Nice folks. Brought in two cars for a "pre-sale used car inspection", and they've done a good job with performing the inspection quickly, and explaining in layman terms the severity of all the issues they've found.

I used to take my car to Auto Tec a few years ago before they convinced me it wasn't worth fixing and I bought a new car with a dealership service plan. Said new car developed a rattle shortly after my warranty ended, so I took it to Auto Tec. It's still fantastic (under new management) - honest, friendly, and prompt. We have trusted AutoTec with all of our cars for over 10 years. They re always good with communication, perform great work and keep costs reasonable. Thank you for taking such great care of our Sienna vans and Subaru. They keep on running reliably.

I'm going to highly recommend to this business to change their name to fairy godmother.I consider myself lucky to have found them and have used them throughout the years. I trusted them with my Lexus, Honda minivan, and Honda Accord. They don't mess around and they are honest which is hard to say for the dealership I used to take my car to.My most recent experience with them was when I had a free oil change with the dealer... let me tell you, there's no such a thing as a free oil change.Honda managed to break my oil pan and then told me that they cannot replace it and I need to pay for a replacement. When I refused, they said they will put a temporary situation on it.The Honda dealership told me that to fix everything that's wrong with the car, it would cost over $3500. I came to AutoTech for a second opinion and they found two things that weren't even wrong with the car which were listed By Honda.Auto tec was able to fix everything that was necessary at a third of the cost of the BS from Honda. And the cherry on top is they also found that the last place had put in the wrong coolant.This wasn't even on the Honda list.Save yourself some time, money, and agony and come here for any oil change or car repairs. This is my go-to shop for honest advice and quality work at a very reasonable price point.I've mostly owned Toyotas so it didn't really matter if I went to a dealership or a shop. I so rarely needed maintenance/repairs that even if I got slightly overcharged, it didn't really matter to me.My Nissan, on the other hand, is a prime target for price gouging. Every time I've gone to the dealership, the team at Auto Tec has been able to do the same work (often better) for half the price. I've also had major work done here including replacing an AC compressor that gave out during the heat wave, and the team was super fast in getting things patched up in just a day or two during the last big heat wave.I really like the team here. They work fast, clearly explain my options, and are also just dang friendly people.

We've been taking our two Toyotas here for years and our daughter also brings her Honda Accord. That shows just how much we appreciate and trust this shop, we have our daughter bring her vehicle there too!We used to go to Made in Japan/Made in the USA but felt like we were getting hustled too many times. So glad we made the switch!At Auto Tec the pricing is more than fair, the team is committed to wonderful customer service and they have gone above and beyond (including Maro meeting me to jump my car when I needed a battery replaced). If my family has has an auto issue that we can't fix on our own, Auto Tech is the first place we go.Don is a master at his craft; not only is he a great source of knowledge, he is customer-centric with communication skills that make it easy for anyone to comprehend even the most complex jobs.This is a reputable shop with a stand-up staff. It's become increasingly apparent to me over the years that their customers interests are at the forefront of the decision making process.

Auto Tec mechanics are always clear, professional, and trustworthy. I ve taken multiple cars there over the years and have always felt the service and value is over 5 stars!I even had my car looked at a different shop when I had an unexpected issue. This other shop came off like they were trying to sell me unnecessarily services so I got my one issue fixed then took it to Auto Tec to ask if the rest was needed, and if so, could they please do the repairs.Auto Tec told me 2/3 issues were not issues at all, and the other thing needed to be done in a year, not now. They consistently put value, service, and their customers first. I would highly recommend this shop.

Don is a salt of the earth friendly human being who has a great attitude and a genuine helpful nature. Whenever I drive to the Bay Area from Los Angeles I get my car serviced here. It's 100% worth it.

I LOVE AutoTec. I have used them for over 20 years. I trust them. They have always been completely honest with me. They have told me when things (like brakes) can be put off replacing and when things need to be repaired now. They have access to ALL the "should be" scheduled maintenance records and they keep a history on everything that has been done on my cars. They have repaired my Dodge Caravan, my Chrysler and my Nissan. The thing is that they specialize in foreign cars like Hondas and Toyotas. So they can handle auto repairs on all makes and models of cars! They are fair with their pricing and I've never felt that they were over-priced.

I have been going to Don & Van for years and won't go anywhere else. They are honest, detail oriented, considerate, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.For these same reasons, almost everyone I know goes to to them as well.I recommend them without reservation.

Don, the owner, explained the maintaince and repair costs over phone and over email. Rescheduling my appointment after the shop had closed was a breeze and done over email. Very satisfied with their service

This place is fantastic - trustworthy, great advice and they don't charge an arm and a leg. I've recommended everyone who asks to Auto Tec and once they've gone there, they keep going there.
