Pushing clients who come consistently for clients of the same race and just tells you come back a week later says wait a few hours and you do for him to send you away. I m unsure of what his business ethics are but I can tell he doesn t have much. I ve been a consistent customer for over 3yrs. Don t recommend

Amazing people! I have been to multiple mechanics in the valley. But the people who work here are h ok best and don't RIP your bank balance off. They charge you for the right price. Steve is the guy who always helps me and he is a great guy!

Over the years Steve is the greatest mechanic for my 2003 mustang. He tells you what exactly is wrong, how much it will cost and how long it will take to repair. Most honest person I know.Thank you Steve

This has been my go-to shop for as long as I have been driving. Steve the owner is always knowledgeable about different vehicles. Perhaps one of their best quality is that they offer fast service, reliable work and best of all reasonable prices.

Steve at AM-KO is the BEST! Been taking my cars to him for over 25 years. He truly is the last honest and fair mechanic. his price is always 50 to 80% less than other quotes. i highly recommend this shop...

Always great service for a great price he is my new favorite repair shop. This is the third time I have gone to him. Every repair was spot on. My first repair by his shop. Was an issue I have been dealing with for years at my old mechanic and he fixed it the first try and in a lot quicker time I was in and hour in a couple of hours.

I ve been taking my Vehicles to Am-Ko for years and Steve is the best out there. The work done is honest, solid, and the prices are as low as you could possibly expect. I ve never had to get anything fixed more than once and I recommend his shop to everyone I know.

Check engine light sensor was replaced after a few days check engine light went on I brought it back and said he needs to check further but on my AutomendPro it s just a gas cover needs to be cleaned but the owner said need to check more I took my car and send it to another mechanic in the corner of Sherman way & topanga De Young s automotive guess what he did cleaned the gas cap and tighten it and walahhh the check engine light was off!!! DeYoungs automotive did not charge me a penny Hallelujah thank God I did not leave the car at Am-ko that means another $340 or maybe more. Be careful!!! Take your cars to DeYoungs automotive at Topanga canyon Blvd corner Sherman ways! They are honest!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic

This place is pathetic.Steve is an extremely rude and arrogant person.He doesn t know how to talk with customers.I went over there because of good reviews but I was disappointed when he showed attitude and said that if he had great reviews it doesn t mean that he will take the car for repair.He said that I should have called before coming, as if there is a rule to call before coming to a repair shop.I had the car towed because it wouldn t start and instead of being considerate he could care less for the customers.I would never recommend anyone to go there.Extremely BAD customer service.

Steve will always give you an honest opinion on what service you need for your vehicle as well as a price break down and comparative fees. I have had the pleasure of going to him for over 25 years and he's never overcharged, overestimated a service job. Go to him while you still can... he's toying with the idea of retiring. OMG. What are we gonna do?

A great place for auto repair. My colleague highly recommended them. I went there for timing belt service on my Honda Pilot and saved hundreds of dollars! Since then, I always come to this place for any car service oyster car issue. Now I recommend Am-Ko to all my friends. They never try to sell you any more services then what is really needed. This is my go to place. Try them.

Am-Ko Auto Repair is the only place my boys & I will get our cars worked on. Steve The owner & head Mechanic is extremely conscientious, fair & reasonably priced!One of the only Good & Honest Mechanics around! Nice person as well!

I'm done! Every time I bring my car here they fix something else other than what I brought the car here for. I can honestly say Steve use to be a honest mechanic. Bypassing the problem and fixing something else only make more problems. So sad good honest mechanic's have always been hard to find.
