I worked with Matthew, he took me in regarding my 2018 honda accord, it had rat damage. He was very kind and walked me throughout the whole process. He told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to finish (which I was perfectly fine with). Long story short, they finished the job within 4 days! It was a quick in and out, give this guy a manager position because he is kind hearted, knowledgeable, and caring. I also want to shout out Skylar in the front desk, he was very patient with me and walked me throughout the process as well. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication.

They took excellent care of me and my car! Lots of communication to keep me updated on progress, and the manager, Vince, handled an issue that came up with great grace, diplomacy and let s-get-it-done without any more hassles for you leadership. I was in a time crunch, and I couldn t have asked for better customer service. Theses guys are GREAT!

I am so appreciative for Caliber helping me out with my car. The staff was very friendly and had great communication with me throughout the whole process. The shop did an excellent job fixing my bumper and not to mention very detail oriented! I am especially thankful for Connie and being very professional in handling the job.

Always gets the job done to perfection. Matt kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle's repairs. The estimated length of time didn't surpass it; it was completed by that estimated date. My car was nice and clean when I got it back. Thanks, Matt and Caliber Collision Co.

This location was my vehicle's repair location for an accident I got into this past year and the work was done beautifully. Everything was returned clean and sparkling looking as if nothing had ever happened to the car. The customer service experience was also great, as Brenda kept me fully informed every step of the way while my car was in the shop, making sure I knew what was happening and updating time estimates as well as making sure to text intermittently to keep in touch asking if I had any questions. From my experience, I'd say the shop was very sensitive to the fact that turning your car over to someone is a nervous thing for most people and they worked to make sure that the repair was done well. Would recommend.

Got out and they're nice and good work. The approval went to wrong location of caliber . And now have to go back Wednesday. Won't take the car without a insurance approval

As usual, I received great service from Caliber Collision. I have worked with Caliber in four other locations during my 36 years of driving. Each one has been a good experience (minus the accudent, of course) and my experience with Deer Street confirms that I can count on good service no matter which Caliber I go to. Fingers crossed no future accidents- but if I must, back to Caliber Deer Street I go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the second time I have had work done at this location. They are friendly, they make the experience fantastic! When I get my car back, it looks brand new. And, they get the job done efficiently and in a reasonable time!

I had a horrible experience with this Caliber Collision location. Not only was communication super unclear, their empty promise cost me $650.I came to this location after a fender bender. I was told that my car was ready for pickup and drove all the way there two times before it was actually ready.After the first time I took a uber to the location and my car was not ready, the manager Vince gave me a rental car from the Enterprise down the road and told me Caliber Collision would cover it for my inconvenience. Vince told me this would be covered but three months later my credit card was charged over $400 for the rental car, this is after I payed $250 up front for the rental car insurance which I was told was not covered by Caliber Collision. When I called enterprise they told me Caliber Collision refused to pay for the rental car after Vince promised me he would. Had I known that I would be charged in full for the rental car I would have continued to take the bus as I had already been doing.I have called Caliber Collision several times to explain the situation and ask them to pay enterprise. I am either put on hold or told I would get a call back and I have not gotten call back. I am now out another $400 on top of the $250 I already paid that I really cannot afford because Caliber Collision will not respond to me. I would advise not doing business with this location, they re not good on their word or communication.

On or about August 31, I was in an accident where the front end of my 2018 Toyota Prius was pretty badly damaged. I had my car towed into Caliber and once I met with with service people they got right to work on it. I was originally told that the car would be ready on October 13, but they had it done and ready for pickup on September 20!!! I was told, when I picked up my car, that the damage to the front end was so bad that they thought they would have to declare it totaled. But when I saw my car it looked like brand new and it drives now as if it had never been damaged. Huge thank yous to the staff, mechanics, etc. at Caliber Collision for saving my car and getting it back to the condition it was in before the accident. I will recommend caliber to anyone I know who needs quality body work on their car!!!

Unfortunately I have a lot of experience with this place since my PARKED vehicle has been hit 3 times (2 of which being hit & runs). I've come to this Caliber for all my repairs and have always been satisfied. They're a good place. Shout out to Orley Garcia for being such an awesome person. Provided great service and really went out of his way to help me out.

Caliber Canoga Park was awesome. Mario is the best. Very helpful durning a stressful time. The car looks beautiful, Mario dropped it off at my front door. Highly recommend them. They are super nice and helpful. I love caliber Canoga park.

The whole organization had great personal service. I was very stressed due to moving and having an accident made it worse. They were very accommodating to my yackity style of talk. I had body work / repairs via my insurance done at this location as it is a preferred provider with my insurance company. My review isn't for the customer service. The customer service is great and on point. My review really is for the lack of attention to detail on work performed.In general yes the repairs were done. Yes small dents, windshield, etc., were resolved. Its the small things that really bothered me. I guess also, as I had to come out with a deductible to pay them as the other party denied responsibility.The weather stripping around the affected door. The original one was used, but given back to me with a piece torn and hanging and the stripping itself not connected in some parts. The body still have the body notations on it, they weren't even cleaned off. A minor scratch on the other side of the affected area that I know was not there before taking it in. The windshield trim looked as if it was sanded with a high grit paper to put clear coat on but just left sanded. And lastly, the passenger side of interior just really dusty with fingerprints on the dash (light areas).I spent the rest of the morning, when I got it back detailing my interior and fixing my weather stripping myself. Very disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

Mario was great the way he handled everything, and even went out of his way to secure a very difficult part to obtain these days in an extremely timely manner... another catalytic converter to replace the one that was stolen. He also recommended a mechanic who installed a cage for it to protect it from getting stolen. I can't recommend Caliber highly enough!
