just the total.
