The work was done well. Make sure to follow-up if early in the process you are told they will call you when to bring the car in. Two weeks went by after the insurance claim was approved. I called and they hadn't done anything with my claim - it fell through the cracks. This is not reflective of work quality - that part I'd rate 5 stars. Just keep on top of it, because they may not. It's a really busy shop.

My car was hit and in a parking lot and and they left the scene. So after talking to my insurance co.I called Premier. When I bought me car it needed a little body work so DCH Ford had Premier fix it. the job was done great. So I guess In a way, I am a repeat customer, just at their other location.I worked with Aaron he did a great job taking pictures and documenting all the damage on my car they Turn out only The repair shop but they also do the appraisal for the insurance company gotta love one stop shopping.They ordered all the parts in advanced so that when I brought the car in it would speed things up.Everybody there was super professional and friendly and it took them about 2 weeks to complete the job. They also called me on a regular basis to update me on the progress of the work.the car looks great as you can see in the pictures.I recommend these guys highly for any auto body and paint work and they back thier work with a lifetime warranty, any issues they will take care of it no problem, no questions asked.Also the car was cleaned top to bottom in and out nice touch guys!

Daniel Nouri at Premier Coach did an excellent job in getting my Tesla (Model S) repaired and made it look like a brand new car. He was very thorough and efficient when I first took the car for an estimate (had a rear collision). He was patient in explaining the steps and was knowledgeable in outlining the coverage and costs. His follow through and and attention to detail is exceptional. He coordinated all the steps and completed the repair on my Tesla on time. Premier Coach expertly repaired my Porsche 911. Even though my insurance company was dificult to work with, they continued to provide all the paperwork to justify a perfect repair. They were not willing to use the used or after-market parts that the insurance company wanted. Thus, the repair returned the car to good-as-new condition. The manager went beyond to meet me there on a weekend to return the car before I had to travel. Highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had front end damage my insurance company recommended Premier coach to take care of it I would definitely recommend them highly in no time at all my car was finished not to mention they gave me back my car clean which was a plus!!! My car was towed there after a collision. My car ended up being totaled so they didn t do any work. But- they kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my car- while being professional and very friendly! Enjoyed meeting the staff, including their friendly neighborhood squirrel

I was hesitant to go to this shop because it was recommended by the at fault driver s insurance company after an accident. However, I decided to go check it out because it was very close by. I am glad I did. These guys were great from beginning to end. The service was excellent with Logan explaining exactly what they needed to do and how long it would take. After talking with Logan, I felt at ease and decided to go with them. They were able to take the car immediately, enter me into the system for the insurance company to pay and set me up with a rental all within a half hour thank you Melissa! The afternoon before the promised completion, Melissa called and said I could pick it up the next morning. Eddie met me out front and went over every detail of what was done and made sure I was happy with the result. He even went the extra mile and buffed the headlights, which were beginning to cloud. Overall a very good experience with this shop. Thank you Logan, Melissa and Eddie!

This place is so professional, the work is flawless. The moment you drop your car off- you now you are dealing with a business that deal with the upper echelon . All the vehicles at the shop were well over 100k. The estimator under promised and over archived. My car was supposed to take two weeks, he had it done in one week. The most professional collision shop I've ever worked with, and I'd know, I was in the car business. I had received regular notifications about how my car was doing, which was great. The repair took four months, but I'm told that's a Tesla thing, not a Premiere thing.All in all, they did a great job on my car... Like it had never happened. Can't hope for more than that.

Logan, the auto body manager was great. As well as staff support.We had my Tesla model X repaired. The falcon wing passenger door was bent backwards.We also had our Tesla model 3 repaired. The car was rear ended to a tune of $27k repair. Logan fought on our behalf with the other parties insurance company to repair the car and not total it causing us to pay the difference in a replacement 3.My sons Mustang convertible had front end damage sold to us by a dealership without our knowledge and once again Logan with Premier Coach did an excellent job fixing that car as well.No matter what the damage to whatever car, we go to Premier Coach to have it repaired in a timely matter and excellent job done. The Camarillo location or Thousand Oaks location. Even a small problem like having our GMC Yukon rear door handle fixed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Car towing

I think that in general our society seems to be lacking a bit of customer service lately, but that is not the case in this place. Customer service seems to be the way they do business. It is a breath of fresh air when you come into this place. The people are friendly and seem to have a very good grasp of good customer service. You feel it when you are greeted and you know it for sure when you see the results of their work. It's easy to stand out when you are good at what you do and even more when you have the service to go with it.I would highly recommend Premier Coach to anyone reading this comment. I loved what they did to my Audi and they were refreshingly knowledgeable about my car.

I hit a wild animal that darted in the road - I was able to upload pictures to their site and received a quote which I was able to submit to my insurance. They worked directly with my insurance so no hassle for me - Did excellent work and done right on time as promised! They sanitized the car and it was ready to go. Extremely professional, at the quote I was provided a full explanation of what they would be doing to correct the deep gouge in my paint on the hatch. My BMW 535i got hit in the back and the person at fault had Mercury insurance. Called them just to check it out since it was recommended by Mercury. Decided to check it out before taking it to my preferred shop thats quite a distance away. But let me tell you that this was the best decision ive made. As soon as i pulled in and not even getting off my car, there was already a person (Logan) walking outside towards my car to chat with me. Looked like he has been working there so much just because of the amount of knowledge this guy had. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. he gave me the whole scoop about having to change my bumper and also gave me a timeline that i was happy with. Well guess what, they finished 2 days earlier. At first, i was a bit skeptical because i thought it might have been a sloppy job but man i was wrong. I got brand NEW BMW parts and are guaranteed for life. Very happy with my car and want to thank Logan and Premier coach for their excellent customer service. Finally, just to add, they called me 3-4 times within the time that my car was at the shop to update me. That was just amazing. These guys know how to run a well business. Thanks again.

These guys are just great. Not your typical body shop. Ultra professional. Great work. Polite. We have had some very nice cars that needed work and when they are done the detail the car! Car comes back to you like it came out of the showroom.
