My Epic Odyssey with Shaffer's Tire - A Tale of Rubber and GloryOh, where do I even begin with Shaffer's Tire? It was a day like any other, except my car was basically ice skating on bald tires, a situation begging for a mix of comedy and tragedy. Enter Shaffer's Tire, the hero in this rubber saga.First off, let's talk ambiance. Walking into Shaffer's Tire is like entering the halls of Valhalla, if Valhalla was full of tires and smelled like fresh rubber and coffee. The walls are lined with tires so pristine, I half expected them to roll out the red carpet for me.Now, the staff. Oh, the staff! Imagine a group of tire wizards, armed with air wrenches instead of wands. They're not just selling tires; they're curators of the circular rubber art form. The lead wizard, let's call him Dave, approached me with a smile so bright, I thought he swallowed the high beams.I explained my plight - my car was more slip 'n slide than automobile. Dave nodded sagely, as if he d heard the tire tales of a thousand souls. He then recommended the perfect set of tires - the kind that promised to grip the road like a toddler holding a cookie.Watching them work was like witnessing a well-choreographed ballet, but with more grunting and less leotards. The precision, the care, it was like they were tucking each tire into bed.And the tires, oh, the tires! They were like four round, rubbery superheroes, each ready to battle the treacherous roads. If you want tires that make your car feel like it's wearing four little black-tie outfits, Shaffer's is your place. Ten out of ten, would let them tire-ify my car again!

I had a nail in my tire while traveling. I was worried about the shops telling me to get a new tire l, etc. to upsell me on the service. Stopped by the shop after reading the reviews. Very thankful that I did. The gentleman at the shop was straight forward and honest. He didn't rush me to get to the locking bolt either as we had luggage in the trunk that needed to be removed to get to the parts. Definitely recommend the shop.

This shop is great and highly recommended! I took my Subaru to Shaffer s after running over a pothole and damaging one of the rims. Customer service was friendly and professional. They are an honest shop and after identifying the problem, gave me options and recommended the cheapest one to help save me some money. Turnaround time was fast, and their prices are very reasonable. I m very happy and will be back again, thank you!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

The mechanics here worked on my vehicle quickly, they were very friendly and explained all the work that was going into my car and kept me updated regularly on the progress. These guys are great!

Terrible customer service by far at any tire shop I've ever been too. We were from out of town and were going to travel far and noticed one of our tires had a screw in it. This tired shop was the only one closest to us. We showed up on a Monday morning and the shop was completely empty and we got off to ask an employee about our situation and their response was "We have no space in the shop to change your tire" when the shop was completely empty. Overall terrible customer service, very rude and in my opinion just laziness in the staff

I have been going to these guys for over 11 years! They are honest mechanics and pleasant to work with. They always give me great feed back on all my concerns. My cars all run great under their care. I trust them so much that I recommend them to all my families and friends.

Love Alan and Don. They do a great job on my Highlander Toyota and no job is too big or small for them. They always make time for me which is wonderful as I've had at least two flat tires and they squeezed me in and turned my vehicle around quickly. Have had all of my vehicle servicing done here for years. Very professional shop.

Don and Allen were awesome. I was able to schedule an appointment for my 90k mile service pretty easily according to my schedule. They also drove me to and picked me up from BART so that I didn't have to fend for myself getting to work. I had told them that I was preparing to take a long trip in the car and they made sure to notify me of anything that might need replacement or maintenance like my A/C belt and tires. It's been three months since the 90k service and the car is running strong. I will be going back to them for anything else my engine needs.

Artisan was able to fix what my previous mechanic had Mickey Moused. There were several ways the repair could have gone to perform it correctly. I left the repair decisions in their hands, and they were able to solidly correct the problem at the lowest priced option. This speaks to their ability and honesty. Since then, I have brought my car back to them for other repairs. I now consider Artisan my go to shop, and recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs and maintenance.

I've been a long-term customer of Nick's Honda, and after Shaffer's took over I was worried if the same level of excellence and honesty would be maintained.Seems birds of a feather, flock together - Steve Barrese and the team at Shaffer's Tier and Auto Service are cut from the same cloth.Honest, Quality, Confident and Customer focused.H I G H L Y R E C O M E N D E D !

Steve repaired a hole in my front tire that ended up having a slow leak despite his best efforts. He even tried a second time before concluding that I needed a new tire. Without my prompting, he refunded the repair charge when I purchased the new tires even though he had invested the time to try to save me the expense of new tires.

They put cheaper tires from China on my Audi and I had to put air every week.. that's was reason I return the tires and got my money back....I don't go there any more... I don't recommend! after many years they should know which tires are good and not...

Don and Allan are really great guys and mechanics. I've been going to them for years and have always felt fairly treated with good results for my cars, which have varied between mini-vans, Toyotas, Hondas, and Buicks. Both old and new. They are down to earth and are willing to explain the problems with no mumbo-jumbo.These are the guys I recommend to all of my friends without hesitation.

I have great admiration for Allen and Don who have taken total care of our 2004 Lexus RX 330 SUV for 8 years and periodically of our 2013 Infiniti. They do excellent work and exactly what should be done. They are excellent diagnostic technicians. Their rates are fair and my wife and I have enjoyed dealing with them. They explain everything thoroughly and we do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for almost any kind of automobile repair work, whether it be for a toyota, infiniti, lexus, mercedes, etc.
