Had a great experience with this company CARSTAR Camarillo Auto Body. This has been the 2nd time I ve used them, I highly recommend them.The car was fixed and repair quickly. Great customer service Bobby was outstanding!!!

Loved the service both on my vehicle and customer relations. Robert Spadaccini took care of my no fault collision repair from beginning to end. I was side swiped across both doors on my passenger side. He had areas repaired that were damaged that I didn't even notice, like the running board. He also repaired all the damage that my autistic twins had done to my car. The trim in two different areas had been removed. It's back to looking as great as when I first got it! Robert kept my cost for those noncovered repairs very fair and within my budget! Highly recommend and will go here instead of Tony's in the future!

Excellent communication by Bobby from start to finish. All staff were cordial and professional. The work done was fantastic and looked new again! I would highly recommend this facility for repairs or restoring to factory appearance.Thank you again Bobby and team!

Fixed my car after an accident. Looks great. Communicated the whole way thru on completion date. Car looks good as new. When insurance paid the whole bill they didn t try and scam me for my part of the deductible too which was very much appreciated! Good honest business!

I was rear ended with very minor damage to my car. Carstar Camarillo has had my car for 3 weeks with no idea when it will be ready. They originally called me on Wednesday that my car was ready to pick up, I was not able to go until Friday because I work and they close before I get off work. When I got there on Friday and started my car a service light came on saying a rear sensor was damaged, the same sensor they were supposed to fix! How did they not see this come on as soon as they turned my car on to move it from the back to the front parking lot for me on WEDNESDAY I do not know! I saw the light immediately! This was Friday at 9am and apparently no one works there that could fix a "quick wire problem" is what they told me. It's now Monday afternoon and they are saying the one guy is still not there and they don't know when he can come and when my car will be ready!I would never pick this place willingly I'm the future. Be sure to do a proper inspection of your car before you leave.

I was pleased with Camarillo Autobody's prompt service and they worked with the insurance company to make it simple for me. The staff are very polite. I highly recommend this company.

Bobby and the rest at Camarillo Auto body are fantastic! My husbands car was in a minor accident. Insurance and Auto body took care of everything. Everything was done fast and very well! I was dealing with Bobby and he was very friendly and helpful. He kept me updated on my cars status so there was no surprises on when the car was gonna be done. I work with cars for a living and was very happy with how my car came out the blend matched the car so doesn t look like one section is newer than the other. When getting a car repainted it s never perfect wherever you go but they made sure to get it pretty close. Definitely would highly recommend them. Bob Herrera was a huge disappointment! Offered no help in replacing door and saying car is total loss because door would estimate at approximately $6,000! And was unkind, and arrogant beyond the limits..

Bobby Herrera performed excellent work on my car but desperately lacked communication skills. He told me that he would call me when I could drop my car off, and never did. A week later, I finally called him. The day before I was supposed to pick up my car, he refused to give me my car until he received extra money from my insurance company, yet he never called my insurance company or me to tell us that he needed additional funds. He did not communicate with my insurance company throughout the entire process or with me, and I ve had to call multiple times about conflicts that he should have called and told me about days in advance, not right before my pickup date. Due to his lack of communication, my car did not feel important, making me feel like an unvalued customer. Bobby Herrera did not provide quality customer service, hence the reason for one star.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So I called and talked to the receptionist and asked for Bobby to call me back, he did not.So I called them and asked for Bobby the next day. When Bobby came to the phone he said that he forgot to call me. Going forward I asked him about how quickly I could get my car in, and out of his shop and he said that he was booked for weeks and it wouldn't be until the end of April? I have got to say that the customer service definitely is an issue, you need to step it up a bit!

I damaged my new truck tailgate. The damage required dent repair and a repaint of the tailgate. The damage was corrected completely and the paint match was perfect. Camarillo Auto body made the truck look new again. The estimate was spot on and the repair was delivered on time. Hopefully I won't need their service again but if needed I would not hesitate to return to them.Service: Body & Trim
