I ve been coming to Hernandez since moving to the area about two years ago. They are extremely professional, great prices and super clean. I ve brought everything from trucks to BMW s and they do a fantastic job!

I took my car since there is a leak in a tire valve stem. Hernandez was very courteous, and fixed the issue quickly at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend him for any tire related needs.Update Mar-2024Another flat tire today morning. Went to Hernandez, and he fixed it pretty quickly.

Not good. I called and talked to someone about my flat tire. They said they fix them. I came in at 4:25 P.M. I was informed by the individual working (sitting in a chair ) he would be back in 10 minutes. I waited in my car, 10 minutes came and went. By this time half the air was out of my tire that needed fixing so I waited. At 4:50 I called the number for Hernandez Tire. I was 10 Feet from the same guy that said 10 minutes, now he said come back tomorrow we are closed. He is looking right at me and I am saying I'm right here waving at him and he said "we closed" and hung up and went out of my view. If he had sent me away at 4:25 I could have found somewhere else. Now it is 5 and most places closed at 5 near me. They are open till 5 yet I was told closed at 4:50 while at the store. Customer service is not their thing by my experience. Here is Hoping you have a better experience.

Amazing service and very fair costs. I drove over a huge nail and had a sudden flat. Went to Costco where they were booked out for 1 week. Called Hernandez and they got me in and out within 30 minutes- half the time it took me to call other costco's where they had me on hold for over an hour! The gentlemen working there are extremely proficient and kind to have fit me in and I'm so thankful!

Excellent customer service. Whether you already have tires that you need to install or looking to buy new ones, Fernandes tires is a great place to go.

Their service is excellent. I had two nails on my tire and my time was tight. Mr. Hernandez was very helpful, friendly and fast. I was out of there in 20 minutes.

I stumble upon Hernandez tires in Campbell, and am glad I did. I had purchased a set of tires and needed them mount and balanced. He (the owner) suggested an alignment, which was definitely needed. He did everything while I waited. For someone on a budget there is a wonderful selection of good used tires as well as new tires and rim's.Thank you Fiedel!

I called and asked about having a tire repaired so my wife could get to work the next day. I was told they could do that and are open til 5. I said I need to have it fixed tomorrow and asked it I need an appointment. I was told I didn't and could just go in to get the tire repaired. I show up the next day. They've closed early.

Car had a flat tire, this shop put a plug in it.The next week my tire was flat again!I was upset, and thought they did a bad job But I was wrong! It was a new hole!The guys at the shop had me back on the road in a few minutes! THANK YOU!

Showed up with 2 flats and they had then both patched under an hour. Great price and even better service, highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Polite, quick, accurate, all in one shop. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Did not try to overcharge, can handle warranty work. They have been here 8 years so established. Yay!!!

Fyi He does not speak one word of English.I ordered tires and put down a 200 dollar down payment, I came back a few weeks later and he kept telling me that it was over 30 days and he gets to keep the money. What He was asking more then other places so even with loosing 200 I was still a head of the game.

Hernandez tires patched a tire that another tire store tried too, but it leaked. These guys are the best!
