Albert Jr. is an outstanding guy, had my truck back running asap with a new clutch assembly. Very honest and transparent about the work and pricing and kept me updated through the entire process. For sure my go to transmission shop for the future!

Albert Jr is a straight up stand-up-guy everytime I take my CRV, service is exactly what I need it to be and I never have issues with my vehicle after leaving. Takes care of my cars needs without having to add this or that. Valley-Gem!

Very glad that I took my Audi A3 DSG for a transmission service to "Albert". Was little hesitant as it's dual clutch but those guys are absolutely professionals when it come to transmission staff. They use only top quality parts and brands, very knowledgeable, good prices and just overall good experience. Definitely recommend this family owned business. 5 stars

Great shop that takes care of you as a customer. Albert Jr. was nice and helped me identify what was going on with my vehicle. I love how they put plastic over the drivers seat and floor protectors when entering a vehicle too! Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I've been taking my car here for 10+ years and will not take it to any other place. I truly trust them with my car needs. Service is amazing and well worth the price. If you're looking for an honest service then come to this place. Alberto Sr and Jr are two amazing people and such a great team work. I am so glad that my car has been serviced for all these years and never had a problem with brakes to all maintenance services. Thank you Albert's Transmission team for such a great service and experience.

A few years ago, they had good prices and I did a few things there. Now, they are more expensive than dealership and did not bother calling back when I asked for a quote

So I'll update my review. My '92 Bronco that Junior prepared for my trip from LA to Virginia made it easy as I said. Since then it has made another trip from Virginia to Chicago. Lots of high mountain road climbing, driving rain storms as well. Man, Albert's provides me with peace of mind & a confidence that I can go anywhere in that 28 year old beast. Maybe we go into space next and catch up with the Tesla!

I took my Infinite in and spoke to Albert Jr and asked for them to check my tires and transmission. My car seemed like it wasnt automatically down shifting. They had it for a couple hours and the transmission was fine. They diagnosed that the front wheel bearings were the issue and I needed the rear rotors turned and fixed. I don't know all the terminology but I know that my car is running perfect. They were nice, honest and the shop is clean and organized. I now know why they have a 5 star rating (without asking me to give them a review, even though I would if they asked), they are a professional shop with honest work. Take your cars here for any issue. They are amazing.

This is one of the most honest mechanics in the Vally. Its family owned run by Albert Sr. and his son Albert Jr. They are fair prices and very caring. They will do their best to meet their clients needs. You can trust that they would take care of your car as if it was their own.

They clearly heard my engine as I was pulling up and could've saved me the 150 dollar inspection but greed prevails. Was told that I would receive a phonecall on the prognosis and never did. I waited until 5:50pm and physically went to find my car (which couldn't shift properly and that oil wasn't properly distributing) up on a ramp. Was told they had a problem putting my car up the concrete ramp because it wasn't shifting. They said the transmission was shot and the engine might have a loose piston. They didnt quote me a price on fixing my problem just "buy a new car"As I drove my car home (I live in the neighborhood) my car experienced catastrophic failure. It sounded worse when they gave it back. Will I reccomend this place? No. Will I be going back in the future for mechanic services in my future car? No.And the worst part is a couple days later I get a automated text message from a survey company asking how my visit was. Im assuming they sold my information. Not cool.

My friend has been going to him for over 30 years and I m coming up on 9 years. The whole time I ve driven to him from Venice. He gets the job done superfast and I ve never had to come back because something wasn t done right. When I check prices he always beats the rest. Easy to deal with.

I have been taking my car in to them for over a year now since it is close to work. They did major work on my engine and have been very honest and provided reasonable prices and timelines. They reviewed all of the work they did with me and provided the previous worn out parts without having to ask. I recently stopped in to have a strange noise checked out, which turned out to be a tensioner. They went out of their way to find the part and had it installed by the time I went to lunch and returned.

As a woman, I feel totally comfortable and confidant that Albert Sr and JR will take best care of my car and of ME without ripping me off! I have been coming here for years and I always get "thee" absolute best customer service from the entire staff...Thank you!!

My family has used "ALBERTS TRANSMISSIONS" on Canogar Ave. for over 14 years. "ALBERTS" and they are extremely competent. They back up their work and give an excellent warranty. They are an example of an individual and his family putting out a very professional service. We are fortunate to have them in the community. This is my first time I have made a comment on the web. for a business because they really are worth your while.rick feldman

Albert and his son at ALBERT automotive and transmission are very honest and friendly service man I was honored to meet them and I will continue to take my vehicles and refer them to everybody I know that has a automotive problem it's hard to find a honest and reputable mechanic now days good pricing and if there is any negotiation on price he will call you now days we all know that we have had that horrible diss honest mechanic that Said they do work and they REALY don't well that won't happen at Alberts.. Albert Junior is the one that you well probably deal with but you will see his dad also I have much respect for both of them TRY THEM OUT YOU WONT REGRET IT..!

Ok since were all looking for a mechanic....but im serious an honest one which we all no there are very few of them.well i took my friends van there.and my friend didnt have enough money.that she thought she had.they fixed the van.and only charged her the $320.00 and not the storage fees.that to me is a great place to take your car to get fixed.first off the van runs great.u have my word.that this place will treat u right.i give my word.to all of u.this will be the place u will trust to bring your cars to get fixed.your whole life.very friendly.honest.and not going to RIP YOU OFF.please take your car or vans to ALBERTS...for an honest place to take your car to get fixed.

Have been going to Albert's for over 15 years. Once my vehicle is out of factory warranty its the ONLY place I go to service my vehicle.
