Guys saved my weekend! We were going to the camping when one of our tire on the RV exploded.We checked 3 tire shops and only this one was able to change it. Professional and awesome service

Awesome experience! So easy to schedule appointment online, showed up, super friendly staff, fixed my flat tire and made time to do an unscheduled oil change on the spot. Was told it would be about an hour to complete the service and my car was ready in an hour. REALLY appreciate the excellent customer service AND excellent job done by the techs! GREAT team, thank you, Big Brand!!!

My car flashed a tire pressure sensor fault warning this morning on my drive to work. My coworker recommended Big Brand to me, so I gave them a call and they got me in same day. They were very friendly and changed my sensor battery within an hour. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I need my car serviced!

Monique (service manager) is truly amazing and the entire crew is always very straightforward, kind, friendly and accommodating. They truly treat you like family here! I d highly recommend this team, and I love that it s run by a female service manager. Thanks guys!

Took our car in to fix an issue recently. The team assessed the problem, communicated with us effectively and were extremely helpful in fixing the car quickly and within that same day. They were super understanding of us needing to get the car back quickly and even stayed past closing time. I m sure they don t want to do that all the time, so this review is not to promote that aspect. Just wanted to highlight how dedicated they were to help us!

I stopped by Big Brand in Camarillo yesterday with no appointment. I needed one tire to replace my spare, and I wanted something inexpensive.The man at the counter (I forgot to get his name) was very friendly, didn't try to up sell me, and said they probably could squeeze me in between a couple of larger jobs. He gave me a wait time of 20 minutes, but I was paid up and gone in 15.I'm extremely happy with my experience, and will definitely go back.

Many thanks to these great folks. Took us on a drip in basis when my car was shaking. They rebalanced the tire and got us in and out in about an hour. Made my long highway trip much safer!!

I came in for new tires then a lift kit. I had alot of questions as this was the first truck I've lifted. Isaac was very nice and knowledgeable and helped me sort through options. I very much appreciate Isaac and his staff taking that time with me and will continue to use Big Brand in Camarillo

I wanted new wheels and tires for my truck to start off my little build. Everything at Big Brand was awesome. They were so helpful with everything and everything was fast and done well! I got bigger wheels but it seems to ride even smoother than before. Super happy to say the least.

Big Brand Tires of Camarillo has a great staff! I got my car serviced there today for my second time now. I used to think this was for tire service only. I m glad to have learned that I can get the rest of my car maintained as well to keep up with my vehicle maintenance schedule. Service was friendly, professional, and timely. I was the first person here at 8 on the dot, it s now 1130. I ve been here for 3.5 hours waiting for an oil change. It may be quicker if you have an appointment, that s my opinion. I walked in and waited 3.5 hours But I have to pay full price with no discounts for my time waisted. Will recommend definitely trying some where else. The customer service is the only reason why I gave more than one star.

I ve taken my truck here for the last 3 oil changes and it s quick and they do a good job. I did some shopping around and BBT is definitely cheaper than the drive thru oil change spots in Camarillo. They also include a tire rotation with all oil changes which isn t included at the drive thru spots.

Whether you make an appointment or you walk-in with a more urgent tire issue, every member of this team are happy to help. Tire pressure and puncture patch-ups are free of charge and quick. Such great service, I'll never go anywhere else.

There comes a time when squeezing the last dime out of reliable past customers defeats the $ advantage. I am a long time customer and I get increasingly discouraged with each visit. This time I was in for a balance and one tire had a screw. Said they could not do it and I would have to buy new until I reminded them of road hazard warranty and they all of a sudden determined that it could be repaired.

I ve used this shop a couple time due to location so close to work, Well today or should I say tonight was the last time they will get my business. Went in for a set of new tires which wasn t cheap by any means, $2200 with alignment to be exact, and when I dropped off the truck sales guy asked what time do I need the truck back by I told him 4pm, he said no problem. No call by 4:30 so I show up anyways because my ride back over there was leaving work. Long story short didn t get my truck back till 6:50pm. Sales guy makes up an excuse about how the alignment take more time, maybe they need to train the right techs for the right job, I can align this truck in. my driveway faster and better than they did. Anyways paid full price and 3hrs after the original compleation time and now i m driving home in the freeway and the truck pulls a lot harder to the right than it did when I dropped it off. Needless to say ai now have to take more time out of day and take the truck back to get re aligned or hopefully just get refunded for the alignment cost so I can take it to a real alignment shop. This is one of many incidents that me and my coworkers/friends have had to deal with at this location I really hope corporate can get this location figured out or atleast get this location under new management because as of now we will no longer be using this location for service and will be recommending somewhere else to friends and family. I really hope people read these comments and take their business elsewhere. Plenty of other shops around that will actually take care of you and have your serviced done in time and done correctly.

Months ago I bought tires and oil change. Great customer service, price, fast. Recently I got my oil changed and the dipstick was damaged from someone jamming it in. Oil leaked everywhere. Never again.

Unfortunately I had a flat tire and the nail was in the middle of the tire. I had to go to 4 different tire shops. They didn t want to help me because it was around 4:30 and 4:45pm. American tire, Firestone told me they are all booked for next couple days. I ve to come Wednesday. They weren t even interested. Then I came at big brand around 5pm. They were very professional and took care of me right away. They have a nice waiting area with couple vending Machine big TV. Jonathan and Anthony were very kind. They wiped my stress In a minute. Even though I live at Thousand Oaks but will be coming back in future.

Johnathan runs a great shop. organized, clean. Tires. Installed both front wheel bearing on my Yukon same day. alignment and ride of truck is better than factory. superior techs and customer service. Tons on experience at the Camarillo Store.

Great service! Very fast! I usually expect about 2 hours for a rotation and an alignment, they had me in and out. I made an appointment online and set up everything in advance. When I came in, Harrison checked in my car. When I told him I would be waiting, he checked to give me an accurate time. My car was ready in half the time he quoted me. Definitely will be returning here!
