I cannot be more satisfied. I am not the type of guy who lives reviews. I don t have the time for all the patients. But I had to put a review for these guys. I would like to also thank Eddie. My car is extremely rare, and no one has my tires in stock. But they actually had my tire in stock, and I am beyond static.

Great tire shop, fair prices, friendly staff. Quick reliable service, especially if you call ahead. They are open on Saturdays, which is great and convenient. Large parking lot, and easy to see from the street.Update: Found a screw in my front tire late Friday night, had a lot of driving to do on Saturday afternoon. Showed up at 7:50 am, friendly staff told me they would open at 8 and help me out. Fixed the tire for free, i was out of there by 8:20. Fantastic service, highly recommend this place.

Diego was extremely friendly and personable through the whole experience. Had a flat that kept leaking air, but other tire places said they didn t want to fix it because it s a Tesla tire. Not here! Even better, it was for free!

Awful experience. Came on time, to only hear that the tire the guy on the phone told me about is reserved for someone else. Purchased a tire from another place and kindly asked these guys to install it but they told me the fender liner was too damaged to install and directed me someplace else. The fender line was fine, the next place fixed everything in less than 5 minutes. These guys seem lazy

Bought four new tires and road hazard warranty from this store. On 12/04/2023 Sergio took flat order in at 10:38 AM and said there are 4-5 orders ahead of my order and it will take 45 minutes to 1 hour for my car to be ready. At 11:40 AM noticed that my car was not worked on and spoke with Christian, who was very unprofessional and said that it will take another 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Advertising as a free tire repair. I drove in on half flat tire since it was 0.3 miles. The service was guilt tripping me for coming in for a feee repair and for not buying tires from this place. With attitude they told me that I should have gone back to where Ive purchased the tires from so that they fix it. I have offered to pay for a flat repair service. estmated time of repair 3 hours. I will stay away next time and will definitely will not come back for the new tires at this place.

went to the american tire shop at granada hills for flat tire, the guy enrique explained the tire is okay , but still flat . he said it probably the cap that is the issue.. He check different tire and it got the screw. he fix the tire with no charge. the store close at 6 pm but he still doing my car till almost at 7 pm. im impressed the guy willing to finish the job. there were lot of cars when i dropped the car , it probably after the big rain in the past few days maybe there were plenty flat tire around there . all the work done and no charge .thanks enrique

I had the worst experience today with the customer service, the repair people at America s Tire at Woodland Hills. I came to repair my flat tire. They checked it and told me it is repairable and it will take one hour to fix it. After more than one hour, one of the employees comes and let me know that the tire is not repairable and that I need to buy a new tire. I was very upset because at the beginning I was told it was repairable and after waiting more than hour they changed what they said.I waisted almost two hours of time, lost hours of work because of their horrible service and disrespectful attitude.I will never go to this place again.I am attaching a copy of the receipt that proves that I was told that the tire is repairable

America's Tire continues to deliver very good customer service and a relatively great selection of tires available for most cars. Anything not on their website can be specially ordered with a telephone call or in person.Price matching continues to be a good selling point even with online advertised pricing. Just be aware that they will help you calculate shipping and taxes for any price match inquiry.Their technicians and staff continue to do good work with an occasional lack of attention to some details, but often times they are trying to crank out as many jobs/orders as possible. Do communicate with your advisor the expectations you wish to draw attention to, thus they can pay a bit more attention to difficult wheels.Setting an appointment ahead of a visit is advisable. In addition, Auto Club members continue to receive some additional discounts if mentioned before a purchase.

Had a flat tire was looking for the closest around me if they got the job done actually actually offered to pass for free and then made me an appointment for the next day very nice people, polite, professional love it we recommend !

I frequent Tire America for free tire pressure checks. The staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and I recently discovered they also offer wiper changes. Pleasantly surprised by the additional services!

Had a flat, they were nice to help. Told me an hour, took more than 2. 2 weeks later looking for wheel lock it s not in the trunk from where they originally got it from. They lost my lock didn t put it back now I have to go to the dealer

Fast, friendly, and relatively cheap. I typically buy used tires for my car but got a new one for my girlfriends GTI. Out the door, it was less than 100 for one of their economy tires.

I came in for a nail in my tire, but unfortunately needed to get a new tire. The guys at this location worked with me and my financial situation the best they could and I am so greatful for this place and the people that work here.

30+ year customer to this location because of their excellent customer service. Professional, quick and will go extra mile to give good service. Offer all price levels for tires and wheels (rims).No cost leak fix, even if not their tires!Drive up air refill takes under 3 minutes.

There s absolutely nothing to complain about here. I usually buy my tires at Costco and Costco could not get the tires I needed so I tried America s tire company and they were able to get me the tires at a better price. The store is very clean. Carlos the manager was really nice and helped me get an adjustment from Michelin on my factory tires. All in all a great experience.

Terrible customer service. Will never use this service again. Set an appointment only to find that I drove an hour leaving work early for a my bad I don t know who said to be here or who you talked to but we aren t ready until tomorrow. Do not recommend to anyone. Awful experience.

I can t thank these guys enough for truly taking care of their valued customers!!! I was recommended to these guys years ago and the service they provide is always professional. Although i have been disappointed with the care of my custom wheels in the past on my SRT, and experiencing damage again during installation, they really care about your car and made me whole immediately with no fuss or questions asked. They have a heck of a lot of integrity and I will always be loyal to them and trust them with my vehicle in the future!!! Thank you Martin and Eddie for all the amazing client care ! You guys are great -

I made an appointment online and when I got here after going through everything with salesperson, I asked when my car would be ready. He told me 45min to an hour.I checked in after waiting 36 minutes when I saw they hadn't even started on my car. He said oh there were appointments ahead of mine to be worked on and it would take 45 min - 1 hour *after they started on my car.They said there was WiFi so I could do work - their WiFi isn't working.No water in the water cooler area and they didn't put any in, even after I pointed out it's empty.Norman was nice even though I was misinformed which is why I'm giving 2 stars vs 1.

The initial encounter was pleasant, the customer service rep was professional and courteous. I asked them to order a tire, and it was supposed to be delivered by the end of the day. I called them within the window that my tire was supposed to be delivered, and the rep over the phone told me that it was not in yet and with an annoyed condescending tone, they will call me when it arrives. I told him I needed this tire as I'm replacing a flat, and he assured me it will come in the same day and to wait for their call. It has now been a week and I have not received a call back, and I'm too scared to call them, just in case he answers the call and yells at me for not waiting.

I had come to the store once a week for 3 weeks in a row to get my tire pressure checked because one of my tires kept getting low pressure. Because it kept happening, I was advised to schedule an appointment for a thorough check of the tire to see what was going on, which I did.For my appointment, when I arrived to the store I was promptly greeted and helped by Chris, the Store Manager. He was very friendly and professional and listened to my concern. He assisted checking me in and gave me an ETA of only 30 minutes to complete. Abel, one of the apprentice technicians, took care of my car. He found a screw in the tire and was able to repair the tire for free.I was absolutely satisfied with the level of service and care provided by both Chris and Abel. Thank you so much for the valuable service you provide to the community!
