Life savers. Was visiting family and flat tire light came on. Thankfully they were open on a Sunday and was able to squeeze me in. Appreciate the service, quality work, and great people working this store.Special thanks to Gabe!

I had a great experience getting new tires here with Sam helping me. He was so friendly and helpful, I felt like I was talking with an uncle. I was a little nervous because I ve never bought tires before and this was a big purchase for me. Sam made me feel at ease and helped me get the best tires for me and at the best rate. I will be coming back next time I need tires.My only complaint was that the wait was about 5 hours from dropping my car off for my 2pm appointment to picking it up. They were clearly slammed and Sam gave me a heads up that it would be a while. I ll definitely be trying to get in earlier in the day next time.

I talked with Gabe and Jill on my Appointment day around 1 PM. I was there to get my brakes replaced. It was down to the metal on one side, and both rear brakes needed to be fixed. They troubleshooted my car's problem and completed everything necessary to get it running correctly. It only took them 3 hours and 45 minutes. This business is highly professional. They have excellent people in the front of the shop and mechanics in the back. Trustworthy work completed that will keep me returning. I need to get my starter replaced next year in 2024. Really friendly and attentive. Phones were ringing like crazy, but Sam kept his focus on our discussion about my vehicle. A real pro.Has that neighborhood mechanic vibe.Great experience.

I was in a hurry for new tires, because one of them was already in really bad conditions and i needed one ASAP. I called this store to see if they could order me some tires the guy said yeah let me order them and we will go from there let me remind you this was on Wednesday and its Saturday and he never called me back!! And my tires have warranty with them so i just decided to take my business to americas tire 9/10 recommended !

Oh my gosh - these guys were amazing! I pulled in 5-10 before close with a mail on my tire. I was on my way camping and had my travel trailer attached. They fixed my tire within 20 mins and sent us safely on our way. Thank you so much for staying after to help us. The delay would have been miserable if we had had to wait another whole day. Thank you thank you!

They explained all of the issues they saw in terms that I understood. They applied coupons that were relevant to the repairs needed, and made it more affordable to care for my vehicle.

This place was great. Unfortunately my car had other problems and they weren't able to do an alignment button only did the guy print up all the problems which I was unaware of. But he actually took the time to physically show me what was going on very friendly very fast.

I have found my new auto shop going forward. Gabe and Mario really took care of my business. One of my truck went down, they got my truck in and out within two days with a ton of work needed due to another tire company doing a horrible job. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with this business which is only because of Gabe and Mario.. They balanced my tires, alignment, new brake pads, struck and springs.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I brought my Truck in for tire rotation and vehicle alignment as I have a Lifetime Alignment plan. Unfortunately, the location, unlike every other Firestone I have been to, doesn't do vehicle alignments on full size trucks, even though Camarillo and the County are full of trucks my size. Apparently they have plans to accommodate the larger vehicles, but two years thus far, and still no accommodations. Please serve your market.Service: Tires

Great staff, especially Gabe, the service representative, and the mechanic, Mario. Awesome people, professional and always willing to help. They showed me all the issues with my vehicle before doing any work on it.

Went in to fix a tire with a screw, they did not find the screw in the tire and tried to upsell me on service that was not needed. When I asked if the tire was fixed then they found the screw, the next day it was losing air again. They would not fix it and I ended up having to the Firestone in Thousand Oaks where they fixed it right away.

I'm back with another review of Camarillo Firestone! My truck has been having several repairs done by Gabes & Rudy's team on Arneil rd. I'm happy to say that my truck is driving better than it has in a long time. There were some bumps along the way, but both Gabe and Rudy remained professional. They listened to me and addressed them. Mario is a top shelf mechanic with a very kind smile. I can not say enough about my repairs other than...I will be back. Trust, have patience and faith...because Gabe and his team are doing their best daily to serve. John Zimmerman

Please take your business somewhere else. I dropped off my truck to get a heater core change which takes 2-3 days to complete, after 6 days they completed the job but only to find out they did not complete another job I told them to do that goes along with the first job, my blend doors. It is now going on 9 days, and I still do not have my truck. To make things worse, I have to go to another location to get my AC recharged because their equipment is down and will not be fixed for another 3 weeks. to say I am beyond frustrated and angry with this location is an understatement.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I tried to get a tire checked (under warranty) with a slow leak and was turned away, with an underinflated tire and told I'd have to make an appointment. Which was scheduled the next day at 4:15, when I arrived I was told to wait for two hours or until they closed if they could or would do it. This is the worst tire place in Camarillo, only gave them one star because they are open. Tires are supposed to be their specialty? Don't go there.Service: Tires

I.have never had such a great experience as I have at this Firestone. Not only did my car get taken care of, but in the manner that they handled it. I haven't been to a shop were it felt welcoming and had the staff treat their clients like they care. Chris was amazing, great service, his attention to detail, and just awesome attitude. Highly recommend this location. Will definitely keep returning. Thank you guys..

Called on Friday, spoke with a representative and told him the issue with my vehicle and the make and model (Fiat), and he scheduled me for an inspection for Monday. I went in Monday, and was immediately told by the guy at the front of the shop, that they don't service Fiats. Ok, i guess someone made a mistake, but as I was on the books, did anyone at any point think to call me before I showed up, and let me know that they wouldn't be able to help me? Completely mislead me and wasted my time. Amateurs.

So where do you go to get your vehicle fixed or kept in good running order? I chose firestone in Camarillo. I recommend making an appointment since it would appear they have more work than workers. I've had small repairs such as changing a headlight bulb to major work like struts and even with one little hiccup , that they did take care of ive been very pleased with the service

Very Good! They were fair when I had a concern about an alignment that I had done. Kenny and Gabriel are both nice guys to deal with. When I brought it to their attention that I had not received a readout of the before and after alignment measurements (due to a broken printer), they were fair and gave me a refund without any trouble.

Great prices, great people. I got a set of 4 tires, including balancing and alignment for way less than what the other stores, including Costco were offering. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and did not pushed for the sale. Believe me or boy, it was a pleasant experience
