This company completely saved our bacon. We're not used to snow and got our car stuck in kind of a dangerous spot. Called this company, they came out in half an hour, just like they said they would, and got us on our way very quickly. (And the driver was extremely nice about it when I called him multiple times because I was worried he wouldn't be able to find us.) I would absolutely call them again anytime I'm in the area.

I have dealt with these guys on more than 1 occasion.THEY ROCK! They are always there when I call to be towed or even when I had a dead battery. They are very knowledgeable about the insurance company's ever changing ,make it up as they go policy's! Which made the process pretty painless.THANK YOU W/ALL MY <3! Keep up the good work...............

My husband had an accident and M&M picked up our van. A week later when he was discharged from the hospital we went to retrieve his belongings and many of his power tools were missing and all the paperwork was in the office already signed off for sale, furthermore the owner said their surveillance system had been down 5 days conveniently starting the day the van was brought in. He just shrugged his shoulders when confronted with the inventory list from the police saying he didn't know what happened to the tools. He charged over $3000 for towing and storage for the week. This place is corrupt and dishonest. We are suing in the hopes to stop him from ripping off anyone else.

Friendly, kind, trustworthy, honorable people. I'm a father, far away, with a 20 year old college daughter and her friends in Tahoe for a ski weekend. She leaves early to beat a snowstorm back to the Bay Area in her hatchback and has a flat tire in the rain on a deserted part of the road. Roads are closing uphill behind her. Our insurance company "free" towing truck turns around, and no one else seems willing to go up the mountain. Wayne and Johnathan at M&M promise to go out, fight the the significant traffic jam/closing roads, and worsening weather, and bring her and her friends not only down, but go a few extra miles to the only place open that has her hatchback's size tires. They did exactly that. Afterward she called them angels, and my wife and I agree. Like I said at the beginning, friendly, kind, trustworthy and honorable people. Can't say enough good things about how they took care of my daughter and her friends today.

We can't recommend M & M Auto Body and Towing enough! We unfortunately hit a deer in the proverbial middle of nowhere and pretty far away from our home in Grass Valley. The first car to pass by happened to be a tow truck from M & M Auto Body. Jon turned around and had our car hooked up in record time. Since we couldn't just pop on over to a rental car agency, he towed us to the nearest town, Cool. Wayne the owner of M & M, left his shop in Camino to meet us in Cool and then drive us all the way home to Grass Valley! Once we were taken care of, Jon towed our car to M & M. Through the following weeks, we worked with Jeremy, their service manager. He was great to work with and he dealt well with our insurance company. We are happy with the work done on our car and even happier with the consideration M & M provided us.

Response time was amazing, dipatcher Julie was a logistics champion, and drive John got straight to work and had me out and on my way in under 10 minutes. What's a southern Californian guy in a two wheel drive car to do???? Call M&M, that's what!

About 18 months ago a friend had a "deer encounter" (deer not hit); car ran off the road, with minimal damage.M & M responded to CHP call for towing. Long and short of it: M & M inflicted an estimated $9,000 damages to rescued vehicle which, surprisingly, had otherwise escaped with little damage in the precipitating "encounter".DO NOT EVER RISK USING M & M. Aside from their irresponsible and unprofessional service, the charges for towing less than a mile were outrageous.(Unfortunately, zero -- 0 -- stars is not an option.)

Worst customer service ever!!! The lady on The office was rude and hung up on me, then I tried to talk to the owner who actually defender her then asked like he was doing me a favor, he's not the only tow company around and I would not recommend wasting your time or money here. I like to support the l9cals when possible in this case they do not deserve support when they don't know how to treat the customers whom are payuing them. Completely discussed with this business.

Called my insurance company for emergency road service. After waiting two and half hours for the company that took the job, M & M Auto Body & Towing; (I had been broken down in the middle of nowhere, at night, with no cell phone service, pay phone only), this company decided after the two and half hours of my waiting for them, to then suddenly inform me they were cancelling my emergency tow job, leaving me stranded.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Told me 300 and when I went to pay they said actually 600 dollars and it took seven hours to get me towed to there shop which was only a half an hour away. Kept making excuses why they were late. Worst tow co. EVER!

These people were chosen by the highway patrol to tow my boat which had broken down. They ripped me off for $400. $400 to tow a car! Please boycott this business. That is literal highway robbery

So our RV broke down on highway 50 called this company for tow he shows up runs a diagnostic fixed a relay switch sent us on our way now he could have charged us the 850 for the tow as we had agreed but charged us nothing What an honest and caring person he certainly renews ones faith in humanity His last words enjoy your vacation

Tow truck drivers were very kind and considerate people. Front desk a little abrupt. Quite expensive but get the job done.
