At 5 years old I thought my brake fluid and coolant were due to be changed. I also saw what I thought was a small leak on the transmission pan. I had also over filled the oil when I changed it a couple days earlier so I asked them to take a little out.They called and told me the fluids didn't need to be changed and that the transmission pan wasn't leaking, that it was likely some oil had gotten on it. They also pumped out enough motor oil to get to the proper level. Surprisingly, they didn't charge for this.They did notice that the wheels needed alignment. They performed that service and didn't add on the cost of the tire rotation.It only took one visit to trust that this shop will do only the work that needs to done and will charge a great price for it.I've already told my ex that if she continues to take her car to the dealer instead of this shop she's deranged. Well, more deranged than she already is.

My experience with Calabasas car care was Perfect. Bob is amazing .. he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable He handled all my needs.. and the mechanics there are very friendlyOverall ! Overall I give them 5 starsFor professionalism and customer service!

My tire blew while I was driving. It was so bad that I was hearing grinding noises as I pulled over. Not only did Calabasas Car Care help replace my tire, but they listened to my concerns about the sound and made sure nothing else had gone wrong. They took what could have been a very stressful scenario and turned it into just a small inconvenience with pleasant interactions. Thank you!

I had some brake squeaking and wanted to check my tires due to some shoulder balding. Good thing I came in when I did, the inner shoulder on my rear tires was ground away so bad it was showing the internal binding material! Bob and the team were great, got the issue diagnosed and parts ordered that morning, and I got my car back right after work that same afternoon!

My husband and I were headed to a weekend away and stopped for coffee down the street from this shop. Our battery died and we called for help. Bob answered and was able to verify he had the battery we needed for my car. He was nice enough to even come jump our car so we didn t have to get a tow! Can t say enough good things about our experience with the team here. We were back on the road within the hour!

I use to ALWAYS go to you guys, then ownership changed apparently. I was quoted $1495 for the parts I needed. Got them for $246 online. Then you guys quoted me $270 for the hour labor to install (even when it says $180 per hour behind the front desk). Needless to say I went elsewhere & they installed my parts for $160. I would have been jipped out of almost $1500 bucks. Puts a very bad taste in my mouth and definitely will be hard for me to recommend you guys further. Wish I could have had a different experience.

This shop is simply a black heart shop, unscrupulous merchants, simply dishonest, will bully new people or people who don't understand English, the next day's service attitude is very poor, the service provided is not what was originally said, will self-advocate to increase other tests, and the final payment is inconsistent with the money for car repair, will pay a lot more. We advise you to avoid this store, there is really no moral bottom line and principle.

One of the rare auto repair shops worth a 5-star review, they are very straightforward and managed to easily diagnose and resolve the problem. They did a short test drive to ensure the problem is resolved, provided warranty on new parts and charged exactly as quoted, with the diagnostic being free of charge.

I've lived in Calabasas and have taken my cars to CCC in the past.No More! I had trouble with work done on my car and now have found that the oil change end of the business is even worse. After spending over $120.00 on the highend oil change, the second one they had done, the car starts dripping oil. They had not bothered to change the crush washer on the drain plug. It's supposed to be changed at each removal. When I returned for remedy, I was told that the crush washer didn't need replacing every time. Huh? then why is my car leaking oil in the driveway?

I have brought all my cars here over the last 15 years but since the original owner sold the company and it became corporate owned, everything changed. New workers who aren't customer service oriented. I had a car checked 2 times by them PRIOR to purchasing and they gave it a clean inspection. Ironically, 2 weeks later it needed 2k worth of repairs. Then 2 days AFTER the major repair, the alternator and battery went out. Nice clean inspection. They never had any remorse, just excusing. NEVER AGAIN, AFTER 15YRS OF BEING THEIR COSTOMER, WILL I GO BACK. NEITHER WILL THE GIRL THAT SOLD ME THE CAR. SHE IS APPALLED

Unfortunate situation. I've been going to this mechanic for years. But they've had a change of management/ownership, and the quality has diminished greatly in my experience. They did work on the suspension of our SUV, disconnected a wire on the alternator, which subsequently burned the alternator out. The manager, Bob West, said he would talk to the mechanic who did the work. He denied it, and the company will not take responsibility (even though we just paid them to do an inspection on the car before buying it, which showed no mechanical problems, including the alternator). We're out another $1,300 for a part they broke. AVOID THIS COMPANY.Also: If you happened to read the response to this post, DO NOT BE FOOLED. I did call the number the corporate office provided, and spoke to a representative named Theresa Griffith. I emailed her the documentation she requested that day. She said she would contact me after my complaint was reviewed. A month later, she still has not returned my call, even though I made it clear I will be pursuing the matter in court.

Wonderful customer service! We blew up a tire on the 101 and put on a spare to make it there. They replaced the tired fast and with a good price. They offer discounts to members of the Pepperdine community. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

Excelente!!I decided to do 4 wheel alignment on my car, but after the inspection, their master said everything was fine, no alignment was needed, and they did not charge me any money! I was very surprised by their honesty. Thank you! Very recommended place.

Carlos was great! I had an oil change at PepBoys and they didn't reattach the plastic guard and it started dragging. Carlos was friendly and helpful at getting us on the road and saved the weekend's trip. Great job! I'll be back for my next oil change!!!

I found this place because I originally went to jiffy lube which said it would be over an hour's wait. Keep in mind that this was around 11 am. So went on Google and this place popped up sure enough I called and said to bring the car over.I kid you not I pulled in and my car was serviced right away. As I was leaving it got pretty busy. I Definitely would return because they were really fast and the mechanic had a really attitude.

Really good folks here who have been able to fix my Scion over the years. Still runs great after 13+ years. Highly suggest using them for any car needs. They never pressure you and have great customer service.

I was referred to this shop by the LA County Sheriff's office after my stolen car was recovered. There were issues with my car and the team here IMMEDIATELY took a look and fixed my car so I could get on the road back home to Arizona. I cannot express how friendly, honest and reliable their service was! They were so kind and helpful, if I were local I would be a regular! 5/5 would recommend!
