Hector and his team were very professional and very helpful! They took me despite not having an appointment and they explained to me well what my options were and the problem with my car.The waiting area is impressively clean, with coffee and tea and chocolates! The bathroom is clean too!They offered to drive me back home which I didn t need at that time but picked me up at home when my car was ready.Very good service and pricing wise is very reasonable! Good job guys!

Really great job for the second time. They did a full brake job on our first visit and did a great job. The second visit was a tune up and replacing a faulty battery. Very satisfied with the work performed.

Great experience here! I had my transmission fluid changed for my 2018 BMW 530e. I ve driven 1k+ miles since the service and have had no issues! Will come back for other services in the future

I dealt with Hector. I had the spark plugs and ignition coils replaced on my 911. They did great work for a reasonable price. Great shop! I took my car in for because a light turned on my dashboard. The team was quick to diagnose the car to let me know it was time for oil change and wheel alignment. Johnathan and Hector were extremely helpful in taking care of my vehicle. They provided the utmost customer service. To say I m satisfied is the very least. Excellent and fast service. They kept me updated throughout the experience. The dealership was going to charge me an arm and a leg while instead I paid fair pricing at the auto shop. I brought my recently-purchased 2008 Volvo into Mekaniks Plus to diagnose and fix a "check engine" warning. I went to Mekaniks Plus based the "European specialties" label and the generally good online reviews. The team diagnosed and fixed the problem, but the following day there were still problems. The team was quick to diagnose the remaining problems (which were issues with an older car and not related to the repair) Throughout the process the team was helpful, respectful, clear in their communication, and committed to returning to me a well-running car.I can't recommend the Mekaniks Plus team highly enough -- they know what they are doing and they are committed to treating their customers respectfully and fairly.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Everyone of the associates at Mekaniks European Specialists are wonderful. I was having trouble with my nearly 20 year old VW Beetle passing it's smog check. They worked on it tirelessly until they found what the problem was. Hector always stayed in touch with me and keeping me in the know of what they were doing and the next steps they were going to take.After the work was completed, Hector called to make sure my drive home went well and I arrived safely, as I live over 2 hours away. Never has anyone ever cared as much once the bill was paid. So wonderful they care so much about their customers to do a follow up. I really can wholeheartedly recommend them 100%. I appreciate them more than they will ever know. So personable, kind and efficient. Hector explained the procedures in terms I could completely understand and said should I ever have questions or concerns, even once the car was repaired, not to hesitate to reach out. So comforting to know I now have good and honest mechanics for my car's well being. I will always use them in the future. It is worth the drive to me for the peace of mind I felt.Thank you Hector, Jonathan and Morris for not giving up. I truly thank God from the bottom of my heart for all you have done to keep my Roxie running for a few years longer....maybe more!! You are the Best!! Thank you.
