I ve never been charged $100 for a smog check that took 5 mins to do.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. If i could give negative stars i would. They first charged me 100$ for a smog check which is already expensive to begin with, i needed to fix a part in my car and they wanted to charge me 800$ to fix it. The Filipino man working there said "fix the car and when you come back i'll pass you free of charge." I went to another auto shop to get it fixed for 200$ and when i came back he wanted to charge me another 80$, going back on his word. After waiting there for an hour as another client was arguing with the Filipino guy i finally settled for 30$ to get the hell out of that place.This place just REEKS of dishonest business practice. You made 30$ off me, but in such a dishonest way. What a shame. This business still exists because an auto body shop is close by feeding them customers and hiding the scam in the invoice. BEWARE

EDIT - price went up to $99, $89 with coupon. Overpriced, won't be coming back._______________________________________________________________Great smog check experience! Quick and easy - in and out. Friendly staff, nice waiting room! Was offered a bottle of water while waiting. Located off to the side of Brake Masters on Topanga, the entrance to the APR Smog bay is off of Gault St. Look for coupons on their web site!Service: Smog certification

Was in an out within 10 minutes on a Thursday afternoon. Staff was courteous and on point. Gave me a cold water bottle and a seat in front of a swamp cooler, on a hot day, while the car was being certified. Awesome service!! I took my car for a smog check today. They are good people and quickly took care of my car. The only thing that I did not appreciate was that they didn t honor a $20 coupon that they offer on their website.When I presented a copy of the coupon , he said that it is only good for the price of $69 and up.There is no indication of price on the coupon!! This is an example of misleading advertising.Check out the coupon by yourselves before you go there ,it is valid from Aug. through Dec. 2021.Service: Smog certification

I'd been putting off a smog check for a while, and for what?! APR took me right away, gave me a bottle of cold water and sent me off with the test done in well under 10 minutes. The men were polite, and the facility was clean. Lim was professional and courteous. In a day when customer service is flying out the window, APR is a shining star amongst its competitors.Service: Smog certification

My 19 year old daughter brought her Camry in for a smog check and was charged $75 plus a $10 certificate fee. Unfortunately, she had no idea that this price is outrageous and paid what they were asking. I called in and they gave me a $49 price for the same car. When I questioned them about the difference in price they said that if my daughter had called first they would have given her a better price. Really? Just another example of a dishonest shop taking advantage of a young woman. I will be telling everyone I know not to use this company!Service: Smog certification

Brought my Jaguar in for smog check today, and was greeted by a very polite staff. The crew is knowledgeable, and had me out in no time. Great staff and service, would highly recommend

I called them for appointment but they said we can walk in for smog check. They were quick and professional. It took overall less than 20 mins. I would highly recommend

Stopped here bc my rear tire need air....one of the guys was very nice and filled all my tires for a donation....but the first 2 workers told me to wait 20..min..but when i moved mycar closer ...the 3rd man asissted right away it was also blazing hot out in the valley.. thank you to the one nice worker.. l
