the staff at the car service M.B of Calabasas were incredibly helpful and provided top-notch service. Jazmine Quintero really went above and beyond to make sure my car was in great shape. I highly recommend their services! She was the perfect person to assist with a great personality.

It s always a great experience Dealing with Mercedes. My service advisor Jason M. is a great guy who is knowledgeable and always tries to help whenever there is an opportunity, Not my first time dealing with them, and definitely won t be my last.However, i m not happy paying hundreds of dollars to repair a software glitch that was pushed by Mercedes, I think this should have been covered 100% by Mercedes as it is a software glitch from Mercedes not from me. other than that, everything is great and my service advisor Jason and the shop Foreman Jason as well are the nicest most knowledgeable

His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and efficient.I am very particular and selective.I highly recommend his service foran outstanding customer experience. We were looking for a used, clean, one owner, no accidents, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and after looking at many, we found the perfect one at Mercedes Benz of Calabasas. Carfax had it listed at a great price but it did need a new serpentine belt idler pulley, an air filter, and what I thought was a new headlight bulb. But then I discovered that the bulb twist in receiver was pulled out of the headlight housing. The only way to repair it was to remove the front bumper cover. We knew we bought the car as is and assumed we would have to find a shop to do the repair. My wife called and talked to the general manager and he assured us that they would take care of it and they did. John was our salesman and made sure everything was right. The car does need new tires which would help the ride quality. After all was said and done, I would rate our purchase as great and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from MB of C.

Of all the opportunities to purchase a new car we returned to see Joshua at Mercedes of Calabasas. His kind and calm demeanor really sealed the deal. If he was not positive about his answers he went to clarify and get the answer. He was not pushy or overbearing, a lot of other dealerships did not pass the test. All this was amazing, however we also came away with the price we wanted to pay. All in all a great buying experience. We look forward to years of satisfaction and enjoyment fromOur new car.

I especially would like to thank Jazmin as an Assistant Service Manager for accommodating my vehicle repair scheduling, excellent communication, and taking care of all my vehicle needs. AdBlue signal was on and not going away. Took the car in on Friday and got it back next Wednesday and it cost a little over $1700.00. Other than that the service was good and Jason was very professional and helpful.

I had a great experience taking my car to MB Calabasas.The problem was addressed as best it could be- having in consideration it was a software issue- , and in a timely manner.So far the car is being running smoothly.I also appreciate the shuttle service provided to get home while wait for my car to get fixed.So in general I appreciate the help, expertise and support of Eddie and MB Calabasas.

I had a terrible rattle in my car so I took my car in to get it fixed. They kept my car for two days and didn't fix it.The next day we took the car back because it was still rattling. They clearly did not fix my car and the excuses they gave my husband were ridiculous. I have driven Mercedes for 43 years so the cars are not new to me. I have never had a Mercedes that sounds like a tin car when you drive it. I now have to go back again tomorrow and meet with someone else to test drive the car.In addition the turn over in your staff is terrible.I couldn't be more unhappy or disappointed with your service department.

Absolutely professional and accommodating.There was a knock/tick on our steering wheel which we thought was normal. But when the technician test drove the car with me, he noticed it and told me that was not normal. I got my car in August of 2022 from them, and they repaired if under warranty repair. They were so thorough and checked everything and advised me of upcoming tire replacement.They also provided a loaner car for free since the repairs were warranty repairs.Jazmine was also very friendly and helpful. She takes time to help customers understand what they are going to do and what were the steps they took to address the issue. She is very thorough in the paper work and knowledgeable with the cars.When I dropped off the car, I was in and out in under 40 minutes including the test drive and paper work.They also provided a free car wash and I barely recognized my car when I got it back. Lol on my part.When I picked up the car, it was under 15 minutes which is what everyone should strive to get done.Amazing service! Thank you!!!

Amazing Superb experience at MBZ Calabasas service department! Eddy was very helpful and answered all my questions!! ...what makes this service department unique is that they provide pictures of measurement of my tires and broken part both video and pictures and estimated charges remotely for customers approval....Wonderful transparency!!! Now I will go to MBZ Calabasas only for my service needs!! Wish I had known this sooner for my 2021 e350!! Amazing service!!

Nicely heard my issues, gave me a service appointment, dropped my car to service department, took car uber drive to drop me at home, got a loaner after few days, took kind of 3 weeks but overall I was getting update every few days which was satisfactory and ultimately I got my car back. Overall it was a good journey.

The service department is top notch! Always easy to make an appointment and they offer a shuttle or Uber voucher if you don't want to wait around. I only wish their waiting area was more comfortable and not quite so cold!

Calabasas location is always welcoming with great customer service .We ve been with Mercedes Calabasas for almost 10 years. Andrew/his team from Service and repairs is very professional and highly recommended .

My service adviser Andrew is Okay. My issue is with the bald guy who manages the service advisers. Not sure if his name is Jason or not but he has hair on the sides and bald in the middle. VERY CONDESCENDING! Asked me to take a 15-20 drive with him so he can see if my driving is the issue with my car. The issue that has a history on their computer of me constantly bringing my car back with the SAME problem. Bought the car brand new too. That left a horrible taste in my mouth. I m there to have my car fixed, not get my license & viewed in my driving. I shouldn t ( and didn t) have to do that. He speaks in a condescending tone and has not been helpful. Spoken to him twice (once breifly & same thing) and both times, horrible. I will still continue to go here but the way he speaks was disrespectful. Mercedes asks for reviews, so there s that.

The primary purpose of my visit was to have a part installed to my front seat. During this visit I worked with Eddie regarding the other concerns I had pertaining to my vehicle.Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Service here has been hit or miss since the beginning of me purchasing my car at the Calabasas location. I would say the experiences with the service department have almost been completely miss. Either rude customer service or bad customer service. I had taken my car in to get the windshield replaced they told me they could do it same day as I needed my car back and they didn't have a courtesy vehicle available. Then they call me and say they couldn't do it same day. They then retracted that and said I could come and pick it up that the windshield had been replaced. When I picked my car up there was dirt and the old sticky kind of liner all insde my car and in the cup holders from when the removed the old windshield. They couldn't even remove the nasty debris from my car before giving it back to me. Amongst other issues I have had with the customer service at this location. Which brings me to the past couple of days. I had a battery replaced under warranty 1 year ago and now the battery signal is back on my screen. I called my new service "manager" and left a message at 8 am asking for a call back as I needed my car the next day to leave town and didn't feel comfortable driving it out of town with a potential battery issue again. I waited 4 hours for a call back and tried to call him again to no avail had someone else who answered the phone tell me he would call me back and hung up. He never called. Not even attempted to call me back that day or anyday after that. Considering this is high end dealer and the service is supposed to be that of such I am truly disappointed in the continued poor customer service of the service center here. I would not recommend anyone getting their service done here and go to any other location really as they do not seem to care about the customer. Or maybe they only care about some. Either way they really need to do better and treat their customers better.

I can t believe this place has 4 stars!! They should have 0 stars!!! I found my sister a gorgeous car in their used/certified inventory. After verifying that the vehicle was a clean title, no accidents, I was assured the vehicle wouldn t have been certified if there had been. I also advised them that no extra packages would be needed. After all that was said and done, my sister went to sign and purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately I was out of town!!! After I inspected the car I saw the fender bolts had tool markings and the right headlight wasn t even fastened, it was wiggling!!! What kind of used car manager would certify that kind of work, not to mention the white overspray on the black fender liner. I told her to drive back there and advise them of the issue and have them at least fasten the headlight, the sales rep Patrick completely ignored the situation, could care less and told her it s a warranty issue and they had no idea about it. At least try to act like you care, she just spent almost $100k on a used MBZ, and you can t fasten ONE bolt? I m shocked at this kind of behavior!!! I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone for anything from a car to a part!!!
