Payed to get new tires mounted and balanced. They only balanced two of the tires and did not touch the other ones. I also payed for a full alignment and they used a string and did it in 2 minutes.

Hassan and his team of mechanics are very professional, efficient and friendly. I have been taking my 2 vehicles for over 8 years and am very pleased with their work, done right the first time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

The owner of the shop Hassan was by himself late on a Sunday night. I pulled into his shop with an emergency. My friends car (kind of expensive) had a aluminum shard in the tire. I had to take the car back to him at 5:00 AM and there was no other tire shops open. Hassan was very busy and initially told me he could not help me because my fiends car had carbon fiber rims and he didn t want to do the repair without using a lift. But Hassan could see how stressed I was and offered to help if I agreed to lift the car myself with a jack. We got the tire fixed with no damage to car. Awesome dude, awesome shop.Service: Tires

The owner really helped out in a car emergency! This was the only shop available late at night AND on short notice for what was needed. I think other reviewers calling the owner "rude" or "bad customer service" just don't understand how to be open to diverse cultural norms.

Hassan and Basha are the best!!!! Thanks, Jimmy for the recommendation.The entrance is easy to miss If you re not paying attention. Do not confuse it with the auto shop next to Jack in the Box, but instead it s the next driveway after the Drive-thru exit.Hassan was able to fix two tires for me, though he was missing one size, he somehow magically had another one brought there within minutes. He then personally installed them, in record time, then went to assist his other employees.

i got a flat tire on my way home!! needed either air or patch on my tire!! this insane place charged me 70 dlls just to patch it and extra 30 dlls to balance , even though tire balance wasn t necessary, anyways i watch him doing the job and he never balance the tire and they still want to charge me the extra 30 dlls and on top of that they have fees is you pay with ur debit card!! .. horrible really i dont recommended it , stay away from this place ..Service: Tires

Absolutely unprofessional technicians. Rude management. I did an oil change but while they were driving off the ramp, they ruined the underbody of my car. Then they tried to convince me that it was somehow my fault and refused to fix it at their cost. Stay away. If they can not change oil in a car I can not even think what they can break if you need some real repairs.

I want to send my gratitude to Camden Tire Co, Kevin literally saved my day with his courtesy. I can't thank him enough so hopefully this can show how much I appreciate the service he gave me while I was in a bind. I literally had a blow out in front of the shop and luckily I was or I'd be beyond scr#wed. I highly recommend their service. I lucked out by chance and have not one thing negative to say and being a female, alone they could have easily tried to toy with me but that's the farthest thing that happened.i am very grateful for the extra services on top of saving my butt and getting me set up with safe tires in less than 30 mins. Prices are not bad but service and honesty is priceless! Give them a chance and ask for Kevin and say Rachelle sent you. Not to gain money on services or any credits just so he knows I had a post that says how much I recommend him/ them! If you want quality, honesty and efficiency their the place.Thank you again sincerely, and I'll be back for my future needs (Soon)

I use to have a Jeep and always used his services. I always thought that he charged too much but I kept coming back because the owner pretended to be nice. Even his mechanic at the time a Latino really nice guy, used to tell me that hes prices were steep. I finally came back today with a nail in my tire in my small Nissan and he CHARGES $40 for for a job that should be no more than $16 .... this guy is was soooo rude when I told him that. All I thought about him being nice turned out to be such a hypocrite phone, and takes advantage of clients. So disappoint.. He said he doesn't need my business "that he was a lot of clients " very disrespectful person. DON'T COME HERE AND GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY.Service: Tires

This man may come off a little agressive, but in no way is he mean. He is just truthful. He has saved me many times. I came to him with my car smoking and over heating and he cooled it down filled up the coolant and talked to my mom and me for a while. All after his shop was closed. No one else wanted to help me or could help me. Then I bought a new car and the radiator was cracked. I waisted money at another shop just for them to tell me nothing was wrong with the car when clearly there was something wrong. This man didn't say one word just lifted the car up called me over and showed me where the leak and crack was and I told him what ever is wrong with it just fix it. But he said he won't do anything without calling me and telling me the price and what needs to be done. He is very honest. And caring. And his price is so reasonable. He feels bad charging people money. And you can tell. He is now my go to mechanic. And I'm going to send everyone to him from now on.

I had a great experience here today. I got a flat tire tonight. All other tire stores nearby closed except camden tire. The technician feels uncomfortable and planed to leave, but he agreed to stay there one more hour waiting for my car being towed to Camden tire. When my car arrived finally, he did a good job replacing the flat tire, and charged reasonably.

Seemed like a trustworthy owner. Yet took forever to get my tires. Only had one worker. Came back with my other truck, same thing. Ran out of time.First truck he said he couldn't balance a tire right because it was bent. Fair enough. But for that same reason could not perform alignment either.. Second truck because of time restraints, had to go before I could get the alignment. He promised he'd do it anytime on my return. Came back a couple of weeks later, and he DID NOT HONOR HIS WORD. Seems to me that a pattern had emerged. Did some digging around, I could have got a better price on my tires.Now I know why he was so nice to my wife and kid.

My wife got a flat in Santa Cruz around 6 pm and literally everyone was closed except Camden Tire. She put on the spare and drove up to Camden tire. They literally started working on my wife s tire immediately and had her on her way in like 15 min. I couldn t be happier with them. Rude dude. I just went in and he was sitting talking to a friend. He seemed annoyed that I interruptedhis conversation. He asked me to move my car and pointed first at one place and then to another, I was going to comply and then he shout out at me: "You are a bad driver" when his instructions were not clear. I waved goodbye and took off. I felt he was looking down on me because I am a woman and I certainly was not in the mood to deal with him.

This place has a bit of a funky old school vibe to it however the mechanics are very knowledgable and experienced. The parts they used on my car were Genuine BMW parts from OEM suppliers like Bosch. I've been here for steering rack issues, alignments, and oil changes. The owner is sometimes hard to understand, but he takes pride in his work and is a true automotive enthusiast.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Stopped by at around 7:15pm today to get a tire fixed that had a nail in. As soon as we arrive we are let known of the 20% service fee done for services after a certain time which we had no problem with on top of the tire fixture. The gentleman there was having trouble getting the nail out, no problem. My husband was suggesting a patch instead of a plug. The gentleman got upset when I asked if he could put a patch instead. He threw the tire to my husband and said, take your tire and leave I told him he had no need to be rude over a suggestion, he proceeds to say, his time of course it s his time, but it s OUR money we were willing to invest into his business. He was getting close to me and telling me I didn t know anything and was being awfully rude. Don t take things personal. It s a suggestion, he didn t need to be rude to customers who are going to pay! Anyways, bless your business and hope you learn to carry yourself with more professionalism and great customer service!

Avoid this place!! The owner is so rude, I asked him repair the tire he was asking me to do stuff while sitting on his chair in the office, I had to go up to him thrice and everytime he said move to the other place (while sitting on the chair). Later, he said where is the tire, I pointed my finger towards the trunk he said then why are you sitting in the car. Can you imagine a person so rude! Would just ask you to avoid this place, the worst customer service ever had.Wish could give zero or negative stars.Service: Tires

So I've taken my truck to the shop in the past for an oil change, it all worked out. When my truck tires blew went back, that was a expensive mistake. 1st the owner gave me the wrong tires and apparently he gave me a 'deal' for selling me tires that chevy says could have killed me. When I took my truck back and said the tire light is still on he said it's because it's hot. Ive know tire deflate to occur in cold not hot but since I trusted him I accepted his excuse. Took my van to chevy, they said I am lucky to be alive cause the tires he out on were completely wrong even though he told me there were very good tires and perfect for the truck. I've gone back a few times to chat about this, owner is no where to be found and he doesnt return calls. Whatever you do, stay far away from this place.

We had a great experience! The owner was very informative about the required repairs needed to be done for my BMW X5. He provided excellent service for a reasonable price. We will continue to be loyal customers.

We took our teenagers 2002 BMW 325i for inspection since it was leaking antifreeze, Hassan replaced the radiator & did a much needed brake job at a reasonable price. One week later the air conditioner doesn't work, he inspected it and quoted us 10 hrs of labor to repair..so we decided not to repair it. Then I asked what we owe him for the inspection/ estimate & he says nothing.... This is good customer service!Not sure what the 1 star people are talking about, he is a nice guy with lots of experience with European vehicles included!

2 years ago I did an oil change in other place that supposed to be cheap. 2 days ago I did an oil change in Camden tire and it was almost the same price, but faster and more convenient. I highly recommend them. I live in the neighborhood and won't go anywhere from now on.

My car tire pressure light was ON, even though the tire pressureon all the tires were on target. So, I took my car to Camden Tire to check. They said one of TPMS sensors needs to be replaced and they did changed the sensor with a sensor they get from Toyota dealership. However, the tire pressure light stays ON. They asked me to bring the car back several times, but they could not fix it. As I took my car to Toyota dealership and other mechanics, they said your mechanic did NOT register the sensor in to the car computer. As I asked Camden Tire to either fix it or refund me, they said they are done with my car and will NOT refund me!Service: Tires

You don't want to use their services!They don't pay attention to the work their doing!Horrible experience.I called several shops to get quotes on a clutch replacement for an 08 civic Si in February. Camden tire and auto gave me the best quote by $100. My girlfriend had used them once before for a rotter change in the past and they had been nice.I was quoted at $1,100 for the job. I had done research on parts and was ready to purchase aftermarket parts with great ratings to save money. I made this known and was told this would not be necessary. After getting a call and returning to the shop I was presented with a bill that was $1,900. $700 over what I had been told the job would cost. This was around the cost of the most expensive quotes I had received outside Honda itself. Being a student in the bay area I cringed slightly but let it slide because I had Honda parts in my car, this was me being positive. IF they had given me a call, like any normal mechanic would do, I could have ordered parts myself and kept the cost within my budget. I drove of the lot to have my engine light come on, all other warning lights, and the speedometer malfunctioning. I had to return promptly and was told, it was no big deal. We will fix it. Its fine. I returned hours later. I was once again reassured that it was no problem. Several weeks go by and my speedometer once again goes out. This time my steering wheel seems to lose its power steering, on the highway. I take it in again. They reassure me this is no problem. I leave my car once again. They fix it. 2 months go by and my stick shift starts feeling very lose and wont go into gear easily. This is inductive of a shifter cable issue. If the cable is displaced during work intentionally or by accident it will deteriorate over the next several months and eventually break, leaving you with a car that cant be put into gear. I take it in again. They assure me its no problem. I drive off the lot with the speedometer off. It shortly turns back on. Over the next few months my speedometer would turn off occasionally on the highway but return to normal function after dropping my speed. Eventually I stop having this problem. One morning a month or so after all problems had seem to fade away I could not get my car in reverse. When I attempt to put it in reverse it feels as if nothing is there. I know this is a shifter cable problem so I take it to a shop across the street from my place of work. They inspect it and let me know that it is in fact the shifter cable. They also tell me that they have never had to replace this cable on any other civic si. That this should never happen, unless it is displaced during a previous job. I decide that I want this mechanic to fix it because I dread going back to Camden auto and tire. I end up having to take my car with me because that part will take several days to get to the shop. Because the part needs to be ordered specially due to the rarity of replacement. I decide to drop into Camden auto and tier to see if they will honor their work and help me out. They deny that it could have been their fault but tell me that they will look around and see what they can do for me. I leave my car over night and return in the morning. At which point they quote me higher than the other mechanic and tell me that there is no way they could have displaced the cable. I tell them as kindly as possible that I am taking my business elsewhere. I am given keys. I drive off the lot WITHOUT my air intake in the car. They had not put parts back in my car and told me I was good to go. I returned promptly. I went through the entire reiteration of my consecutive problems at this shop and it all fell on deaf ears. After leaving I find that they had clearly pushed by car back, because it doesn t reverse, into a curb and damaged my rims and tier. This was conveniently left out of our conversation where they neglected all blame on their part. I have never written a bad review in my life but I don t want anyone else to experience something like this.

These 1 star reviews had me leary, but they were all the way wrong. First of all, this place is open late...until 11pm to be exact, so after I waited 4 hrs for a tow-truck, that was a very good look. I was tired and at my wits end, ready to just buy a new tire (even though I had purchased these current tires very recently) but rather than sell me a new one, they suggested I just get a patch since my tires were expensive. He pulled the tire, patched and slapped it back on with no hassle. Suggested I look into a wheel alignment, but wasn't pushy at all. Definitely getting all of my tires from here moving forward. Way better than Calderon or the other spots I have been to in the past.

Hassan has an unclear way of communicating fees to you. He will try to assure you that he is an honest man and that he simply wants to help.He cheated me into believing he would try to fix my broken car. He did nothing except have his mechanic take apart my engine and charge me for an overnight fee.

I needed tire work for 2 different vehicles. Owner was very rude. Mentioned he "didn't have time to help", I tried to set up an appointment and he continued to behave very unprofessionally. Avoid this place. This is not the type of business that deserves my money.

Guy who answered the phone was super short with me and rude! I called to get a price on a tire and he barely wanted to answer that 1 question, then proceeded to give me a guesstimate instead of an actual price or price range. Then said just come in and hung up! I clearly will not be coming in to that so called place of business.
