Had a great car buying experience with Kevin. He was such a big help and made the process so smooth and painless it felt almost too good to be true. We were treated with the greatest respect throughout the process and he helped us find the perfect car unlike other places that just try and sell you what they have. Ideal service department experience!I brought my 23 A5 for it's first scheduled maintenance and was able to book an appointment over the phone. I believe I spoke with Chelsea and she got me scheduled with Carlos Munoz as my service advisor and Peter Le as the tech/inspector. Everyone I interacted with helped me feel at ease dropping off my daily driver. The service tech, Peter, even provided a video walk around of my car during the service which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, The service dept. has a limited number of loaners, which I assume is probably reserved for multi-day service appointments, but they scheduled a complimentary Lyft to my office. I would recommend Audi Burlingame to other Audi owners in the Bay Area.

Simply the BEST!!! Randy Hill is very patient and knows his craft well. ALWAYS available and a pure pleasure to be with. Moving to all electric was an excellent decision. The entire Rector team is 6 star and above. Theresa is a delight. Sales Manager Craig is fair and honest and is very knowledgable. The Service Department holds the same high standards! Repeat clients and clients for life. Always a pleasure!!!

Service department is rude, unprofessional and consistently cheated me out of coupons they sent me. It came to the point I would have to argue the invoice at the cashiers station and wait on the service manager to redo the invoice. It would add 20-30 minutes to check out, because they were obviously delaying so I would accept the higher price. This happened more than once. It was humiliating. Sf Audi team is better and more professional.

While living in San Francisco, I really enjoy coming down here for service. The team is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The lounge area was great but I didn't enjoy too much since my car was turned around quickly with a complementary exterior wash. Much appreciated. Thanks!

These guys are the real deal. The current car buying market is absolutely brutal, no inventory and sky high markups. Knowing I was coming to the end of my lease, I decided to proactively order a replacement car several months ago. They were a delight to work with and transparent and more than fair with the pricing. Richard kept me informed of my cars build status the entire time. They purchased my current lease, and when I went to pick up the car yesterday, they spent extra time weighing the pros/cons of leasing vs finance vs cash. I left feeling confident that I d made the right decision. Can t thank them enough for their service and sincerity.

I called on the Tuesday after Christmas when my passenger side window broke upon me closing my driver side door. Yes I did park in SF overnight Christmas Eve so likely an attempted break in.Victoria was so empathetic and helpful. She immediately explained that the window needed to be ordered, took my info and said she d call back when she was confirmed on the parts arrival. Within a few hours she had automatically booked me into a service appt Thursday am.When I arrived for my 8:15am appointment, Carlos was ready for me. Checked me in and got me a loaner car within 15 minutes. I have owned this Audi since July 2018, and have had it serviced 5-6 times (at another location). This is the first time I had a loaner car without reserving it, received a video walk through of my vehicle inspection and repairs and actually had it serviced same day. Thank you Audi Burlingame!!!

I leased a car from here in Dec of 22. I worked with Jonathan Luckey from sales, and he was fantastic from start to finish.Nothing but 5 stars for my experience with him.However, my interactions after sale have been painful. Since a few weeks after the purchase, I have been trying to cancel optional service plans that I was entitled to cancel for at least two months after signing. I have had an incredibly difficult time getting ahold of, or getting responses from, anyone in the finance department. I have had to result to reaching out to the dealership owner to get this resolved, and I'm still waiting to hear back on that front.I hate to have my mind go to this, but I imagine the margin on the service packages is incredible for them and they're reluctant to help me recuperate my money from this. Again, I've sent multiple emails, left multiple voicemails, and I still have not managed to get this taken care of 9 months later.Considering people who lease often return to the same dealership, l'd expect a more prudent approach to long-term customer service. At this point, l'd be inclined to entertain a different Audi dealership after my lease is up.

We had a great experience at Audi Burlingame! Came in with a car in mind and ended up driving it out! Fantastic customer service from the start. James was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process painless. He was extremely friendly and patient with us and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our decision. He took time to explain all of the features in the car and even helped with setting up CarPlay for our phones after purchase! Would definitely recommend James and the Burlingame team for any Audi purchases.

This is for their service department. Yes you do pay for the nicer experience but so far this is by far one of the best service department I have dealt with. No BS, upfront transparent pricing and communication. I especially want to highlight a recent experience where we bought a new Audi from another dealership, picked up a nail in the new tire, and asked Burlingame service if they could replace with new tire on short notice. They were able to accommodate us with competitive pricing and reasonable wait time.

TLDR: Sloppy Service Advisor WorkI recently brought my car in for a 55K mile service at Audi Burlingame. Normally, I would have the car serviced by Audi Henderson (they are fantastic!), but an emergency brought me back to SF for the week and the long drive made it necessary for me to get the service in the area.It took five phone calls to get a price quote from my service advisor, Mark Martinez. Four messages were left unreturned over the course of three days. Ultimately, I just kept holding on the fifth attempt to ensure I got the answer I needed.When dropping off my car at 10 a.m., I asked Mark if he could have the car washed as it was very dirty from the eight hour drive up. Mark said that would not be a problem and the car should be ready around 3p.m. and but he would let me know in advance.At 3:16 p.m., Mark texts saying the car is ready and I have 45 minutes to come back and pick up the vehicle before they close. I am lucky I was in the area or this could have been big problem.Upon arrival, I check-in with Mark and he tells me to go to the cashier. At no point does he go over the service or what maintenance might be needed. I am told to collect my car out front.Of course, the car is unwashed. Also, as I read the paperwork, it's clear that my brake pads and tires require immediate attention. (They didn't even mark the form correctly)After this experience, I would caution others against this dealership or at the very least this service advisor.

Went for a 80k service and request brake fluid change for my 17 a4. I had a spongy brake after the service and turned out that there was air in the brake system.Fast turn around time though

The best Audi service department in the Bay Area.Had to take our 2013 A4 in for service bulletin recall fixes so I could renew the registration. Only had one day to do it and Audi Burlingame took me first thing in the morning. Audi Stevens Creek in contrast told me to wait 4 weeks and that "it wasn't a big deal."The staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. Joe the service manager was knowledgeable and very accommodating of my concerns. The actual shop area was immaculate and clean and looked more like a sci-fi movie than a traditional garage, haha. Waiting area could have more variety of beverages but not a big deal. They had me in and out down to the minute of what they told me. Amazing. Was a very pleasant experience.

Very conscientious and responsive. Kept me up to date during the entire process. Car was returned nice and clean. They also were very detailed and reviewed which recall campaigns were needed and what could be done in the time allotted. Really appreciated the weekend pick up via the sales office.

The car buying experience was not bad at all. I would go as far as saying the experience was quite nice. But then after that it went downhill pretty fast. The service department is poorly managed, I am being kind. Had to escalate to get stuff going. I got my car back without them attending to the issues I had reported. Next tried getting another appointment, was transferred from the service desk to an advisor with no context. The advisor and I both were wondering why the call was transferred. As I sit right now, I have spend big bucks buying a luxury car a couple months ago, and it has all sorts of issues, with no clear path to resolution.I would not recommend this dealership.

The service advisor I dealt with was not that friendly. I understand they are busy people with many customers to serve, but they often won t return phone calls, only reply texts after hours, and would absolutely not bother to explain anything when picking up my car. To be fair, their car maintenance/repair service is actually not bad (if price is not major concern when out of warranty), but I think a little more friendliness can be really helpful. I would probably never buy a car from this dealership again anyway.

I take my wife's car into Audi Burlingame for all of our service needs. They are always friendly and professional. Each staff member does a great job in making the whole service process very pleasurable. Audi Burlingame keeps their place spotless and very comfortable if you need to wait for your service to be completed. If not they can provide rides home.I would recommend bringing your Audi in for service at this location.

They had a customers car for 6 weeks. When car was returned, something was left loose in the suspension. Very dangerous in my opinion. Customers was very very upset. I lost trust in the repair department at this dealership.
