From my experience, maybe service can improve off of this.Bought a new car in 2022. In the first year (less than) I had taken it in for service 7 times for things like (screenshot of visits)-Front motor replacement (pretty big one)-Seat adjustments and replacement (no biggie, took em twice or more to fix and replace).-rhythmic squeaking upon roll/slow drive, and loud squeak every shift to park in stationary position. (Did not fix or cover and 7th visit)The last one really caught me off guard, the reason for them denying any fixes (still under warranty) for me (screen shot) was because they claimed I or somebody else tampered with the breaks or calipers etc. Okay... As if I have all the time in the world to see you 7 times, and then see someone else, when my car is covered through you. Seems like a big lack of accountability on someone s part. Just my two cents. Yes I denied the repair, the invoice showed $500+ bill for a (im not kidding) 20 dollar part literally. Also I known I cant prove the wheel damage done to my front rim after one of the 7 services I've had. However I can prove that they have been negligent when dealing with cars. Heres two other separate instances of mine.1 they drove my car to the offsite lot after completing service (normal for pickup) and somehow missed connecting the driver seat seatbelt all the way there? I had to call tesla to make sure I secured it correctly before driving off. Maybe thats when they damaged the wheel, and I was more concerned about my safety rather than any physical damage. Maybe.2 upon another service pickup, service announcedMy car ready for pickup in the AM at the offsite location again. So late that same day, I went to the offsite location to see my car not to be found. Checked the app to see my car was still at the Dealership which was closed. This is how they left my car when I picked it up at 10pm at the dealership, the same day after they stated it was ready for pickup. (Time stamps)Hope this has been a good learning experience for you, as it has been for me.-Adrian

Tesla team is not supportive at all. I have been going through the process to return the lease and get a new car. It s another story of the process that is a huge mass and it looks like the right hand doesn t know what the left is doing, different departments that are not connected At All. When I returned my old car at Tesla Burbank I got promised that my car would have an inspection and I just need to return the keys and left the car there, also i signed a document that I m not responsible for this car anymore but next day I got a call from an inspection department about my car keys that they got lost. Besides the keys I realized that my old car is still under my account and I m responsible for the monthly payments. To call Tesla was not an option I just came to Tesla Burbank service and it was the same story- nobody knows what happened to my previous lease. It seems workers there act like they sell just hamburgers in the coffee shop. It s very very sad that a great Tesla car concept has a very poor service (online /offline) support!

Don't work for this company. Their good to you while working for them. But when you decide to leave, they won't pay you what your owed. Just got the run around and told so and so will call. So and so never calls and now I have to get a lawyer involved to get what's owed to me. Thanks Elon for screwing over the little man in your company. I'll never recommend tesla to anyone.

Sam was very helpful in assessing the situation with my car, provided me clear expectations and got the job done. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

This is the best Tesla anywhere. Leo the manager of Tesla Burbank was extremely knowledgable, helpful and completely blew us away with his care and attention to detail. I met Leo while dropping off my car at the off site lot when I had an issue with my key, he saved the day and then allowed us to caravan with him back to the center. Not all Tesla service center s are like this the only issue is I wish I could have provided this feedback in app, and I m still trying to (for some reason the feedback page disappeared?!) it truly was the best Tesla experience of my life, all issues resolved so quickly and to perfection anyways, go here for any Tesla service needs because of Leo.

Today, I was pleasantly surprised at the immaculate hospitality~ This is the first time fixing my tire DIDNT cost an arm and a leg. I drove 55 minutes to get here because it was the closest location open on Sunday. My advisor was Luis, who had the tire inspected. He then explained what was going on and that there was an easy fix. I did not need a new tire, not even a patch! He saved me hundreds and I can t thank him enough for being honest to me. I recommend and would gladly make the drive to get my Tesla serviced by Luis and this location again!Service: Auto tire replacement

Easy walk through nice neighborhood from the Metrolink station. Repair was done right the first time. The only thing keeping them from getting 5 stars is the poor communication regarding the status of the repair. It's kind of chaotic at the service center.

I was very disappointed in the delivery experience on 6/10/23. Drove from Orange County to take delivery of my car and there was a huge impact crack on the glass roof. I was told that I would have to bring my car back to Burbank to be repaired or I could handle it myself at a Tesla dealership close to my home. The staff shrugged off the crack like it was nothing and didn't seem to care about my time being wasted trying to rectify a problem that they should have caught when inspecting the vehicle at the time it was received at the dealership and before they delivered the car to me.I made several attempts to contact the Sales Manager, but have not received a response, which does not surprise me based on the poor delivery experience.I attempted several times to address the issue with the dealership to no avail.I was especially disappointed because the entire Internet purchase process was well-orchestrated, seamless and very fast. I expected nothing less than the same experience on delivery day.

Horrible center. This center is not like the normal kind of service you can get from Tesla. My service center I go to is in the Bay Area. I was staying in Burbank for couple days and had broken my windshield driving in rain coming to LA. Scheduled a repair and like usual I got the estimate for approval of $475 in the app which is lower than my deductible. I accepted the estimate and scheduled it. The repair tech was great even took my car to shop as it was raining hard. After the repair, another estimate comes in my app to approve and pay which was $1,000 more than initial estimate. They had replaced a windshield and a sensor for total of $1,4000, even the windshield cost had gone up to $900. I asked them to explain why, the conversation ended up with one response and that was the automated estimate was wrong and that they did not have time to get in and update it before the device was done. Well this is all good and dandy, I have never been to a service center that replaces items in your car before letting customer know of the part needed and wait for your approval before proceeding. This place has employees that are fraud and are ruining the Tesla customer experience. They end up charging the total amount on the CC on file where I never approved the final estimate.

This location is HORRIBLE!!! The manager Joe Hill is extremely unprofessional, misleading and untruthful. There is also a service tech named Nelson that was once an excellent point of contact but now has become very short and evasive. I took my car there to have a repair and was told that screws were missing from a third party repair to which I informed them that no one worked on the car other than them to repair a drive unit motor under warranty. After that conversation I received an estimate for $5,000 then another for $7,000 to have them explain that they didn t know exactly what the issue was and they advised a process of elimination with my money! This service center stole a tire pump, Model X car cover and a car charger from my car while it was in their possession. Also, be very aware that they park your car at the Burbank shopping center after it is repaired without your permission and there are homeless people walking through the lot at night trying to get into cars in addition to people racing cars in the lot after hours. This location is HORRIBLE! I am in the process of trying to find a remedy to rectify my concerns but wanted to take the time to spare someone the grief I experienced if you read reviews. Try another LA area service center. This one is Bad!!!

WORST SERVICE CENTER. I ve had multiple issues over the years with this service center. Today they just crossed the line. I had a glass replacement appointment set for over 2 weeks and when I show up they told me 2 things, that I needed to pay out of pocket for my glass replacement (even though I have it through Tesla insurance and i should only pay my deductible) and that they couldn t provide any transportation for the day. I told them I had called Tesla insurance and that they had assured me that I only had to pay my deductible. They said that they had no way of verifying this (they had 2 weeks to get everything ready so when the customer walks in, they had everything ready, but no, they make their customers deal with whatever problem they have on the day of the appointment) so I HAD to call Tesla myself and verify this with them on the line and push my appointment back for another 2 weeks they said. I called Tesla insurance and they told them I was right, then they apologized . All of this took about 1 hour of my time when it could be been easily avoided if they had done their job right. In the middle of all of this another customer came in for a glass replacement as well and they told the customer that they couldn t provide any transportation the same way they had told me. The customer then complains in front of me and they COME BACK and GIVE him a loaner car for the day. I went and told the employee how that s so messed up, picking and choosing the customers they give the cars to, that s literal discrimination. The manager came out and backed them up. Horrible experience, they re all so used to treat people like s**t. Skip this service center if you can, maybe they ll change the way they work or they close it down.Service: Auto glass repair

From the beginning I got conflicting instructions. Very rude and irresponsible response to my question and request. Oliver, one of the service technicians ignored my email and did even respond to my request. And at the end they forgot to leave my Key card in the car and had to make an extra trip to get it.Taking my car to a different location to do the job they did poorly.Been to other locations, and never had such back experience with Tesla. Way below other service center locations standards.

This was my 4th visit to different TSCs.Technician Francisco is the best man who knows how to properly diagnose and fix Tesla vehicles, thanks to his accumulated many years of experience and truely sincere heart to help customer feeling the suffering of the customer due to annoying noises not knowing where exactly is coming from.OMG, Thank God... My problem was fixed today. When other technicians said," I can not hear it, Can not be replicated. Nothing is wrong with your car, This is all normal", even when my son was telling me I hear metal knocking.... driving me crazy... Technician named Francisco from TSC Burbank, CA who had 9 years with Tesla, fixed mine. He is my hero. I do not know how greatful I am. 1 million thanks to Francisco. Not only he fixed it, but he explained what the problems were kindly and how he fixed it in detail. I really appreciate what he did for me. He was the only tech who explained so kindly in detail spending time for the customer. It had everything to do with hatchback door. 9 years of experience. That is what it takes to diagnose correctly first and actually fix it.Elon Musk should hire him as quality control advisor in corporate level to prevent unnecessary service visits from customers, improve customer satisfaction level and save tone of money.Bottomline, I am very happy now. I can sleep better now Thank you Francisco. You are the best!!

Great experience getting service here. Car died and needed 12V battery replacement. Got an appointment on the app same day at 7pm, and they took care of it very quickly. The check-in and pick-up processes were super easy. Their location is also great, a minute from Hwy. 134.

They know what they are doing and want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. All visits have been under warranty. We'll if that changes post warranty.

Absolutely unprofessional employees work in this location. They do not know what they are selling and know only two words: schedule and appointment. There is nothing in stock and they do not understand the parts that they sell. After the repair of the car, they write a solid lie in the documents. They take money for one thing and in fact they disassemble something completely different. But the worst thing is that they can't properly assemble the disassembled. From their assembly, something that they allegedly did not even touch begins to scrape. I always have to rework them. There is a feeling that Tesla does not train its employees at all. What's $240 an hour for when your hands are growing out of the wrong place? After visiting this location, there is no desire to return.

Oliver, the manager today was so rude and racist. He constantly cut me off when I tried to explain my multiple issues with the car. He never sympathized with me as a customer or tried to resolve my car issues. Does he talk to the white clients like this?? Terrible customer service.

Tesla service, in without an appointment irreparable nail in tire. Took us right away. Why don't we have tweels yet? That would have saved us $450. Continentals are expensive. Great tires though. Anyway great service experience.

I had a great experience here! Highly recommend this Tesla service center over the Pomona one (it s horrible, I d rather drive an extra 45 minutes to Burbank than go there). I was able to get an appointment within an hour of my error message and they fixed it within 1.5 hours. There s a lot of things in the area like Starbucks and restaurants to kill some time. They also actually answer their phones compared to Pomona office which goes to voicemail every time. The only downside is their waiting area is weak - no water or coffee and their excuse is Covid even though everyone is walking around without masks.

They truly lack of Quality in cars and services 99.9% of the time they want to go on a test drive with the customer so they can put the customer at ease because they cannot fix all of the glitches and problems especially glitches with windshield wipers and things like that battery always drains and you don't even get the correct mileage not recommended Lucid Motors is much better

Not the most glamorous of service centers but I have to give credit to the hard working team of service technicians working late into the night to resolve issues. Everyone I interacted with was nice to deal with.
