This is so far the best experience I had having my Volvo get a maintenance check-up in a Volvo service Center. Rick was very accommodating & took note of all my concerns about my car & had them taken cared of immediately by the persons responsible to address the issues I presented. My car was washed as was promised unlike in another Volvo service center where my car seat was messed up & the car wash promised was not done. Good job Rick!!

My xc90 warranty was ending and I got an extended warranty quote from another dealer that was a bit fishy. I called Burlingame Volvo on a whim and I am grateful that Cartier was very honest with me and I ended up choosing an option that suited my needs. I also told him that I had an appointment two weeks later for an airbag error on my car and he suggested calling Burlingame service to see if they could squeeze me in.They did, and had space the next day. I went and Michael was great- he kept me informed of the progress and luckily it wasn't a big issue and I left in a few hours. Thank you both Michael and Cartier for being honest and warm people to work with.

I have driven down the same street for many years and did not know there was a Volvo shop there. I passed the place twice trying to find it!Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Crystal. She was attentive and explained everything to me clearly. She let me know where the waiting room and bathroom were located.In the waiting room there are snacks, beverages and comfortable seating. The mechanic periodically came in to update me on the service of my car. They even changed the batteries of my key fob.Everyone seemed friendly and warm welcoming. I would recommend this service center.

Michael, Aldo and the team did a great job as usual on my vehicle. The best dealership repair facility I have ever used. I have shopped them against the non-dealership shops and they beat the competition on service, price, and support. Two big thumbs up.

Rick assisted very nicely and he listened carefully what issue I was having with my car. He documented and printed everything passed to the technician which my issue was addressed later on. I appreciate Volvo Service for good taking care of my vehicle.

Had a great experience with Service. Able to drop of the car the day before the schedule appointment. Rick helped me and called when the car was ready for pick up. Continue to be a happy Volvo customer.

The service department is incredible. The customer service is top notch every time I come, no matter who I work with. I always appreciate that I can bring my car at night and leave my keys in the after hours receptacle.

I have had my Volvo cars serviced at Putnam Volvo for years. I have always received great service. Michael and the staff are always friendly and do a great job. It is easy to make a service appointment, and the service is excellent.I would highly recommend the Putnam Volvo Service Department.

The entire process was exceptional. The online service tool is greatly improved. This was a regular service as part of the lease. The team got working on the car when I arrived (slightly ahead of the appointment) and was ready a couple of hours earlier than I had planned. The car being washed was an added bonus. I had good experience buying my Volvo here so, I thought would go to get it serviced as well but thats where i was wrong and learnt a painful lesson....Service department is pathetic here. Just to clarify when i mean service department i mean the service advisors, i worked with Michael, who is courteous but lacked any apathy what so ever, In my car they had updated the software and it broke the user interface to point where there was no way to change certain options on the car. It is a 60 mile drive to and to and from my place so its not like i drop by to get this checked.In my frustration, I wanted to speak to the manager regarding the quality control and called the service department again to check if they were available, they assured me he would call within the hour......6 hours has gone by so far no one has called me. Not even the advisor who i had called in the morning. This says a lot about the way the customer is treated at Putnam volvo service.If you want this kinda treatment then there is no better place than this.[Update]After trying a few more time to reach the manager, i finally got a callback. He name was Jim and was more helpful and offered to make it right. That means i have to go back to again.

I was treated with such respect and patience! I am beyond satisfied with the attention given to both my beloved XC40 and how I was treated during my wait time! The best service center, Burlingame Volvo -hands down. Thank you!

I took my Volvo in for it's one year service. It went in on time and was returned on time, washed and vacuumed. Very efficient operation, and I had no problems at all.

Check in was quick, more than one person to check you in......the customer service is outstanding!!! Very nice people that work in the service check in dept.....was there for a factory recall and really expected to be solicited for more services but wasn't......that made the trip satisfying.........

I brought my car in for service and to replace broken side mirror. Everybody was nice, the service was done, windshields were replaced, and I will bring it back when the mirror comes in. I got it back early and it was SPARKLING CLEAN!!

The staff is always courteous and helpful. I drive from the South Bay and the lounge for clients is comfortable, quiet and ha WIFI so I am able to work while I wait. Overall, I am very happy with the service from Putnam Volvo.

I had a great experience with Volvo of Burlingame when I brought my car in to have the cameras recalibrated after a windshield replacement. They were professional and completed the work quickly. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that the team said they would wash my car but when I picked it up it had not been washed. Don't set an expectation if it will not be met.

Great experience getting my Volvo serviced here. Appointment booking was easy. Rick was friendly and patiently explained all the services they were performing. Lounge was comfortable with wifi, drinks and snacks. Service only took 1+ hour and it was ready. Very pleased and definitely coming back again for future servicing :)
