On the morning of December 6th at 9:50 AM, I was warmly welcomed by a courteous gentleman who efficiently handled the transactions for my wheel spacers. The technicians also explained the process before continuing with their exceptional expertise, showcasing their exceptional skills, and completing the task promptly. The entire process was executed with precision and orderliness. I have stumbled upon a hidden treasure for my urgent automotive service requirements. Best service in Ventura & LA County. Entire staff is genuinely happy for their customers. They had to order the tires I wanted, but arrived very fast. I easily scheduled an appointment. They had my car with new tires ready when promised.Highly recommend American Tire Depot in Camarillo!

Nathan was very helpful and explained the process well. He walked my husband and I through each step and all the options we had available. They even stayed open late to make sure I got my car back same day. We called late and the day and the entire team was willing to make it work to make sure I got my car fixed same day. Great team here at this location! Thank you !

Nathan is always very upbeat and friendly. Tire rotation appointment went smoothly. I was there an hour. They did forget to put my wheel lock back but I called and Nathan put it aside for me. Another gentleman named Miguel was super nice.

Bad service!!! I had a busy day so I set an appointment for 2:15 to install 4 tires I brought in Easy enough right? They said no problem it would be about an hour 1/2-2 tops and would call me when it s done so I agreed and worked my schedule around that. I didn t hear from them so 3 1/2 hours later I went down there ( no courtesy update call) only to find my car not even done yet! To boot they hand me a broken lug snapped off in my wheel and said it wasn t there fault. They didn t finish till after 6 and now I m driving around with 4 lugs in one wheel. Awesome!!!! Btw way the guy in front of me in line they told him a hour and 20 min and he was also still there. Don t bother making an appointment and if their even semi busy plan on leaving your car there all day despite what they tell you. I ve had my own business for almost 40 yrs and I would never run it this way.

Charged me $165 for 18 minutes of work.Polite customer service but I heard them quote two other people for the same job (alignment) $40 dollars cheaper while I was waiting to pay.

I had great customer service from Nathan and Hector. Friendly and professional. Hector gave me a good deal on tires and additional work to be done. I recommend American tire Depot in Camarillo, CA.

Talk to Joey or Hector for all your tire needs. Making an appointment was easy. Got 4 tires and alignment done, was done before time promised. I will go back with all my cars.

They did a good job getting the new tires on and the car out. When looking on their website prices show "install included" but then you get to checkout and scheduling and they add $100 in balancing and balancing weights.

This location of American Tire Depot is awesome. Give this Nathaniel guy a raise. He made an emergency situation I had which was replacing a catastrophic flat tire on my way to my friends place an enjoyable situation.

Purchased a set of tires from here for a very reasonable price with insurance.Came in because I saw a screw in my tire.Got it replaced very quickly. The insurance saved me a lot of $.The staff here are very professional & friendly.Thanks for all the help Hector!

Hector the Manager was amazing and I could really tell that he was doing absolutely everything he could to help me and my roommate out with her battery/alternator situation The shop is still running tight and being kept up and the customer service is still top notch

I came here a couple months ago to get four new tires and they told me that the warranty for these tires was 55,000 miles. I drove around for about 20,000 miles and I ran into a problem because the tires were uneven. So I went back and they told me don't worry its completely fine so I left and later on one my tires blew up because of that problem. When I went back and told them about the warranty they argued with me and they said they can give me new Nexen tires with the full package including alignment for $936. They put four new tires but they didn't align them and the guy there by the name of Victor was extremely rude, inexperienced, and he doesn't care about you as a customer. They charged me for the full package and left out the alignment. Now they wanna charge me $120 for the alignment which he told me was supposed to be included already into the package. I really advise against going to this place, they are very rude and I have no idea why the manager hasn't fired Victor, he is a very bad person. I wanna sue this company.
