This guy is an absolute CROOK. He is a DISHONEST mechanic. I bought a brand new car that was serviced by a trusted dealership that I ve never had issues with, 1 week before I took the car to Kai to have a key programmed.He proceeded to do a diagnostic check up despite me asking him not to and imagine my surprise when Kai tells me that the radiator has a leak. He quoted me almost $1000 to fix the radiator (the part is $100 by the way). Turns out the hose system was just missing a small O-ring that induced a leak - a quick fix. Guess who could ve removed it?I called the dealership that performed the service a week prior to ask if it s possible the cooling system could ve sprung a leak since servicing. They said no.If you don t like giving money to criminals or having your car sabotaged and tampered with, avoid Kaico Auto at all costs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Great car repair shop. Kai has integrity and goes the extra mike to exceed the customer's expectation. He is an expert on domestic or imported cars.
