Getting my car back in only four days. Actually 3.5. And looks great. Cleaned as well. I m very pleased. Staff is polite and efficient. They do appointments do you are not kept waiting around. Highly recommend them.

They are the best in service. Everyone is professional and kind. They do a fantastic job and deliver ahead of schedule. I have used them several times and will continue to. I highly recommend. Their prices are competitive as well.

I had taken my car to this location to get my car fixed after an accident. They did a stellar job and the part they worked on looked brand new. They even made sure that my headlights were polished so that my headlights would be working properly. I highly recommend taking your car to these guys because they go above and beyond what you expect from an autobody shop. The manager Kevin is a real stand up guy and he makes sure each customer is happy. Keep up the great work guys.

Everything was reasonable and on time, except that we had to take the repaired car back again a day later because they forgot to scan something. It was a huge hassle for us for their mistake. On the phone, they originally said that they can come to our house to scan the car but did not actually offer that when we called back. So we had to return the car. Another thing was that they had said they will call with an update several times in different steps along the way (estimate, scheduling, etc) but did not actually call until the very end.

The folks at Chilton Auto Body were great to work with. Carlos and his staff did a great job on the auto body work on my Tesla. The text updates on the progress of the work was great as well. I highly recommend them.

I visited CARSTAR Burlingame to repair my front bumper of my car, and was very satisfied with the service. They sent me an update on the progress thru text message, helped me arrange a pick-up with car rental, and it was done earlier than the expected date.

The staff was courteous, responsive, and kept us informed regularly over the 3-week repair period. They delivered a day before the original delivery date. The repair work was perfect.

Carstar Chilton located in Rollins Road Burlingame has fixed couple of my cars. I highly recommend this body shop if you need your car fixed. They have great costumer service and they were able to fix my car quickly. I m very satisfied with the quality of work they do. They not only fixed my car but they also detailed inside and out! Revised and "Final". DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE- EVER. I can't even understand how my emotions are still at over-boil hours and hours later, and why I didn't get more frustrated or yell more. I pronably should have. This was my third visit. I had an appt. The insurance was in line. Yeah- it crossed new Year's- so they shredded most paperwork instead of acting like a responsible business. Why the F.. do you shred paperwork for current cients with an appt, because there is a holiday. They scheduled appt, but they could not order parts for what I needed when they knew I was returning. Worse- instead of the one week estimate, they would not even guarantee one month. Every one should be fired.My feedback-"I'm sorry you're upset."And I really hate that two individuals sit in the main lobby just to ignore anyone that walks in.I'm moving, but even If I wasn't- never going back there. And letting my insurance know.Original: They wanted to kick my car out before I resolved the insurance, which only took a two days.

Unfortunately, I had to go to Chilton (was rear ended). Well, they made it all better. From the first call when I made the appointment (they were available to see me right away) to the estimate and finally at the end, they were professional, kind, and efficient. I initially spoke with Elba and then my estimate was completed by Carlos. Carlos cared more about if I was okay before inspecting my vehicle. Elba was amazing because she, at the time of drop off, found additional damage that couldn't be seen at the time of the estimate due to bad lighting. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I never had to call to find out what the status was. My car was completed early, and they even returned my rental car for me so I was able to get back into my vehicle quickly. It's perfect now and they detailed it as well so very clean. Will return if I have another unfortunate event but fingers crossed, I won't have one.Service: Body & Trim

While on vacation my family & I were in small vehicle accident. I needed someone to be efficient and quick getting my car fixed. My car was ready 2 days early and I revived phone call and text updates multiple days a week. This is a great place to have body repair and repainting done. They are honest and very communicative and work closely with you and give you daily updates on the progress. Their time estimates are conservative. They are also helpful communicating with their rental agency to get loaners.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

CARSTAR Chilton restored my 2018 Honda CRV back to pristine shape after getting rear ended and also hitting the car in front of me. They set reasonable expectations, communicated at every step of the way and the repairs are wonderful. To top it off I picked up the car cleaned inside and out. Got my car into a collision,Towed my car same day,Did the estimation same day,And everything was into updates, which is really fast and good(on-time)After: Got my car fix like new(like when I first got it from the dealer)Excellent service and great communication.Yesenia was always on point, on whatever you need to know about my car before, during and after the repair.All in All, Was a great job and would really recommend them..
