After 1 year and we are back again, but this time it's for my husband. 1 year later and our go to sales person will always be Noli. The service that he provides us is always on 101% and beyond we couldn't have done this transaction without the help of Noli. I've said it once and I'll say it again and again 10/10 would recommend Noli to family, friends, and even strangers who are looking into purchasing your car in Putnam Toyota.

Was a 1 Star but Service Manager followed up.Original text:When a customer has given countless dollars to your company since before 2012 and their service package is running out, it's not a happy day. I recommend *teaching employees working the computers in the Service Department the value of empathy.*Today the person processing my paperwork was unsympathetic over the fact that my package would end after today.It also didn t help knowing my intermittent wiper feature repair will be an out of pocket cost. Conveniently, Putnam wasn t able to fix my intermittent wiper setting in December when I still had electrical coverage.

Noli, you are an amazing person and a wonderful salesman. Buying cars can be stressful but Noli has made my purchase experience so much pleasant and easy. Offering a reasonable price, less than 1 hour paperworks signed, car was completely clean we went home in style. Thanks Noli and your team for a job well done. Great experience with Putnam Toyota in Burlingame. Seth from on-line sales was excellent He listened to what I wanted and found the perfect Tacoma for me. Luis from parts has also been great with extras I ve purchased. They both have kept me updated ever step of the way. Greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them and Putnam Toyota.Thank you.

While I ve had really good customer service from them in the past, like Delante who has been very helpful in the past. . Luis Boteo gave me a very inconsistent price and tried to charge me $500+ for a coolant change. When I kindly denied the service, he told me the wait time was 2 hours or more even when I had an appointment. I asked him if they can clean the air filter for the hybrid battery that is located by back seat of the car he said it would cost $150. I wish they had more consistent price when it came to their service like oil change. I ve had my car serviced here 20 times now, every 5k for oil change, I ve never paid the same price. Looking at their recent review, seems like service department needs a new action plan to provide better service.

Came in on a Sunday for a new vehicle. Was deciding between going with a Toyota or Honda. Hendrik came out to assist us. We told him what we were looking for- mainly a smaller hybrid vehicle like a Prius or Corolla Hybrid. Unfortunately, they did not have any available on the lot. Showed us a Camry hybrid that they did have and the Corollas they do have. Hendrik was patient and allowed us the time to check out each of the vehicle and browse the cars on the lot. Did not feel pressured or swayed to go with a particular car or to a higher trim level. Had our eyes on the Corolla SE. We told Hendrik that we are also looking at Hondas as well and that we would like to check them out before making a decision. He told us to do that and gave his business card if we came back to get a Toyota. No pressure at all and instead let the Toyota vehicles speak for itself.After checking out Honda, we've decided to go back to Hendricks and get the Corolla SE. no hassle at all. Let us test drive it. During the test drive and after the purchase, he took the time to explain all the features of the car. We appreciate Hendrik allowing us the time to decide what car was best for us without pressuring us to buy unlike some of the salesperson that we've worked with in the past. Highly recommend to ask for Hendrik at Putnam Toyota in Burlingame if you are in the market for a Toyota.

Purchasing a RAV4 Hybrid XSE is no easy task right now. Before specific comments about Putnam, disclaimer: make sure you re obtaining offers from various dealers and getting the best deal for you. Added items are not required by the dealer - it s all negotiable. Read online reviews about the extended warranty packages and maintenance plans. The finance office will try to sell you on those products.Seth at Putnam made the process honest and simple. Most of all, Seth s open communication and responsiveness should be truly valued. I had offers from many dealerships, I knew what the MSRP would be with all packages wanted, and Seth was willing to find a price that worked for us both. 10/10 would recommend him to others.

I bought a 2023 Prius Limited from Putnam Toyota in Burlingame, and our sales associate Hendrik provided excellent service. He was very responsive over text and extremely knowledgeable about the car. He made me feel comfortable as a first-time buyer and helped me purchase the exact model I wanted with limited inventory.

We were toying with the idea of buying a Toyota RAV4 hybrid so we sent an inquiry into Putnam Toyota . We were ready to wait a year for the car and Seth called us immediately with a car ready for purchase. Shocked, we went down to Putnam and, yep, the car was there with pretty much what we asked for. Took the car for a test drive and we were surprised that Seth did not pressure us into buying the car. After thinking about it, we decided we would rather wait for a RAV4 Prime. We didn t tell Seth right away but he called us a week later to touch base with us. We told him then about our decision to wait for a RAV4 Prime. This time we knew we were in for a wait because Seth told us during the initial test drive that the RAV4 Prime was hard to get. Amazingly, he called us later that day that he just got a RAV4 Prime with what we were looking for via a dealership trade. We had to hustle down to see the car and ended up buying it. Loved the fact that Seth was on top of it with us in mind. Walked us through the car features and we were out the door after getting past finance. Would highly recommend Putnam and Seth Pagel. No high pressure to buy and keeps customers requirements in mind. Thanks to Seth, we got a high demand car faster than we had anticipated!

I bought a brand new Sienna with them. After we were done with all the papers (I spent 2 hr in their office), I realized they only have one key set. It was too late to back off and they promised the key will be delivered. 4 months have passed and the key hasn t arrive. Two times already I mistakenly took the key with me and my wifeCouldn t use the car. The wrist part is that they keep ignoring their responsibility to deliver the second key set. Super annoying and not transparent

Great dealership! Super stoked about my new car! (And the fact that the cup holders fit my hydroflask perfectly is an added plus!). Jaime made the whole process super easy and quick. I would definitely recommend going to him should you need some new wheels. 10/10

We bought a 2023 Toyota Venza from Putnam. We interacted with Seth Pagel. We were very impressed with the transparent pricing. Before making a trip to the showroom, he sent us a detailed breakdown of the price, handling fees, DMV fees etc. The amount we paid at the dealership was the same down to the penny. No hidden fees or surprises. After all the paper work was done, Seth spent a good 20-30 minutes with us explaining all the car settings, setting up CarPlay, Toyota Connect etc. Much appreciated.

If you are looking into this location to purchase your Toyota look for NOLI! My in laws, my wife, and now myself is coming here and buying my Camry with noli. We live all the way in Hollister but still drive down to this location because of noli. If you want a sales person that is honest, transparent, and answers all your questions look for noli. We had some bumps on the road purchasing this car but noli made sure we were good and purchased the car that we really wanted. He is very I mean VERY helpful and understanding. HE WAS NEVER PUSHY like other sales person that you will encounter at other dealerships. 100% recommend Noli. Google only having 5 stars doesn t do any justice with the service Noli has provided me. 10/10 stars for me and my family. Thank you again Noli for the wonderful service that you have given us.Putnam Toyota is lucky to have a sales person like him! He deserves all the credit for going above and beyond! Keep it up!

Putnam Toyota and Hendrik are the best!My family was looking everywhere for a 2023 Rav 4 Hybrid XLE Premium in white with ashtek interior. We are So Cal based and looked literally everywhere listed on Toyota s website for inventory. We found a list of dealers across the country that had the vehicle and called every one of them. After being told, the vehicle is already pre sold or we have one coming in but the dealer mark-up is $7,000-$10,000 due to market conditions. Longo Toyota, Toyota s largest dealer in America told us they have a waiting list of 1000 for Rav 4 Hybrids and are not taking any new names. We were heartbroken because we really wanted this car but didn t give up. We called Putnam Toyota in Burlingame and we could right away feel a difference. Rather than giving us a doomsday scenario, Hendrik at Putnam Toyota was very pleasant and friendly and said he will make this deal happen for us. Other dealers said they would get back with us and never did, but Hendrik was truly persistent and went the extra mile for us! We were shocked when he called back and said he found the vehicle we want. We thought there had to be a catch like a high mark up, but there was none. He even offered us top dollar on our trade in Bronco making the purchase possible for us. When Hendrik had the vehicle on Thursday, June 1, he promptly called us and said your vehicle is ready. We were stunned he got the vehicle that fast. We then drove 6 and a half hours from Southern California to the Bay Area and Hendrik delivered exactly what he promised us to the penny. He is a gem and a good, honest, hard working man! Thank you Hendrik for getting us this rare car in high demand at a great deal!

At this point I'm past my 3 year lease and don't have my Toyota anymore, but wanted to elaborate on my experience with this dealership now that I've been to another car make's dealer and can compare.The whole leasing process with Putnam Toyota was super easy for me from getting the initial price to ending the lease. Everyone who I interacted with through this process from sales people to mechanics was friendly and polite.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Tacoma. Both Nader and Seth were courteous and professional. Nader was very knowledgeable about the different packages and features of the truck and Seth was honest and helpful with the financing options available. I live in the North Bay and emailed several Toyota dealers in the bay the day before going to look at trucks I was interested in. Seth s was the only response I received.
