Can't say enough good things about Mike and the team at On-Track. He helped me in a pinch with a AC recharge before a holiday weekend. He was also looking at car tires and saw they were pretty beat, he was to busy to take on the work so he referred me to another shop who were able to do tires in the same day. Really appreciate the genuine approach. Will definitely bring cars back to Mike and the team at On-Track.Services: Air conditioning, Vehicle maintenance

I have been a happy customer of On Track for many years and a number of cars. Mike has done everything from oil changes to a complete computer replacement. Mike and his staff are knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Mike and the On Track Automotive team are great. I've been working with them for 10 years for all of our car service and repair needs for newer and older model vehicles. Mike and his team are particularly adept at sorting out complex issues and finding reasonably priced solutions! They communicate well and service and repairs are completed timely. We have gone to Mike for many years to service our cars. He is the best. He will tell you if you do not need something, and when he fixes something it stays fixed. He's honest. His rates are good - not cheap, but since he doesnt do unnecessary repairs you'll likely come out ahead of most places. His quality of work is excellent. If you enjoy getting taken advantage of from your dealers service department you won't like On Track. I find Mike and his crew to be fairly priced, honest and having the integrity not to pad the bill with unneeded service and repairs. We are in the service industry and are finding it more and more difficult to find many businesses with their level of honesty.

Mike was so professional and friendly. I was getting the runaround at my local dealership and decided to bring my truck into Mike from some referrals and I'm so glad I did. He did the inspection and tune up on my truck, walked me through everything and helped me understand and ask questions. He fit me in quickly and dedicated time to the repairs, I'm so grateful I found Mike's shop! He also knew I had a road trip coming up and clean my headlights lights for me, they look brand new!

Mike is very attentive and makes sure to go thru your entire car and suggest things to be done to keep the car in perfect running condition. I chose to use On Track because my local Ford dealer was insanely expensive just to diagnose a "check engine" light issue. Mike at On Track was great to work with and most importantly, he did what he said he would do. He were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. Mike provides very efficient service with reasonable and honest pricing. As we are sheltering in place, Mike was able to set up a contact-free service with me. He provides pick up and drop off services, and I paid him over the phone. After agreeing on price, date, and time, Mike picked up the car, completed oil change and tire rotation, and returned my car all within 2 hours. All interactions were done over emails and phone calls. This is my second time using their service and I am happy with their work both times. If you need some auto work done and would like to support small local business during this challenging time, look no further.

Brought my car in because the engine either wouldn't start, or would stall shortly after it did start. Mike and his team did a great job at figuring out what was wrong with it, as well as going above and beyond to make sure that the car was fixed right before I drove away. I really appreciate that Mike was fair with what he charged for the cost of labor. He was always happy to patiently explain what was going on with my car when I'd stop by the shop to check on the repair progress too.My car runs great now! Thanks, On Track!

I want to thank Mike and his team for their great work. I really don't know a lot about cars. But Mike helped me a lot with my big issue. He spent a lot of time with me trying to find out the best solution in my situation. Thanks to Mike I can save my time and money, that is really important to me now. I just moved up the Peninsula and am so glad it brought me closer to On Track Automotive.Mike and his team are trustworthy, honest, and reliable. I highly recommend them.The place is small and with limited parking but they get they are efficient.Thank Mike and the On Track team for making sure my car is safe and reliable!

I had an oil change at On Track Automotive recently. I could trust to leave my car with this company and that I would get honest answers about my car's maintenance needs. The prices were good and reasonable. I also had a chance to talk to Mike and overall, really great business owner and person. Overall, a wonderful experience with On Track Automotive and I would recommend to others!

I learned of On Track Automotive through my work. The partners cars were being serviced by this business so I thought ..Let's give it a try. I've been a loyal customer for 12 years. I would recommend Mike and his crew to anyone that needs honest mechanics that love what they do for a living. Its shows in how they communicate with their clients and the work product. When asked if I take my car to a BMW dealership I laugh and say NO WAY ONLY ON TRACK!

Owner Mike was honest, thorough and really friendly. He let us know which services should be completed and why, which repairs could wait, and was prompt with updates. This shop had many rave reviews on my community s social platform site, and I totally see why! Will be having our cars serviced here from now on.

My wife and I have taken our cars to On-Track for over a decade and we have nothing but praise for the business. Mike EARNED our business through years of dependable work and generally being a good guy. As a quick example, my wife's Saturn broke down and another shop quoted a $3K repair bill which included every possible problem. My wife called me in tears as she didn't have the money. I called Mike and described the bill. He calmly separated the urgent issues from those that could be postponed and was able to get my wife back on the road for $750. (It's still running today!)From that moment forward, OnTrack was our shop. Great service, accurate diagnosis and very helpful in advising what is needed and what's not needed to do. They changed the tires for my daughters car and was very communicative as to our options and let us picked the one best suited to us. So far there aren't any problems. Really appreciated the care and effort Mike and Aaron put into this shop. If we need repairs we will come by again.

On Track is my go-to repair shop for the last 10 years and 5 different vehicles (Asian & European). They are friendly, honest and good communicators. The work they do is high quality and on time, which makes it easy to plan into a busy day. They have always been clear about pricing and costs of repairs. They also inform me when they find a new issue and for my authorization, which is great. It also is nice to know they're informing me of problems that could develop into more serious ones later. Last year they moved to a new system which means I get reminders for service intervals and can also get electronic copies of invoices instead of more paper files.

Mike has got to be one of the best mechanics on the peninsula. I'm very happy with this car shop- I desperately needed to get my daughters car fixed as she had to leave for school and he took it in with no problem and they fixed it immediately with a good price! I just had my Subaru WRX 30k maintenance done here after calling a few shops for price quotes. When I first called for a quote I was routed straight to Mike. I called back hours later to schedule the appointment and I was routed straight to...Mike again. That sort of accountability stood out to me.On picking up my car Mike remembered that I had said I was going to replace a few air filters myself but that he had mistakenly added those on the original estimate. This came out without prompting him on my end and led to the final invoice being lower than the original estimate. Nice!

Mike diagnosed my 2010 Prius after the engine was overheating. On Track's fee was very fair. The vehicle turned out to have a pretty much ruined engine and it was not cost effective to repair it. Their sniffing instrument found fuel in the coolant system which was indicative of failed head gasket (most likely) or worse. I ended up donating the vehicle (as scrap/salvage) and bought a new vehicle. Anyway, thank you Mike for helping make my decision much easier!

Went to On Track for a smog check. Thought the staff was friendly and accommodating. They worked with my urgent needs and I felt they were honest and upfront with me. As a result of the positive experience, On Track has become the first place I'll call for any future vehicle maintenance.
