Incredible dealership experience! Can't believe I actually had a great time car shopping this time around and all credit is due to the amazing team over at Calabasas.Jonathan helped my wife and I find the perfect upgrade. Very professional and was not pushy. He was very polite, responsive and helpful in finding the perfect value proposition for us. Michael & Ryan were also a pleasure to work with and helped me get the deal I was looking for.Also, it was quite incredible to be able to sign the deal on Friday and the following the day, the car was already detailed & packaged up ready for delivery & drive-off.Needless to say, the next time I am back in the car market, I'll be stopping by Cadillac of Calabasas and I will be looking to work with Jonathan Foley

I was looking for an XT6 and decided to stop by. Ethan, greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Kim, helped me get MY price, and Ryan ( not sure if that name) from finance was easy to work with and kind. No one was pushy everyone was helpful. I m grateful I found this dealership so I could stick with Cadillac, check my review for the OTHER dealership. Thanks you all at Calabasas Cadillac

I had a great experience with Mohammed and Michael. Both were kind, did everything they could to make me happy AND did it all quickly and efficiently. No all day waiting around here. The dealership showed they respected my time by offering to get all the paperwork ready while I was at home. They didn't hold me captive like other dealers. I will definitely be back to this location.

Ethan was incredible from start to finish. We resembled an extremely high level of professionalism and product knowledge. He had an answer for ever question. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a Cadillac and especially first time EV buyers who need a simple and easy to learn process.

Sales team was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. They worked out a great deal! They were quite busy when we walked in and Adrian from service was so friendly and showed us a couple cars until a salesperson could come over. He s the reason we are making a deal today. Alex took over and was so easy to deal with. I didn t feel pushed at all and he was straight forward with all details etc. Overall an excellent experience.

I've been in the market to upgrade my Cadillac Escalade. I've been in the market for a few months looking/waiting for the car with all the options I desired. I was waiting for so long that when I found a vehicle at Cadillac of Calabasas with all the options I desired except for one, I figured I'd give them a call to see if the option could be added to the vehicle. When I called, it was than that I spoke with Fred. Fred informed me the option couldn't be added but that he found the exact vehicle I was looking for with all the options and some I was looking for in their inventory. He informed me the vehicle was just turned in and it was going to be a few days before the vehicle would be ready after going through the dealers inspection process. It took about 3 days before the vehicle was ready but it felt like forever. It was during this time Fred stayed in constant contact with me and replied to every concern/question I had. Once the vehicle was ready, Fred gave me a call and told me to come on down! Once I arrived to the dealership, Fred took great care of me. He was honest with me as we worked our way to the deal that was right for me. What can I say, I got the car I wanted with extra options, at the price I wanted. This car was a military retirement gift to myself. Thanks a bunch Fred, you're a good guy!

Excellent, efficient service here at Cadillac of Calabasas. Staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. And made the oil change/tire rotation experience as pleasant as an oil change experience can be, fast and easy, washed my car and sent me on my way! Definitely coming back.

I went in to pick up a Cadillac LYRIQ after negotiating a deal over the phone with Mohamed. To tell you I was happy with the entire process would be an understatement. They were honest, kind, reasonable, and gave me the deal they promised me they would. the vehicle is a dream and I am so happy with it. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend this team for your future vehicle buying needs.

I ve been working with Michael here at Cadillac Of Calabasas for the last two months to solve a minor annoyance with my 2023 Cadillac lyric finally paperwork all in order tees crossed the eyes started and I am switching into my brand new 2024 Cadillac lyric had the pleasure working with Michael over the last couple months and it s been absolutely fantastic as I said going through this minor inconvenience with a lot easier with him in my corner also I had a pleasure working with Alex today on the day of the switch and he was the upmost professional person. I ve worked with in a long time. Really awesome guy down to earth super easy to get along with. Professional and yet a normal person to speak with like I said it s been a great experience and the dealership here is absolutely gorgeous. It s what you would expect from this type of purchase and experience so it s been very very pleasurable and I m very happy.

Spoke with Ethan about finding the right vehicle for us and he showed us a few options. We did everything through the phone, since we live 2 hours away, and he was able to make the whole transaction smoothly. Ryan with finance also made it easy for us. Ben was amazing. He spent a lot of time doing multiple test drives with me and going over all the tech features of the Lyriq. He also spent a lot of time finding the exact color package I wanted. He never got annoyed with all my questions and he also didn t bug me non stop like the other dealerships did.

Went to Cadillac of Calabasas last week to check out the new 2024 Lyriq. We were looking to lease and were helped out by Mohammad. He was very nice to work with and made the whole process enjoyable. Alex was extremely caring and helpful in helping us choose and buy a new car. He made the process that is usually very stressful and time consuming to be smooth and easy. He is not like a typical salesman. He makes the process more personable. I would say all personnel that we dealt with at that dealership was very pleasant and we enjoyed working with them.

I have to say this will be my 4th Escalade and never have done it from the same dealer. Alex and Michael made the whole deal easy. Micheal held my truck for over a month why we worked out some issues. Which he was the only person on the planet willing to help. I will never I mean never buy a GM product anywhere else. I will service with them and I m not close. Alex answered all my questions helped us with understanding the car and made it so easy my wife and I were shocked. I just bought a bmw not so far from them and it took hours. This may have taken 30 min start to finish. It took longer to get my coffee. They have a beautiful showroom they are all super nice everyone. If you question this I ordered a gray and tan sport in December and picked the car up March 21 2024. I love the car and I love the dealership. You have my business for life.

I was desperate to find a specific Escalade and was searching nationwide. When Cadillac of Calabasas told me they had just received the exact car I wanted, i was very excited but had no idea how lucky I really was! I was calling from out of state and bought the car over the phone which was a scary idea, but the entire experience was so pleasant and professional from start to finish that I will definitely buy from this dealership again in the future!! My salesperson- Ben Geloune, the sales manager - Michael Tupac, and Ryan McLeavy in the financial office were all unbelievably responsive and helpful! The car was shipped to me and arrived in perfect condition! I've bought quite a few cars in my life, but this was definitely the best experience I've ever had.

Beware of this dealership's scam tactics. Their advertised prices are deceiving. I called Jiselle to make sure about advertised price on their web site. Drove 1 hour to see one of their new cars which advertised for $10 K off of MSRP. After the test drive, I agreed to purchase the car for the advertised price, only to be blindsided by a guy named Sam, who claimed there was only $1500 off. Stay away from Cadillac of Calabasas dillership.

I had a great experience purchasing a new Cadillac CT5 Blackwing from Cadillac of Calabasas. It is a very special car, and I have owned it now for a couple of months and I am very happy with the satisfaction it delivers. I want to give a special shout-out to my salesman Ben. I live in San Diego which is over a hundred miles from the dealership, but Ben helped me over the phone by first letting me know this car was available as well as by sending me additional photos, videos, manuals, and other information. Ben made it possible to feel comfortable with this purchase, overcoming the logistics of arriving to see and purchase the car on-site. Ben is very passionate about cars, and I could tell he was very excited to be part of my experience buying and owning the Blackwing. I also want to give another shout-out to the manager Michael for sharing more information about this car and its build, and also talking me through some of the special perks of owning a Cadillac V. This dealership is really new, and when I arrived the showroom was still under construction. But I could tell by the service and welcome I received that it is a great place and that when the construction is complete, it will be one of the premier locations in SoCal for Cadillacs.

I brought my car in for service and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Sean quickly looked at my car and gave me all the information I needed. He answered my questions and gave me beyond amazing service. Not going to any other service dealership other than Calabasas moving forward!
