*Don't request service from the KIA Putnam website and wait for the response, you will likely be disappointed since mine never go through*The best thing you can do is go straight to the appointment request page and find the suitable time that work for you and bring it in, that's how I got mine done within 3 days.Customer Service: From the moment I walked in, Jeremy displayed exceptional professionalism. He greeted me promptly and were eager to assist. Their knowledge and expertise were apparent, and they patiently answered all my questions.Quality of Work: The work performed on my vehicle was of the highest quality. Not only did they efficiently checked for my battery concern and help with my question, but they also went above and beyond to conduct a thorough inspection. I left the service center with the confidence that my vehicle was in top-notch condition.Cleanliness and Amenities: The waiting area at KIA Putnam was clean and well-maintained. I had a rough experience with Putnam Kia when trying to purchase a new vehicle. I felt poorly treated as a woman and a customer. I had an agreement with the sales person, but he and the manager kept putting me off, and the car was sold to another buyer two days later. Very poor treatment. We had agreed on price and details. I was out of town for two days. I offered to send a good faith deposit or wire whatever was necessary and pick it up two days later. I was strung along while they sold the promised car out from under me.

Requested at least three times an appointment through the app and all I get is a message saying someone will be in touch with me within one business day. It s been weeks already!
