Go to Napa for all your parts needs and see Leslie. Best customer service. She makes you feel very welcome when you come into the store.

Stopped by here for a OHV pass, ended up talking with them for some time about all sorts of things! Great customer service, and super nice! Would definitely recommend going here, especially if you have questions, or are looking for the personal, and personable touch.

0 out 5. Would not recommend. The lady in there is extremely rude and unprofessional. Part arrived late. She tried to tell me she refunded the cost of the part to my boyfriend in cash eventhough I paid for the part with my card and was not with him when he went to pick up the part. What kind of business practice is that? Neither one of us was ever refunded. Said she would let us take the part in "good faith" because their system was not showing any in stock. It's not in good faith if you have paid for the part and have the bank statement and receipt to show for it.

Wonderful Place Leslie is very knowledgeable and was the only person we could find that could identify the motor on our RV and looks out for you finding the best quality and most affordable products needed I highly recommend

outstanding service from carl, He was so helpful and kind, They really take care of all their customers. I called several times and he was very patient and helpful. I will be coming here for all my future needs. Give that man a raise lol

Superb service! Thank God for NAPA! Cal City Auto (NAPA) is THE parts house up here in Cal City. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and take the time to get the right part the first time. Local, family owned and good civic members of the community, Cal City NAPA is simply the best.

Even though they're more expensive then AutoZone, they're willing to help you find what you need. Even if they don't carry it, they'll let you know who does and where. Now about their staff, hands down the greatest people ever. :)

Hometown Auto Parts store with very knowledgeable staff willing to help the novice car person find exactly what they need to get their car back up and running again very knowledgeable experienced and they get anything you need quickly

AutoZone may be cheaper, but when I go there, I get problem after problem with the parts, the staff, and the consequential cost. When I go to NAPA, things go right the first time. The staff is absolutely amazing and the service is incredible.

Husband went to buy motor oil. The lady at the desk left him standing there while yelling after another customer who had already left. Terrible rude service with no excuse.

Very unprofessional and rude service when trying to order in parts. I happened to be in uniform when I stopped in the store and was amazed how rude the lady was. I won't be going there or to any NAPA store again.
