One of my favorite travel centers, and not just because of the low diesel prices. The bathrooms are always clean and smell nice. There are many different choices to eat nearby and the casino as well for even more food options and entertainment.

This gas station is top notch. Bathrooms are extremely clean, neat, quiet. There s plenty of space between cars, lots of amenities. The selection of food and drinks is nice and lots of unique brands you don t find at chains. The whole facility is well maintained. It s refreshing to come here instead of the usual dump you expect at other gas stations.

We always stop by when we are going east or west on I-10. They have the best fuel prices in the area.Be aware that they are busyI can always get to the pumps with my truck and travel trailer. Occasionally there's a wait for a turn at the pumps. The good part is that there's a bunch of fuel pumps the lines are always moving.The store has a very nice selection of food and drinks. The staff is very nice.

Excellent. At 4am the store was busy. The parking lot and store are well lit. On duty security. Very safe and very good prices.

Morongo Travel Center has the cheapest gas in the area as of doing this review 3-29-23. The travel center has a good variety of snacks and fountain drinks,nachos, tamales,and refrigerated items. They also have nice clean restrooms, if snacking not your thing they have a nice mini casino inside of so you can play also, what I like they have armed security inside to keep the trouble makers away. What also made my day is having polite staff from the times I visited in the morning. Vanessa was always polite when ringing me up

My sister comes here because they have Great gas prices. And while she was pumping gas I went inside to buy a soda. And notice they had a small casino. I put $20.00 into a slot machine a got the bounce round free spins, I won $300.00 shared the winning with my sister. Thanks Morongo Travel Center.

The new Morongo Travel Center is nice and huge. Gas station, electric charging area, RV area, dog park, car wash. Inside there s quite a few of slot machines. Coffees, snacks, drinks, souvenirs. Clean restrooms with automatic changing seat covers. It has everything you need for a short break on your way to Palm Spring.

Clean inside the store and out where the gas pumps are. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. 100% a great stop to reset and gas up.

The Casino was very clean and the staff is very cordial. Overall good experience also it was good to see that the Casino expanded their smoking section. I'm not a smoker but good to see it caters to all the customers. The slot machines also pay better than other Casinos.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was no ICEE machine!!! This is a brand new travel center, so it really surprised me when they had everything but that! Huge food selection, very clean and associates were very nice.

Stephanie's abysmal service left a sour taste in our mouths from the moment we stepped foot in the establishment. As we attempted to enjoy a simple task like filling our drinks and coffees, she hovered over us like a hawk, scrutinizing our every move with a suspicious glare. It was clear she had no intention of providing a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.The flimsy paper cups provided by the establishment were a joke, barely holding up under the weight of the liquid they were meant to contain. In an attempt to prevent a potential disaster, my son resorted to double-cupping his drink for added stability. Yet, to our astonishment, when we reached the checkout, Stephanie had the audacity to inform us that we would be charged extra for the additional cup.But the worst was yet to come. When my daughter, curious to try a sip of iced coffee, found it unpalatable and disposed of it, Stephanie pounced on the opportunity to further inconvenience us. Not content with simply charging us for the discarded beverage, she suggested retrieving the same cup from the trash yes, you read that right and refilling it for an additional fee. It was a level of absurdity that bordered on the surreal.Stephanie's demeanor throughout these encounters was nothing short of appalling. She treated us as though we were common criminals, rather than paying customers deserving of respect and courtesy. What's more, this treatment was a far cry from our previous experience just two days prior, where we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The inconsistency in service was glaring and deeply disappointing.After enduring three days at the casino, being loyal members and apart of the Morongo Rewards program, being subjected to Stephanie's rude behavior on our final day left a bad taste on our entire vacation. We left feeling not only hurt and disgusted but also resolved never to return. It's clear that Stephanie's lack of customer service skills and nasty attitude pose a significant threat to the reputation and success of the establishment. If left unchecked, her actions could very well bring about the downfall of the entire operation. We will never be back.

Really nice travel stop I ve been to Loves Buc-ee s , now here .They had gambling machines, that if you never used and no one wants to help then forget it because there is a manual you would need to read. The place is really clean and very well set. Many coffee and tea selections .Ok, but the toilet I ve never seen this plastics on a toilet seat, really ?What the heck

New Morongo Travel Center.More of everything, and much nicer.Dump stations for RVs.Tesla charging stations. If you call the Casino directly, they will send over a shuttle bus so you can have some fun while you wait for your charge.There's also a gaming room with slots inside the Travel Center proper.The bathrooms are now located inside the main building--back left. Everything is new, and spacious. There are a lot of fast pumps for gasoline. Parking galore.It's all very nice, and just up the hill from the old location.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is the worst gas station experience I have ever had. No organization to the pump lines, I mean can we please get some Costco gas line organization please. This was awful and I have been to gas stations all over the country! On top of that cards weren t working properly at the pumps. Do better and get it together!

My favorite spot to stop and pump gas going to Palm Springs and back to South Pasadena area! Best prices I can find out there. They have a snack shop and restrooms available.You should make this your rest area stop because these days gas is so expensive, if you save 5 dollars...IT'S 5 DOLLARS!!!If you're a coffee drinker, get the card they stamp to get a free one after so many purchases! I never knew they had it and always get coffee here!!!

PUMP 18 CARD READER DOESNT WORK!!! WHY THEY STINKING REFUSE TO PUT A SIGN ON IT TO LET THE WORLD KNOW IS BEYOND ME. I WENT THERE TWO TIMES A MONTH APART. ITS NOT FIXED AND STILL NO DERN SIGN!! DO BETTER!! DO BETTER!!! DO BETTER!!!! YOU'LL TRY ONE OF MANY CARDS THINKING YOUR CARD ISN'T WORKING AND NO, ITS JUST THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SMH

Great always lower prices in 59 Mike's radios you can't bet they're prices si if ti choose this gas station you will find a great deal I guaranty you check pieces before you head to this area ok happy lowers gas prices

I always stop there many times, and last night I was a victim someone stole my tools box s and big ladder from my work truck in front of the camaras and many police men s there, they need to take more careful or put someone check the camaras all the time

The gas prices are great! But the lines in the new station should be one direction! Someone needs to be out here to direct traffic. You have cars going the opposite direction and trying to go thru cars that are turned in for the pumps so no room to get out!

Great place to get gas and stretch, but why are ALL the pumps closed, ALL lanes roped off, and convenience store also closed? Currently it is Friday (02/05/2022) at 10:44 PM.

The best prices on gas, very clean and has a well stocked store and clean bathrooms. Also propane and dump station and water. Rv accessible

They put a hold on card for buying gas $175.00. if transaction is cancelled they won't return your money for two weeks. Employee at center laughed at this. Imagine how much money they hold for two weeks x the number of customers they get!Yeah very funny.

I live in Palm Springs and am in Los Angeles often. I always refill at Morongo either on the way out or in. I very much appreciate the prices and that cash and credit are the same.

I would like to say that this travel center is trouble center. I was just trying to return a hat because I found something wrong like thorns on the hat. However, a staff refused it because it was too late. However, it past just 3 days. She told me that the policy is 'no refund'. That is why I said to change it, but she was still refused it. I hate to say that she and her supervisor were very rude and bad attitude. Anyone wouldn't be there to help me. Be careful when you buy something in the store.
