Original review and repairs are from 2021. It appears my review on Yelp is hidden. Here I am leaving the identical review on Google.Now about 3 years after the repairs were preformed to my vehicle by Look Auto Body and Blake V's team. The repairs have had time to show the quality of their workmanship.I'll keep it simple and straight to the point, unlike the original review.1. I felt very discriminated against when speaking with Blake's latin assistant, Pedro (Mind you, I'm also of latin descent, however I believe my age had something to do with how I was treated). I personally saw how they treated other clients, however I did not receive the same level of professionalism when I spoke with the assistant. The rapport, mannerisms and inability to follow through with what was discussed are a few things I'll list that gave me this impression.2. Engine work performed on my vehicle may have damaged the engine. Clicking/Knocking noise was never present prior to my accident and prior to being in the hands of Look Autobody. Evident by their "in house mechanic" not knowing how to work on a Subaru Vehicle. Ultimately, Blake paid a Subaru Dealership to properly install new belts after Look Autobody's mechanic improperly installed them which may have been the source of the audible damage to my engine. Obviously Blake will never accept this scenario.3. Rust found on frame shortly after receiving the vehicle back after repairs. I brought these to Blakes attention immediately and they "addressed it", as they should have as they claimed to have "replaced" them, however shortly after they "addressed" my concern the same rust spots on the frame appeared.4. SO. MANY. WASHERS. used to align body panels. Absolutely atrocious work. Additionally, when opening my driver side door there is contact between my door and fender. I am also unable to close my engine hood due to misaligned frame. RUSHED, obvious signs of rushing a repair even after having my vehicle in their possession for 3 (THREE) months, extremely poor workmanship.I strongly believe Look Auto Body is not qualified to work on Subaru vehicles simply based on my experience. I decided not to remain in contact with Look Auto Body as they treated me extremely unprofessionally and I fear they will cause more damage to my vehicle If I opt to return.Updating this review to a 1 star after seeing Annie L.'s Experience on Yelp; Please read it. It puts to question my own personal safety, however I have recourse if Blake opts to put in practice the same tactics he had done with Annie L, with me.The new negative reviews since I left my original review in 2021 also shows the type of character Blake is; Please be vigilant and question whether you should patronize this business after thoroughly reading through the genuine negative reviews that have not been hidden yet.Lastly, one thing Blake mentioned, verbatim, during our initial in person meeting was;"Your'e probably not going to have this car in a few years *anyways*."Which to me, essentially translates to, our repairs should only last a few years. Tread lightly.

Experienced a hit and run in my work parking lot (see Before picture). Filed a claim with my insurance, and requested that the repairs be done at Look, where I had brought my car for small modifications before, but no actual body work. This repair included removing and replacing the PPF, and repainting the bumper. Blake was great to work with, he basically handled all communications with insurance. I am fairly neurotic about the appearance of my M3, and I am extremely pleased with the job that Blake and his crew did. Strongly recommend if you are a car enthusiast.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got rear ended and needed some work done on my RAV4, Joel was so helpful and worked with my schedule for drop off/pick up. They were even able to deliver my car to my home at no charge since I lived close enough. I would definitely come back here/would recommend the shop to others.

Our car was fixed quiclky and perfectly. They also deep cleanned both inside and outside of the car, it is so shine!. Joel was very friendly and helpful.

I brought my mother s 1969 mustang to Blake to be repainted. These pictures do not do it justice it is absolutely gorgeous. Blake and his team did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Wonderful service and very knowledgeable.

I went to the shop suggested by the tow truck driver, it turned out to be a great experience! The owner Blake talked to the insurance company, helped me rent a car, handled all the process. During repairing, Blake called me for any updates, the whole process just went so smoothly. Blake even offered to fix all the scratches around the vehicle and clean the interior for free! When I get there finally to pick up the car, it s absolutely beyond expectations and looks like new. Blake, Thanks again for the great services and I will definitely recommend you to all my friends in the future :)

The Look Auto Body team did an absolutely beautiful full body paint project on my Ford Excursion. As a former hotrod mechanic, I m incredibly particular about quality workmanship and attention to detail. Blake and his team exceeded my expectations. Blake is very transparent, organized, and provided better than competitive pricing. His team was collaborative throughout the entire project providing regular updates. Blake is so customer service driven that he even ended up providing additional project services, beyond the original estimate, free of charge. I ve worked with many bodyshops over the last 30 years and I ve never had a better experience than Look Auto Body. The bottom line is that I would highly recommend Look Auto Body to anyone with any auto body project.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Look auto body is awesome. Their customer service is amazing!. They work with you and the insurance companies. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy to every customer.I have gone to them now twice, and I will continue to do so if ever needed. I recommend my family and friends to go to Blake and his team.

I understand why Look Body has so many great reviews. I had an accident and needed my car repaired. From the first time I walked into the main office the employees were welcoming and kind. As a woman who doesn t know a lot about cars I never felt taken advantage of.They explained everything they were going to do to fix the back left bumper of my Chevy Bolt. It was a breeze since they accepted my insurance. They told me it would take around a week to get the work done and it only took them four and half days. It also went smoothly because they order the parts you need before the appointment, so you don t have to wait for the parts while your car just sits there.When I finally got my car back they gave it a wash both inside and out. IT LOOK LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR!!! I called Look a week later to say that my blind side sensor was not working (which is a part that had been affected by the accident) they offered to repair it at no additional cost. They even dropped off my car at my house when they were done accessing what needed to be replaced. They then said they would call me when the parts were in. It s only a week later and my car is now 100 percent fixed. And, believe it or not, THEY WASHED IT AGAIN.This was my first accident and was a very stressful experience for me. Look Body made it not stressful at all. Special thanks to Joel and Nathan for dealing with the thousands of questions I had. I am so appreciative for all the hard work you did to make sure my issues were repaired. I hope I never need a body shop again but I know 100 percent where I would go if I did, Look Body!

Theresa was amazing at handling my visit from start to finish. She managed me and a few other customers with great professionalism, precision and patience. The culture vibe here seems very service driven and customer focused. Chris was also a great help. He took me through the ins and outs of what they will do to the car. He assured me of the timeline to expect and was very thorough. Thank you to everyone at look. Great shop with real people who want to be here and serve their clients.

Blake the owner and Tim are very nice and care about their customers. Their work is very precise and professional. I was in a car accident in June and my car was taken to Look Auto Body shop. When I went to check on my car the next day, I met Blake and he was very understanding. He explained everything and even gave us advice. When I got my car back, it was like new again. He made sure that everything put in my car is original. I will refer my friends and family to them.

Look is the best body shop in Campbell!!!Blake and his crew will make you feel like family and you will tell all of your friends about this place. I guarantee it.Thank you were doing such a great job on my infinity and my Ford F150 .

I have a 2021 Ford Bronco and love my ride. Unfortunately driving on Highway 5 a piece of freeway debris smacked my front Grille and needed to be replaced.I was referred to Look Auto Body and was very satisfied.Blake walked me through the process and was very helpful.In fact he had a collection of awesome original broncos he was passionately working on currently as well.This made me confident he would take good care of my BRONCO.The company was professional, and took care of my issue immediately.I believe Blake has a picture of my Bronco on his website.Thank you Blake, team, Look Autobody!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had my truck painted by Blake and his team. They do outstanding work and have a passion for serving their clients. The owner of the shop, Blake, is very professional and gives a detailed explanation of the recommended work to be completed along with the cost. He goes above and beyond to ensure you're completely satisfied. My truck exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail. I highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Look Auto Body was fantastic!! Blake went out of his way to accommodate my schedule with my paint repairs, which included extensive rust removal and removing oxidation. He went above and beyond, all within a very competitive price. Blake was communicative, consulting, and professional the moment I walked in until I picked my vehicle up. I would 100% recommended Look Auto to anyone needing body or paint work. This is the only place I will take my vehicles in the future! Outstanding from start to finish!!! If you are looking for honest, reliable and quality work look no further. I've dealt with my share of body shops over the years and Look Auto body is by far my favorite in the Bay Area. I'll never take my car anywhere else and neither will anyone else in my family.Mike and Blake are straight shooters, honest and reliable guys. Their quality of work and the turn around time is the best in the business. They are up front and only will do what your car requires. Their shop is clean, in a great location and they get your car in and out without hassle. I know if I leave my car with them, I know it's in good hands. Not to mention they are great at staying in touch and communicating every step of the way. Thanks Mike and Blake!!

Blake, the owner, made my son and myself feel so welcome. He is honest, informative, personable, reliable and does top quality work. Clean, nice shop that s easy to find in Campbell.I drove my damaged Sonata to Look feeling very distraught and not knowing what to expect. Blake greeted me with a warm smile and took a long time listening to me ramble on about my accident. He calmed me down and reassured me my car would be in good hands. He spent a lot of time explaining to my son and myself the parts that were needed, the amount of labor involved and how quickly he could have the car ready for me. He arranged for a rental car for me as well. All of this occurred several days before Thanksgiving and Blake had the car ready for me Thanksgiving morning. My car looked like it came right off of the show room floor and was detailed inside and out as well. I would give Look Auto Body more than 5 stars if it were possible to do so and would highly recommend (and already have) this body shop to anyone looking for repairs.

Where do I begin?! Everything about my experience here was beyond satisfactory. Blake is amazing and went above and beyond to help me get my bmw rear and front bumper painted. Very honest from the start and walked me through the process. He even provided a little financial tip on how to save on auto insurance in the future. So glad I came across this place. Went to this shop after looking at Google Reviews and I'm so glad I did. Pedro was fantastic in providing an estimate and working with the person who rear-ended our car to get approvals. He was keeping me informed at all times and the work was very professional and clean. They also cleaned fog from the headlights without an ask and that shows an extra level of customer commitment. This was visible again when Pedro cleaned up cargo mat himself before installing in the car. Definitely would go back to them for next work.Service: Body & Trim

The stars must have aligned for us to find Look Auto Body. Blake was one of the most genuine people I've had the opportunity to work with. The work they did on my car made it look factory-new. Even the paint job, which is an odd yellow-green color, matched to a T. Everything from the turn around time to the rental car situation was impressive. If you want to be treated like family, go to Blake and team at Look Auto Body.

I ve gone back to Look Auto Body many times in the last 12 months. Initially it was to fix the shoddy job done by another body shop to repair my rear bumper after a collision.Not only did Blake, the owner, and his team treat me with respect and courtesy, they took the time to listen to some of my wishlist items I ve always wanted done but never dared ask a body shop to do.Blake from the moment he heard my passion and love for my vehicle and took great care to treat the car as his own. I m typically nervous about anyone doing work on my car. A buddy referred me to Blake when my car was severely vandalized and to say he got the job done would be an understatement. The work was incredible and i wouldn t have ever known there was damage only days prior to picking it back up. It s clear that Blake and his team care for their customers and it shows in their work. You won t find me going anywhere else from here on out.

Look Auto Body did a great job on fixing my vehicle after the accident (hit and run). My car looks brand new and they even detailed the inside of my car after, which is a nice touch. The owner Blake is very friendly and gave me updates on my vehicles repairs. Also, they fixed my car ahead of schedule, so that was a relief because I got tired of driving my rental from enterprise.- Kevin Linebarger

I love my car, so when a construction vehicle dropped rocks on my car while driving I was extremely upset. I went to Look Auto Body under recommendation of a friend and I'm happy to say he was absolutely right. My car came back to me looking better than ever. The staff were extremely friendly and even accommodating to my schedule (due to work I had to drop it off at an unusual time). My car came back without any extra mileage either, so they clearly respected my property (they don't take customer cars for joyrides) which adds to their earned reputation of being professional. Obviously no one ever wants to have to go to a body shop, but if something else ever happens to my car, I'm taking it back to Look

Blake the owner is an A+ when is comes to customer service and his staff is very friendy. He goes out of his way to accomadate you and get your car completed as promised. I would recommened Look Auto Body . Great auto body work, staff, and service.
