The service was absolutely amazing. I had constant updates on my repair details, the staff are amazing, professional and friendly, my car come back amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great customer experience. The process to return the rental was taken off my hands, all I had to do was pay my deductible and I was set to go. I highly recommend and would definitely return if I were to ever need there service again!

I was in a minor fender bender with my X1 and since it was only my lower back bumper and a scuff mark, my car was fixed quickly. Connie was my advisor and updated me several times via text about updates on my car.The part only took a few days to ship to them from BMW dealerships, and thanks to liberty mutual insurance, i only paid my deductible. My car looks better than ever! Love caliber and i have used them several times for past hit and runs i was in with my previous car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What was a big disappointment was swiftly resolved by the manager Hayk. Hayk went out of the way to earn my business and ensure that I will use their services again. He is very professional and helpful. Hayk listened to my reasons why I had initially felt I had not been treated well as a customer. He asked what he could do to resolve it & personally got involved to ensure my car was fixed. The work was well done. My car was returned in a pristine condition. Highly recommend!

Good morning everyone please do not go here if you don't want to be racial profile and also, I purposely left my Sim card inside my mirror because my card because and I save the accident on there Why I had work done to my car and they deleted my accident that I had on it I guess that's why they deleted it because they was taking my car for a joyride and my save videos is gone deleted my whole Sim card for the whole week also the manager said that I'm not welcome on his property anymore. Please don't go to they need to learn how to respect all nationalities

On November 9,2021 my vehicle was rear-ended and damaged. Caliber Collision made me feel at ease and called me with recent updates. The Manager Orlando at this location is very friendly and explains everything well. I had my car back looking like new November 30. It was a fast and painless process. I will definitely go to them again. Great customer service.- thanks for everything,

I recently took my car to Caliber Collision for some repairs and I gotta say, I m super impressed. Raul and Rocio were my go-to people and they kept me in the loop about everything going on with my car. They explained what was being done, why it was being done, and kept me updated every step of the way. It was like having two buddies in the repair shop looking out for me.The repair work itself? Spot on! My car looks and runs great, and the whole experience was just smooth and stress-free. It s obvious they know what they re doing and actually care about their customers.If you need a repair shop, definitely hit up Raul and Rocio at Caliber Collision. They made what could have been a headache into a really positive experience. Picked up my Subaru today and she looks amazing! Staff is amazing and Raul provided daily updates which I really appreciated, made me feel better knowing how the repairs were going and from the start I got an estimate on completion which was very accurate. Caliber Collision did an amazing job with my 17 year old son's very first car. Somebody had keyed his brand new car and he was so disappointed. Caliber Collision completely restored the paint and replaced a tail light and did an amazing job. The turnaround time was extraordinary, just a couple of days! Raul and Melissa are just amazing, so professional, accommodating and personable. I could not recommend them more highly.

So far , so good. I like the repair. It is done well. The service is excellent . The waiting area is clean with good toilet and even coffee. Just a note : there are a lot of homeless people living on that street and a long section with no sidewalk. I took a bus and had to walk the full length of the street to get to the shop.

I highly recommend this shop!! Melissa and Raul were so great to work with and they kept me informed every step of the way. They even got my car done 2 whole days early!! I was involved in a accident and Caliber Collision was recommended by State Farm my insurance. They listened to my needs and quickly repaired my vehicle so I could be back on the road again. They kept me well informed throughout the process and they did a great job with the repair. I am very very disappointed with your work.I have shown you damages, couple of damages wasn t repaired and never given me any update about it. Top of it in the back of my vehicle I had a sign Touring and my sign is missing. You took it out and didn t put it back. I didn t notice until my wife informed me today. Excellent customer service and my car was returned looking like new. They replaced a passenger door and rear quarter panel and bumper and you would never know the car was repaired. My car was hit in a parking lot so I went through insurance and was sent to Caliber Collision. The intake was quick and easy. They went above and beyond in making my car look brand new! I was even offered a ride because my Uber was taking longer than expected. Very friendly and communicative staff. My car was ready in 2 days and was even cleaned and shiny as ever. Very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend and go back if my vehicle needs any type of repair!Service: Body & Trim

Incredibly poor customer service and communication from shop employees and corporate office. VERY low trust - Requiring customer to pay for their oversights. Go somewhere else if you can.Follow Up to Caliber Response - Two days after reaching out to the email in Caliber's response, there is ZERO contact to try to make a situation right. Saying you take pride in customer service is not enough.Service: Painting
