We are on vacation towing our travel trailer when our battery on our tow vehicle would not turn over without a jump. Called Napa on July 5 (Monday holiday) and Glen said he had what we needed in stock. The shop is in an industrial park so there was ample room to turn around and park. Glen came out to the truck and tested the battery, determined that we needed a new battery and that our alternator was fine. He went to work uninstalling our old battery, cleaned the terminals and installed the new one very quickly. We appreciated the great friendly service and having the part that we needed to get us back on the road for our vacation. Thanks Glen

These guys were great. We were in town on a Saturday and got a puncture in our tire. The tire store was closed in town. Napa has the plug kit and even loan to some tools that we needed. Great small town customer service. Thanks guys

My husband Robin and I are on vacation from LA county and had issues with our car battery. Rob contacted the owner Glen who was helpful, very friendly and knowlegeable! Glen also fixed the windows in our vehicle because they weren't working properly! I definitely recommend this auto store! Glen was awesome and great customer service!

Glen is the best. My battery died in my Jeep. He replaced the battery and we had a great conversation about Cambria. Such a nice guy!

Was told by another local gas station that my battery was good. After leaving I still had issues with my car. I pulled up to this Napa auto parts store and the gentleman who worked there tested my battery and told me it was bad. He then installed the battery and we were on our way. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks you!

One of the guys here helped me out and I so appreciate it! My RV broke down, and he came out to my campsite to fix it. He brought his dad too. They gave me advice and taught me while he replaced the fuel filter. I couldn't have made it to Washington state without that guy's help. Life-saver.

Headlight burned out. They had the part, and even advised and assisted with the installation. Theo was very helpful. Well stocked store. Great service.

Family camps in San Simeon every year and this year our battery died. So we came by to get it checked out, ending up replacing it. Fast service even though customers were going in and out.

Our battery was dying n they had no problem diagnosing n replacing it; even doin after closing time! Was life saver for our vacation as we dreaded the thought of calling Triple A. EXCELLENT!!!

Came in for a new battery for Fiat Abarth, it was installed free of charge, the battery $25 cheaper than autozone. KEEP IT LOCAL!!

Always very good...... wanting to find the parts you need.......from oil....oil filters to bearings.... struts.....shocks.......starters...... anything you need,.....they have it !!!!!
