We came in to check on a rattle on my 2014 Nissa Altima S and Francesca & Donica at the front desk were both very pleasant to interact with. Tee did an assessment and promptly identified and fixed the problem. Everyone who I interacted with was very helpful and made sure we felt heard all while getting the problem fixed quickly. Highly recommend this!!!

Superior Collision did an excellent job of removing the swirls from the hood of my new Camaro It was a pleasure working with the owner, Tim, he is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I highly recommend them for any of your paint or collision repairs.

Staffs are professional and friendly, from receptionist to car examiner, insurance contact and technician team, i.e. Ismerai took my request and got his manager s permission to expedite the fix for my Tesla, and whole team made it happen that saved me lots of inconveniences afterwards. Yelp cancelled my account not once but twice because I honestly and factually described how "A Superior Collision Shop" understated (by $10,000) how much it would cost AAA to repair some scratches to my Tesla. Even though it was AAA who paid the extra money, there something wrong with being told body repair would cost $3,000 to fix scratches, the car is dis-assembled and the cost goes to over $10,000 more. My out-of-pocket charge didn't change but the dishonesty is stunning. Let's see if Superior Collision can have my review removed. Superior Collision pays Yelp well to make sure only their good reviews are retained. My two reviews that detailed and documented their scam have been removed. Because I've reviewed a lot of restaurants and services for their excellence, it makes me sad that those well-earned positive reviews have disappeared as well.Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding integrity! I went in for an estimate and the young man giving the estimate got the owner and rather than trying to sell me expensive services, he said I think this will just rub away and he buffed and polished out the scratches made by a sideswipe and didn't even charge me. He was honest and said that if I could live with the light scratch on the vinyl strip on my fender and mirror it would be better than having to replace the whole fender (and mirror) and match the factory color (which is what they would have to do if I wanted the scratch fixed). They went ahead and wrote up an estimate for a new fender and mirror, in case I wanted the scratch fixed. However, I decided that I can definitely live with the scratch and it felt good to relieve the young man who accidentally hit me that there would be no cost. If ever I am in need of a body shop again, this is the first place I will go. The receptionist was also very pleasant and courteous. Thank you to the young man who initially came out to give the estimate; he made the call to bring out the owner. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Superior Collision.Service: Body & Trim

I just had my Tesla Model 3 repaired at this shop. The repair was perfect and really fast. I loved that I was able to send a video recording of the damage without having to schedule an estimate in person. Once I dropped off the car they kept me up to date almost daily via text and it was really easy to communicate with them. The staff is also really nice and friendly, I recommend this to anyone that needs a repair.Service: Body & Trim

Superior did an outstanding, high quality paint job on my car. I won t say there weren t any hiccups, but the owner Tim has old school values who makes sure the customer walks away happy. Also, their Customer Service Manager Tee is a great guy who always keeps you updated on where things are. Great work and great people! Even with a few issues (all were happily resolved) I will continue to use Superior. I hope I will not be needing a collision repair or paint shop in the future, but if I do they will certainly be the place I go to!Service: Painting

After I first posted my review of not getting my car fixed on time and lack of communication from the shop. Tim, the owner reached out to me and went above and beyond to get my issue fixed on time. He kept me updated on the parts arrival and he even dropped my car at my home after it was done. Very professional service. I would definitely recommend this place for all Tesla folks. Any issue just try and find Tim and he will be able to address it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Update my review after the Owner and tech representative addressed my concerns yesterday.Tim (owner) and Tee did a very profession works on my Tesla body repair works, calibration (complex system), polish and deep clean. I was able to pick up my car right before coming holidays with family.You can tell they are very profession and accountable for the works need to be done in a complex system, insist high safety standard and quality of works before they can let go with a car from their watch. I'm appreciated and recommend people who has Tesla and like to get some professional repair works.My only compliant is on the communication about the estimate time to pick up. It could be improved if supply chain issue get better next year. If you do have car like to get high quality of repair, I highly recommend you come to A Superior Collision shop. If you are in rush or time critical to pick up your car then pls make sure you understand and well communicate the estimate time and reserve some buffers because I think all body shop will has similar situation.************************************************************************If you can wait for more than two months and keep rescheduling your time to pick up in last moment with different reasons (your parts not arrival, we missed order some of your parts, we run short of workers, still in polish, still in calibration, ...), you can come here.I have to reschedule several meetings and one getaway plan with friends because I simply follow what they told me what't ETA time to pick up. The representative is avoiding to pick phone and explain his plan or reason but left the problem to front desk (reception). Really bad experience. If I can I like to give negative stars to this body shop service.I'm calling Tesla to compliant they approved this 3rd party body shop which lead us make a wrong decision.Service: Body & Trim

Our experience with A Superior Collision was amazing. Great communication, great work and all around a good experience. We got in a wreck a few weeks before our lease was up. They helped us see through the problems our leasing company posed when the car was not returned when it should have been. I took my Subaru to Superior Collision because there was a small scratch on the front left bumper. I took it in for an estimate to repair/repaint. Tee Nguyen was very professional, forthright and friendly. He gave me two options: the low-cost option and the higher-cost option, without any pressure. I appreciated the fact that there was no attempt to "up-sell." I highly recommend and will go back if I have the need!Service: Painting

So far so good. Truck went in for repair to fix damage from a parking lot.Very nice clean shop. We will see how it goes with the repair and communication etc.After picking up my truck ahead of promised date it looks good as new.SCS did a great job! Thanks Jesse.

These folks are professional, competent and reliable. If you have a car or truck that needs to be repaired to like-new condition, Tim and his team are the ones to do it. I've had them repair a couple of my cars, and each time they have come back in excellent condition. This is an honest and reputable business. Several years ago, I discovered A Superior Collision Shop because it was close to home and also on my insurance's list of recommended body shops. I was glad I did. I've used their services twice since and was never disappointed. Tim and crew understand customer service, and the quality of work is outstanding. They take care of things and provide you with a stress-fee experience. I have no reason at all to go anywhere else as long as I live in the area.

Amazing service. Professional, fast, easy to deal with and very fairly priced. Greg was of a big help setting everything in place, even with the rental car. When I dropped the car they had already received the replacement part so it took only one and half day to get the job done. I even got the car beautifully cleaned and polished, it looks brand new! I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

These guys were great! I was furious that my car was hit just weeks before a road trip :( A Superior Collision took the frustration out of the process. My first contact was with Matt, who was very friendly and helpful. I arrived 30+ minutes before they opened. Matt opened everything up and to my surprise the office and reception area was quite nice and comfortable. Matt got my paperwork started, called the rental car company and before I knew it I was on my way. My estimator, Pedro, kept me updated throughout the process. He kept a happy attitude and responded quickly to both mine and the insurance company's many emails & phone calls. My car was finished on time and looked great ! I got the feeling that these guys liked their job, liked working there and were happy to help. I absolutely recommend ASCS :)

Great and friendly service! I will go back if I ever have another accident.This was a surprisingly wonderfully pain free experience as I dread dealing with accident repairs. My vehicle had been rear-ended, and I went through the insurance company to seek a repair facility. Note that when you choose an insurance recommended facility for collision repairs, the insurance company will guarantee the repair. But no need for that. Matthew was awesome and easy to work with. He gave me an estimate and we scheduled a date for the repair. The repair shop contacted the rental company for me so that I would be picked up and taken to the rental facility when I dropped my vehicle off on the scheduled date. My vehicle was quickly fixed in less than the promised time and for the amount of the insurance check . My bumper and hitch were restored to the original condition.

I decided to write a review after 2 years of using their service.My new Corolla got hit in 2017.We chose Superior from the list of State Farm approved service providers.They did a job on time and very well.The process was very professional with no surprises.The costs were okayed by State Farm as normal.Two and a half years hence, the repairs are invisible and have created no issues and we have not had to go back to them for any reason.Thanks Superior

My experience here was AMAZING. Tee is seriously the man. He explained the process step by step and answered every single question I had! He's incredibly nice and patient. He's a very detail orientated and will guide you through with a breeze. When I got my car it was super clean, detailed, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this body shop for your auto body needs. The staff are very nice and friendly.

I highly recommend this place. The front fender of my Audi was pulled out because of tire rubbing. I showed up at this place and explained my issue to Tee around noon, Friday. before my weekend trip for the Memorial weekend. Tee was very friendly and accomodating. They ended up rolling the fender back in place without charging me anything. A huge thank you to you Tee and your staff. You guys really saved my day!

Absolutely the best. The customer service was above and beyond outstanding. They thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done to fix the car. I also was surprised to receive text messages letting me know the status of the repairs. They also finished fixing the car sooner than I expected. The car looks fantastic. Overall an outstanding experience. I could not have asked to be treated any better. The personnel were professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The repairs to the quarter panels and trunk, along with the painting were perfect. They gave me a fair estimate and held to it. The estimated time for the repair were spot on and they even kept me informed of the progress by e-mail. I would not hesitate to reccommend A Superior Collision to anyone who need car repairs.
