I recently had my car serviced here for the second time, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. On both occasions, I noticed a deliberate attempt to manipulate the maintenance schedule by setting the sticker and dashboard alert to 5000 miles instead of the recommended 7500 miles, prompting unnecessary frequent servicing.Compounding the issue, they invoiced me an exorbitant $899, including a steep $540 for merely 30 minutes of labor, to replace a belt and tensioner. This service, which usually costs between $100-200 with authentic parts off-market service, highlights their blatant overcharging and deceptive maintenance practices, resulting in my complete dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this place anymore.

Purchased my car at this dealership. Customer service is good. Somewhat pricey but the service department is attentive and customer focused. Customer seating area could use more attention but at least the coffee machine worked.

I would not recommend this service center. My 2017 CX5 had phantom touch issues with the infotainment screen so I called Putnam Mazda and I was quoted $600-$800 to fix it!!I just ordered the part for $200 and it literally took 30 minutes to fix it myself. I don't know what their hourly rate is, but it's exorbitantly high.

Don t bother calling and waiting for a callback it will never come. I had an unpleasant experience trying to get routine service for my car here and decided to give it another try recently with an issue with the recall.Yet another disappointing experience. No answers, lots of unwarranted attitude and general unpleasantness.Service is a huge portion of these dealerships income, you would think they would want to keep people coming back.Go to Fremont instead, they are incredibly nice, professional, accommodating and all around better experience. It s out of my way but worth it not to have to deal with these people.

Quality service and great staff. The driveway for the service area is located in the middle between Mazda part of the dealership and the Subaru part.

when I had a problem with the fact that I closed the car and the keys remained locked in the car, I asked for help. And they valued this help at $400. This is normal money if you own a Mazda. They just didn't want to help.

Service department is extremely unprofessional. Your service advisor is never in that day, never calls back, and no one else can answer any questions about your car. It took two months to get our car back and I have no confidence in the simple repair. Awful experience.

Well, what can I say? I called to make sure that the Mazda cx90 vehicle was there and the salesman N�stor Moreno confirmed it and didn't make us drive there and waste our time! We left driving our new vehicle! No lies or games! Very happy with everything and Mr. Yogo Leiva also helped us a lot!Pues que se les puede decir llame para asegurarme que el veh�culo Mazda cx90 estuviera ah� y el vendedor N�stor Moreno nos confirm� y no nos hizo manejar hasta all� y perder nuestro tiempo !
