Wow I was impressed at how quick and easy it was to get my car bumper repaired here. The staff was great at going over the process, providing the estimate and contacting me on the progress of the repair via text and phone. My car was repaired much earlier than expected, (three business days!) When I went to pick up my car not only was the bumper fixed perfectly, I noticed that they even washed and vacuumed my car, it was such a great touch. Definitely recommend Victory Auto Body if you need to get your car repaired.

Wow. They did an amazing job on my Ford 150. Worked with Mike and he was an absolute gentleman. From start to finish the process was very smooth. They re shop was top notch. I could tell as soon as I drove in because everything was so clean and orderly.They arranged shuttle service to the rental car agency. They sent updates during every step of the process until the truck was ready for pick-up. They made the process so stress free. My truck looks brand new. Mike was so courteous and profesional. I m so happy I chose this shop for my repairs! I own a Mazda Miata M-X5. I sadly got into a little finder bender, and was super stressed out about the repair process. The staff at V.A.B are kind and professional. They re also cool to talk to. The pricing seemed fair. The repairs were quick, and they were very helpful with assisting me with my rental car.I m going to start slowing down because I don t want to have to get anymore repairs done, God forbid, but if I have to I ll be going back to V.A.B. I highly recommend this shop for anyone with a Mazda. They replaced everything with the dealership parts. I m very satisfied with the work they ve done.

I just picked up my 2017 CRV and it looked like a brand new automobile. It was practically as clean as a brand new one. Some small scratches that were there before the accident are gone and it was very clean and shiny. I'm very glad to know that there is such a great body shop so close to me.

Had to bring my car in to be repaired after getting hit from behind. They did very good work and were super easy to deal with. Very friendly and professional. Victory Auto Body does excellent repairs.The office and staff were extremely helpful. My truck was damaged, and after completing repairs you could not tell it was damaged at all. Beautiful workmanship and the PAINT MATCHED !! I had the strangest and weirdly most pleasant experience with victory auto body. I took my car in for windshield and roof repairs at the recommendation of my insurance company. It took a while for them to replace the roof and windshield, but they were really kind every step of the way, from communication to scheduling to answering any questions I had (Jonathan is a great guy!). The two brothers helping me out, Harut & Karo, were also awesome.When I got my car back, I noticed there was other cosmetic damage to completly different parts of the car. Needless to say I was furious, but I contacted my Insurance and brought it back to Victory autobody the following week. One of the two amazing brothers that works there, Karo, was really upset and super apologetic. He said this wasn't the kind of work they do, which my insurance agent had also said. He said they'd take care of it and to not worry at all. After about a week they replaced a window, inner panels, buffed out scuffs, and touched up everything. At no extra cost, and with nothing but smiles.This place is really fantastic and while I had a bit of a weird experience up front I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. They stand by their work and it's no wonder they have such a high customer rating.

The repair looks fantastic! My car looks brand new, I was so surprised. All the employees I interacted with were very nice. I like the texting service they had that would text me updates on my car. Definitely would come back if I need repairs!

Victory Auto Body is my bodyshop of choice. This is the second time I have trusted them with taking care of my vehicle and they have exceeded my expectations. Previously, it was for a minor repair, but this time, I brought my vehicle in for multiple repairs on 3 of my 4 doors (dents, scratches, etc). After a few weeks of repairs, my car as a whole looks just as beautiful as the day I purchased it 5 years ago. The team is excellent and very thorough. They did a fantastic job and seem to genuinely care about their work and their relationship with their customers. I will trust them to handle my vehicle again in the future and will be recommending them to others.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got rear ended and it smashed in my rear bumper. Victory Auto Body was wonderful. They did such a good job and even washed the car when they were finished! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. I am really glad I chose to have Victory Auto Body (VAB) to fix our vehicle. From the moment I made the call everything went perfect. My insurance gave me a list of body shops and VAB is by far the best. John helped from the very first time and accomodate us on a timely manner to bring the car to get the bumper fixed. When we brought the car John had an amazing customer service and Derek followed up with status of the repairs with awesome customer service as well. I really hope I do not need a body shop anytime soon but believe me when I say that VAB is amazing. I will not hesitate to bring my car again if I need their services. Thank you John, Derek and staff, you guys rock!!!

Replaced my bumper. Took longer than I expected, as they were busy. But they keep in touch with you, every step of the way. Great customer service! My car was returned completely cleaned on the inside and outside. That was a great surprise. My new bumper made my car car look brand new again!

I called in because we had our catalytic converter stolen from our car and our insurance (who has a contract with this shop) refers them to us. When I called they were very helpful and wanted to set up an appointment to check out the damage done. They even told us that the part was out of stock and we would most likely have to wait from 2 to 3 months. We thought that was fine just because we needed to get the ball rolling on the repair. After talking to the insurance rep at the shop and looking at what the policy was going to cover, they just blatantly told us that they weren't going to do the job. Almost as if they weren't satisfied with the pay they would get from the insurance. The guy I spoke to even went as far as to tell me that the shop "Doesn't like to do those kinds of jobs". I was really hoping to work with them since we need our car. Too bad this had to happen. Hope this helps anyone in a similar situation.Edit: this is the place I called. The one on Magnolia. I'm not sure how the owner would just assume I called the wrong place.

A large tree branch fell on my car on Labor Day. Mercury had me take it in to Victory Auto Body. Other family members have used them so I felt confident that they would do a good job. I have nothing but good things to say. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the time it was done, excellent service and communication. I always spoke with Mike; he is so professional and friendly. I got regular updates by email and text letting me know how it was coming along, and it was done a few days before their estimate. And the repairs look beautiful (just wish the rest of my vehicle looked as nice now!). Would definitely use them again if I am ever in need of similar work.I also got my vehicle back cleaner than when I took it in, and I noticed that since they had to paint most of the right side of my van, they filled in a few chips that were on my hood as a bonus. I could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism that I experienced at Victory Auto Body. Communication was excellent. Workmanship was excellent. And the work was completed ahead of schedule. Having to deal with a damaged vehicle is never fun but these guys made the entire experience an overall positive one! Never use this shop Very bad service Mike was so aggressive on the phone. And unprofessional guy.I took my car to this place to get fix after the somebody hit me. They fix the body but they didn t make sure that the vehicle wasn t have any mechanical problems. So after almost one month there, they call that the car is ready to pick up, but a week later the check engine light came on. So I call them again and they check my car and order the part that it needs to fix. They said that they will call me when they have the partAfter many call from me to ask them for the part to get my car fix (a month ) they said that I can bring the car to the shop and it s going to be a couple hours to get fix. I left the car thereThey took almost 3 days to get fix. So I lost 2 days of work that nobody is going to pay me because Mike said that is not his problem. Even when He said that is going to be only for couple hours to get fix. DON T USE THIS SHOP IF YOU DON T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!!Service: Body & Trim

Best Auto Body shop in California!!!! I am very particular and did my research for auto body shops. Victory Auto Body in Burbank had so many great reviews so I chose them and I am beyond grateful I did. Mike and his team are phenomenal!! Top notch quality of work, very honest, professional, fast and friendly service (they treat you like family). Everyone there is always friendly and happy to help you. They kept me informed of the progress every step of the way which I reallly appreciated. My car came out looking and running better than new. Best experience with a body shop! I was merged into by another driver who accepted responsibility (shocking) and went to a couple of different body shops. Of course, all were annoying and one even stated he needed to keep my car for 15 days without even seeing it in person- the gall! I decided to go with Victory after meeting with Michael. He was straightforward and honest. I dropped my car off the next day (Saturday) and they started working on my car right away. It was ready and PERFECT by that Friday, as promised. I was kept informed of the work and progress all throughout, which I greatly appreciated. This was my second visit to a body shop and I went to a family friend prior and had to take it back as they screwed it up royally- I wish I knew of Victory before as it would have been evident that they would have gotten it right the first time. Great Job, great service, don't hesitate- they are awesome.Service: Painting

I have worked in the City of Burbank for many years. I have known about Victory Auto Body for a couple of decades now. Well, I finally needed their service WOW What great service I received!I took my poor broken vehicle to them after being a victim of a hit and run on the freeway. I gave them my vehicle and I was assured they would take care of it. They did ! ! !They worked directly with my insurance company and received all the approval needed for the repair. They worked hard for me and assured that my vehicle would be good as new. When I received a call telling me my vehicle was ready, I was excited. I arrived and saw all the repairs were completed and my vehicle was clean and shiny.I am very happy with the work done and the care given to both me and my vehicle.I highly recommend anyone to use Victory Auto Body, you will be glad you did
