I had a particular BMW model in mind and communicated this to the salesperson ( Antonio ) without discussing any budget or how much I might be willing to spend. After a test drive in a car initially seeming too extravagant, he suggested trying a slightly different model. During the second test drive, he adeptly highlighted the contrasts between the two models, patiently addressing my repeated questions and reassuring me with a "no pressure" attitude. He even provided his cell number for further inquiries. It was a flawless experience, allowing me to test drive multiple cars and gain comprehensive answers to my queries. Despite it being his day off, I couldn't wait until Monday to finalize my decision. I contacted the dealership on Sunday and, despite it being his day off, Antonio guided me on ensuring the car's availability until Monday. By Wednesday evening, I was driving the car home.Antonio displayed exceptional kindness and attentiveness throughout our interaction. He patiently listened to all my questions, providing clear and concise answers without any pressure. His dedication went beyond expectations as he made sure to address all my concerns thoroughly.I'm absolutely thrilled with my choice of car, and I couldn't be happier with the seamless experience provided by Antonio and the team at Bob Smith BMW. There was no typical pressure or pushiness from the salesperson, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Antonio, and a big shout out to Bob Smith BMW!

The easiest car purchase I ve ever made! Levon was so nice and informative. He helped me purchase the car of our dreams and we were in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. Harrison helped us set up our BMW app and helped us learn about all the cool new features. It s safe to say that I will definitely be back for my next BMW here. My experience with Nick and Harrison was head and shoulders above any other previous car dealership experience I ve ever had. They completely erased a very long lasting and negative stigma I ve had surrounding all of my many previous new car purchases.They are a testament to the fact that honest and fair car sales associates still exist in the auto industry and I had already given up hope years ago!They were honest, punctual, clear and kept theirword every step of the way which is the only thing moving me forward toward the purchase.Seasoned professionals!

I visited Bob Smith BMW with the expectation of selling my car, as I was previously quoted a specific price. After an extensive wait of three and a half hours, the staff informed me that there had been a mistake in the valuation. This error in communication not only caused a significant delay but also resulted in me having to seek out another dealership to sell my vehicle. The experience was quite disheartening, especially considering the time invested. Fortunately, I was able to sell my car elsewhere for a substantially higher price, which ultimately turned the situation around for the better.

I owe the best car shopping experience of my life Ryan Rivera's warm spirit, deep understanding of person-to-vehicle fit, and can-do attitude. I was trying to find a car that would fulfill many conflicting needs: fun to drive, able to carry 4 people, can fit a bike, comfortable for long distances, reasonably good on gas and at a certain price point. After test driving a few cars I thought might work for me Ryan stepped in to suggest a 430i Gran Coupe and it was love at first drive! And the cherry on top was how easy it was to come to an agreement on the lease terms and pricing. I am thrilled with the car and would not hesitate to work with Bob Smith or Ryan again in the future.

Stefano Balbusso at Bob Smith BMW has, on two occasions, provided me with simply the finest customer service experiences I have ever had, whether buying/leasing a car or anything else. I first bought a BMW X5 from him 2-3 years ago, and then sold it to Bob Smith BMW and leased a new car from Stefano a week ago. When you meet Stefano, you're immediately impressed with his intellect and energy, and his genuine interest in giving you the best possible customer experience. He cheerfully took the time to meet with me, and communicate with me by email and text, several times, to ensure that the choice of vehicle, options and purchase agreement were perfectly tailored to my needs. He was honest and transparent at every step, and I never felt pressured. And, after I purchased the first car, and later leased the second, he has always made himself available and has in fact encouraged me to stay in touch so he could handle any little follow-up need. It's hard to fathom that a car dealership experience could be that extraordinary.

I would suggest not bringing your vehicle here for service. I brought my vehicle to this dealer at the end of December with the check engine light, Ccoolant leak problems, and the concern of my ambient air temperature sensor. The gentleman, Rob Meyer who was my advisor Was very belittling when I had told him I wanted my ambient air temperature sensor checked out and he told me I never asked for that in the beginning yet that was the reason why my check engine light was on, but they didn t bother to check that. He said he can diagnose it for an additional $235 which is absurd when that was the original reason why I brought my vehicle in. They also will not send you the video You re supposed to get when your car is being serviced, until after you ve picked up your vehicle. This is the most shadiest establishment I have ever dealt with. Their service providers do not work diligently on vehicles. They will NOT diagnose your vehicle for what you bring in your car for. The service manager, Fernando could care less, Does not respond to emails unless the Better Business Bureau is involved.. The service Director Catherine refused to give a refund, but will grant a service credit, knowing I ve already sold my car.It unfortunate that this is the type of car servicing providers out there.

Approached Bob Smith BMW based on 540i i was interested in acquiring. I worked with Levon Yeranyan. I was in northern CA until the weekend yet Levon made the process seamless, and pleasant. He walked me through the vehicle and the options. We were able to process all paperwork remotely with high transparency on pricing, options, fees. In the end i decided to go with another vehicle based on desired external/internal combination yet have no issue to highly recommend Leveon and Bob Smith.

Hovik was exceptional in every aspect durning our purchase. His communication, professionalism and genuine kindness made the buying experience extremely pleasurable. Our sales rep Hans has done a terrific job. For the two times we bought cars from him, he offered us great deals and are always patient, knowledgeable and making it a stress-free process. At delivery even offered additional incentives that we were not aware of (didn't have to since we had no knowledge). Very different than our past experiences at some other dealership which felt like playing 4D chess games. Highly recommended the dealership especially Hans.

I recently had the opportunity to lease a BMW after working with Robert Cole at Bob Smith BMW Calabasas. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with navigating the search process to help find a car that fit my needs. Financing was easy as well as we worked through the numbers to help me understand what would be the right and strategic decision for me to lease the car. I love my car and would lease/buy again from them!

I really wanted to leave a good review. My salesperson was excellent. But the whole purchase experience was quite frustrating. I purchased a certified pre-owned 330i. It seemed like a fair price so I made a full price offer over the phone. When I arrived and started the purchase process, I realized the advertised options were false. It was missing the stereo package and the M package. I would call it a bate and switch but they apologized and said it was an unintentional error. The dealership was far from home so I purchased the car anyway. Then we realized it only had one license plate and one key. They informed me they would order another plate and another key to comply with the CPO contract. Neither happened. I followed up several times over the next 4 months, made 4 visits until the issues were resolved. Now the AC isn't working.They are pleasant to work with but seem to miss the boat more often than not. CPO was a title that should not have been given to the car I purchased. Bate and switch, intentional or not, is unacceptable.Addendum:The sign of an ethical company is one who acknowledges shortcomings, communicates transparently, and implements charge. I had the pleasure of being contacted by the lead at Bob Smith BMW, who put everything into context. I appreciated his time and have a renewed trust in the company. I have updated the rating to 5 star.

I was lucky enough to have Stefano Balbusso help me to get my ideal car, from my initial email enquiry to driving away I just dealt with one person which was a great experience. The buying process at Bob Smith is great. I was able to get a car which most other dealers struggle to get in stock, they gave me a great deal. Stefano knew absolutely everything about the model and could answer all my questions without looking anything up and was very responsive when I was emailing about the purchase. I ve bought many luxury cars in my time and I rate this as the best experience I have had to date. Thanks Stefano and Bob Smith! And the car is great too!

I recently purchased a 2024 X4 M40i. I've made new BMW auto purchase's in the past and this is the first with Bob Smith BMW. I also purchased several Toyota Tundra's and I've had a great experience with Bob Smith Toyota in La Crescenta as well.I spoke to Stefano in new car sales several times over the phone and I was impressed with his knowledge of the car and polite discussion. It was comfortable talking to him because he never asserted any sales pressure. I was also impressed meeting Stefano and his assistant Priscilla by how genuinely nice and helpful they both were. The sales experience was unique in that one person, Stefano handles the process from beginning to the completion of signing the contract. This made my car buying experience the best I ve had. After my purchase that night Stefano stayed late and never rushed setting up the electronics of my X4. He kept assuring me he was glad to stay until all my questions were answered, which he did. Stefano is very knowledgeable and authentically a nice person and I m very glad I made my purchase thru him at this dealership!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Ryan Rivera, our sales Associate was absolutely outstanding. He was super nice and friendly and very very helpful. Not only he helped me to find exactly the model and configuration and color I was looking for he also offered me a better price than any other dealers. I was super happy with the whole experience, I randomly called him and told him what I m looking for and the next day without any issues, hustle or pressure I left with a brand new BMW X3 with even better price that I was hoping for. Extraordinary experience. Loved every second of it.

I just want to express my gratitude to Ryan & Sam @BMW for going above and beyond for me when choosing the right car. Both were very patient with me and took time out of their days to text/email me different cars that I might like. They made the entire process seamless for my dad and I. Last minutely my dad decided that he, too, wanted a car. They pretty much handled all the paper work for us (my dad and I were at the dealership for maybe 30 mins?) and then they delivered both cars to our home. Love them both and couldn t be happier. I am a forever customer!!

I just picked up my brand new BMW i4 M50 at Bob Smith BMW and could not be happier with the car and service. Drew Magna made this process so easy and stress free. It took almost a year to get my car due to Covid and the resulting part shortage but he kept me in the loop every step of the way and I truly appreciate the great communication. Drew also provided expert advice during the design process and the car turned out absolutely beautiful. I would not buy my BMW anywhere else! I had the best experience at BMW of Calabasas. Justin and his team were so helpful in my first solo purchase. They took the time to walk me through the whole process even though I came at the end of the night! They showed me how to use all the functions of the BMW that I wasn t used to and made it a seamless experience. I can t go anywhere else to buy a car. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Came in looking to buy a new car but not a clue which one. I was introduced to Justin and I described to him the kind of person I am and gave him a sense of my style and character. He picked up on the vibe, and his first recommendation was EXACTLY the car for me. M235i with some sporty upgrades. And then Hovo set me up for success with all the electronics. They both did wonderful work, and smiled at me as I drove off the lot in my dope car. Boom
