I was rear ended and within a week my insurance wanted my car in the shop for repairs. Thanks to AAA, they sent me to this business. Right off the bat, Brian and his service rep team were very attentive, professional, and diligent with getting my car back on the road. The repairs were professionally handled by the technicians at this shop. Was very impressed and will be recommending to family and friends in need of repairs. Again, Brian and his team are to be recognized for their great service.

My catalytic converter was stolen from my 2013 Toyota Prius which of course no one ever plans for. I naively thought that cases of catalytic converter thefts had been on the decline but when calling around to shops to find out if they can help me, I was getting quoted months to even a year for replacement which was disheartening to hear since I need my car for work. Luckily my insurance found this shop for me & set up an appointment.Bryan met me & of course cautioned me that it may be difficult tracking down parts since there has been a backlog in the supply chain so that I'd have a realistic timeframe. Then he called around & by some miracle found one that could be sent over same day. He said they could have it installed along with the O2 sensor & coolant & ready for pick up by the next day! They followed through & had my car ready, keeping me informed along the way.Overall, I had a great experience with the staff (including the receptionist). They communicated with me well about everything & got my car back to me fast. They let me know if I had any issues that I don't hesitate & contact them to sort it out. I've had my car back for over a week & so far no issues. Very happy with the experience & would recommend.

I was very impressed with this shop. My car had some body damage and when I picked it up it looked brand new!! You could not tell anything had happened to it. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. I received text messages through out the repair to provide me with updates. The rental car was handled with Enterprise and I was able to leave it with Caliber. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Do business confidently with Caliber Collision on Alabama Ave. The receptionist really goes above and beyond to we sure you have a great experience and the management and workers are excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, they even handled the pick up and drop off of my rental while my car was being repaired. When I got it back it looked better than the day I bought it. I really thought they wouldn't be able to repair the damage done, but they really worked their magic. Thanks to you and your team!

I give body work an 100. Electronic reset of seat memory and remote trunk release not performed on time. Trunk contents tossed in as an after thought. Customer service was Excellent!! Will recommend this shop !Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision was so fantastic in helping me get my car fixed. I was recommended to them by Geico and the process was seamless. They even helped coordinate the rental I got. The actual repairs look amazing and I don't have any problems so far with their work. Fantastic overall. Definitely highly recommended

Where do I even start with this review!! I absolutely loved the whole process and how easy is was and very fast!!! Kari and Brian which were the people I worked closely within this process were so amazing and got everything done very efficiently!! Kari was very patient with me throughout this time, since it was my very first time getting into an accident and didn t know much about the process! I d definitely recommend this place to everyone who has or needs repairs on their cars! Made me fall in love with my car all over again

I just picked up my 2022 Hyundai after it was repaired for rear bumper damaged and the hatch back dent. Found flawed in the paint job and they tried to fix it but still had dimples. Promised to repair but it would will be another week...my mistake, I said I can come back. Took car home and washed it even though they said they needed to wash it before I picked it up. Second mistake, discoveref after washing the car the surface felt rough and the windshield looked like I went through a sand storm. I clay barred the windshield and car and it helped. I looked at the clay bar and I looked like there were red residue left on the clay.My suspicion is that they left the car parked somewhere near where they were sanding another car and it got on my car which is white white. Car' s paint is a mess and they did not apply the bumper protector strip.Very disappointed and after waiting almost 2 weeks. This is just today I will update if they resolve this.Shop Mgr was able to explain that the bumper protector was not applied because the paint was still new. She stated that I should have been told.Damage paint surface is being worked on to eliminate the surface contaminents. So we will see after it's completed.Plus side is the customer service was very good.

Car was ready as promised exactly on time. I was kept informed at every step and felt completely taken care of.My only complaint, and it's a back handed compliment really, the phone calls keeping me informed were a bit excessive. I know, I know, being too informed? Phone kept ringing to let me know what was gong on. Great company.

The estimator brian did a great job keep me updated with my vehicle repairs.When I picked my vehicle up. I did not recognize it. Brian did such a great job detailing my vehicle it look like a different vehicle I would recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family

Excellent customer service and quality body work. Highly satisfied.I only had issue with missing the black bolt covers for 2 bolts on my 2 front tires, but they were able to get me new bolts and locks for no additional cost, just wish the dealership they worked with put the covers back on because they are now missing. Not sure where to get them. Other than that issue everything else was seamless and excellent. Arthur provided excellent service and went above and beyond. Arthur and his team made getting our car looking brand new again easy, painless, and after a complete front bumper replacement, the car looks like the day we bought it. Edge seams are perfectly aligned, and the painter, Miguel, made sure the paint match is bang on. We were in and out of the office in minutes, and the interface with our insurance company was 100% hassle free. Having a complimentary wash during Covid was a much appreciated touch. When you're already stressed after an accident, having a perfect repair experience really does dial down the heart rate, and this team at Caliber made a believer out of me! I had just gotten in to a pretty bad accident where I was rear ended. This shop was amazing!! They got the car in the day after the accident and started work promptly!! Terrific and helpful staff, did the job fast and inexpensively, finished repair was like new. I m not going to say it s worth smashing up your car just to get an appointment, but they are that good.

Worst customer service ever!! The manager double talks her way and won t answer questions then becomes veryrude and condescending. Went to pick up my car and I could notice within seconds that the hood was raised from the bumper. When I asked questions to the people who work there does that look right to you all of them pretended they did not see anything or it looked perfect. Had to call the insurance adjuster to come out and that was the only way for them to fix the issue. Do not waste your time at this location.

After my accident I was referred to Caliber Collision. The staff was very professional. I was given a timely estimate and the work was performed as explained. They kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle. Though I hope to not be in need of their services in the future (no accident), if I ever need body work in my car I would definitely go to Caliber Collision. Their work and professionalism was much appreciated.
