I was assaulted by the older black man JAY tonight he was on a personal call while trying to ring up. He asked if I had points I said yes since he was on the phone he didn t hear me. He proceeded to grab me by the hat and said you need to use your words and not just try and punch in numbers. I told him get off your phone and do your job because I did say YES . I told him to not ever touch me or anyone else like that because that s assault. I filed a complaint please be careful when dealing with this creep. So sad

4 PUMPS were OUT OF ORDER and someone is literally picking up trash with their own hands (no gloves) from all the trash cans. (Maybe the cleaning lady or a person who is homeless, can t tell)

Beware. Prices posted here do not apply for credit card payments. Mine was .20 cents more per gallon

Went in with my service animal to purchase an energy drink.Attendant refused service because he was frightened of my animal, who was standing in front of me, doing her job, and stated that she wasn't wearing a vest. Which is not required by the ADA.I immediately called Chevron corporate to lodge a complaint.Upon putting my animal in my room, I went back to purchase said energy drink and told the attendant that I made a complaint with corporate and his manager will be getting a call from them.The attendant proceeded to smirk and laugh, stating that he wasn't worried.I updated corporate of this latest incident.There are less expensive stations up the road.Highly recommend to use those instead such as Shell 107 W Ventura Blvd currently at $4.09 a gallon.

The gas station clerk (possibly the same one mentioned in the other complaints) refused to turn on the air for my vehicle that had a nail in the tire. He said I need to show a receipt for a current gas purchase for free air. I had a full tank, but fine, I went to look for quarters and he walks up to me telling me he doesn t want me to waste my money and directs me to another business. I told him that I can pay for air if I want and asked him to go away but he decided to stay and be argumentative. Poor Customer Service and we spend thousands a year on Chevron gas.

They don't carry V8 juice drinks or clamato. Very limited on what they carry here. Not enough variety. It's always cramped inside. If you need air u must buy gasoline or bring a receipt. How far back can it be? Other gas stations always provide air no questions.

Been coming here over 7 years and the past few times the older geezer African-american worker yelled at me for using my phone in my car while pumping and just today is the last time I will be coming here because he was loud and rude to me for using the pump on my opposite side of my car. He's a terrible employee, must be some retired navy chief or authority figure that thinks he can yell at who he wants when he wants. Grow up old timer VIETNAM WAR CAME AND WENT!!! Fire him ASAP!

I was on my way home last night, but needed to get air into my tire, so I stopped by to refill my tire. As I was looking for my pressure gauge, the employee working there came up to me and said that they could pay for my air. When I couldn't find my pressure gauge, they brought me in, and paid for the pressure gauge. I tried to repay their kindness by giving $20, but they refused to take it. All in all, the service was great, and the people working there are wonderful.

For some unknown reason, this station has the best gas prices in the nard. I don't care if the service is mediocre. I will gladly drive the extra mile to refuel here.

staff was rude. i asked politely if i can use their air since i forgot to do it the day before i filled up my tank( weve got 3 cars and always fill up our tanks in this station). he asked me if i bought gas from them. i told him i did yesterday and forgot to use the air. he told me i have to buy gas for me to use the air for my tires. such a d! � head!!! you lost my business j@ck @$$!!! avoid this place. staff is rude except for the indian lady who is very polite.

I have been going to this station for years. Today I stopped in for some air for my tire and was told I had to buy gas first. I told them I already had a full tank but they still refused to turn on the air. They have lost me as a customer. Corporate should reprimand them for this.Update. I contacted corporate on this. They informed me that there was nothing they could do and that this was a independently owned station. They said they would forward my complaint to the owner.

African-American employee ID me for buying a lighter and said I wasn t 21 so he refused to sell me a lighter and so I showed him that the age was 18 in the state of California and he still refused to sell me the lighter. You honestly need to keep your employee in check because honestly he is doing a horrible, his service is unbelievably unprofessional!!!

Was recently harrassed by a gas station clerk at this location after I took a quick phone call ( no more than 5 minutes and that's being generous) from a family member before filling my tank. Was told it was "their busy time" and needed to fill up "right now" despite standing directly in front of the pump putting in my jnformation. After filling up my tank, I proceeded to wait an extra 2 minutes before I could pull out of my spot because I was locked in with cars. Most ridiculous experience of my life. Avoid if you dont want to be harrassed.

This is literally the worst gas station ever. I have been yelled at by jay or Larry whatever his name is on multiple occasions over trying to get gas. He told me last week that I was gonna explode and die he yelled at me to put a mask on even though his mask is NEVER on. I will not be returning to this gas station.

This gas station has the best price within 5 mile radius. Cheaper than ARCO. Tough intersection with lots of traffic but it s the cheapest gas around !

Would not take CASH and their card reader doesn t work. Would not do air. Would not give a paper receipt to another customer for gas. Very Shady Chevron.

Gas price says were amazing compared to all the other gas stations the clerk working the register he's out of hand I observed him be really rude to a guy that all he did was ask for a specific drink When it was my turn the attitude and disrespect he had towards me for no apparent reason was unbearable I am literally in shock I am very humble person for him to treat me that way A little word of advice if you have a debit card just play outside and avoid him he must really hate his job

I never have problems at this Chevron normally the cheapest around and right off the 101 freeway if going north so I stop there pretty much every week

Gas is diluted. I immediately noticed much worse performance from my engine.

Price advertised on internet is not the same as the pump..Is off by .40 cents per gallon
