their driver was drunk and hit my brand new car with a van. they promised to pay for it but they lied now I have to take them to court. Dishonest aholes avoid them and the headache that comes with doing business with them

I can not say enough great things about this shop. Alexis and his team at Pep Boys are exceptional, caring, kind and honest! They assessed my car, treated me really well, work extremely hard, communicated every step of the way, and appreciated my business.The services I got was an oil change and work on my brakes that I did not even know needed fixing. Now, my car drives great and I have peace of mind that my brakes were done!As a woman, I did not feel like they took advantage of me and Alexis listened to financial situation too which is a plus.Call Alexis now and schedule your next service!!! Alexis is amazing!!! They all deserve outstanding recognition for all the hard work and attentiveness they do on a daily basis to ensure ppl s car and safety is a number one priority.Pep Boys is extremely lucky to have employees like they do at the Burbank store!

Great service. We got our tire repaired, and they sent us on our way in record time. The manager also waved us off with no charge. They were pretty busy, too. I really appreciated the complementary service. Bring your vehicle into Pep Boys. They will treat you right!

The wait time wasn't long. The front office staff and mechanics were pleasant and professional in conduct. Thank you for your honesty and service. I'll return to this Burbank location even though it's farther from my area.

Had an emergency flat fix and needed to get in and out fast. Andy was super helpful and knowledgeable! Got me in and out in 30 mins. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment at 8:15 a.m at Pep Boys 254 s west Olive today in Burbank, Ca for change front tires, Person at desk front very polite I filled some paper work they took my car at 8:30 a.m, around 9:40 they finished with my car. Very good job and fast. They also suggested me to change back tires as soon as possible. Safety first.

Break pads were squeaking and I couldn t miss work. Set up an appointment, left the car, called and texted me with updates. Once done, paid and picked up the car. Everything was so convenient. Staff that checked my car out was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Pep Boys did a great job of servicing our 2003 Toyota Camry. We needed to replace a gasket that was leaking oil. Brakes were also not working properly. It turned out that we just needed new brake fluid. We were not upsold on any service we did not need and service representatives advised us on a good service schedule for our old vehicle. We will definitely be going back to Pep Boys for service in the future.

Went in on Sunday afternoon and Daniel went above and beyond to help me with what I needed for the splash cover on my car. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will coming to Pep Boys because of him. Thank you Daniel!!! You the man!!!!

I used to value the service provided at this place but my recent experience has changed that 180 degrees. I had an appointment at 8 AM. When I arrived the place was closed and didn't get open until 45 minutes later (waiting 45 minutes at the parking lot in cold weather). The person behind the desk offered no explanation for lateness. After 1,5 hour wait for my car to get done, I finally got up and went to the desk to inquire about my car and then I noticed my car sitting outside. I asked the desk person why they didn't tell me that my car is ready for pickup; they responded that they "didn't know". In the email report about my car inspection it was a mention about a dirty cabin filter; however when I asked about this, the advisor was not able to give me any details or advise when replacement will be needed, etc.

I had some free time in my schedule and called to see if any appointments for an oil change and wiper replacement were available. The man who answered the call was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the different types of oil and services provided. Several hours later I was on my way. The experience was a perfect 10 out of 10 on all levels.

I took my car in for service twice 5000 mile intervals. I went to do an oil change at 3600ish miles because I'm going on a trip and only to realize that I don't believe the oil change was ever actually done. This is b s beyond b s. I'm never trusting that shop again.

Been going to Pep Boys since 2003 probably before that and been a loyal customer for a LONG TIME!!!! Trust their service and they stand behind their work. Definitely FIVE STARS from me.

Wow. I m impressed! Called yesterday and Art answered on the first ring. I made an appt for today because my check battery light went on. They took me early, checked out my system within a half hour and found out it was electrical, which they do not do. They did not charge a cent for doing the labor and diagnostics!! Who does that anymore! Friendly, fast, professional and trustworthy! I ll be back.

So the pep boys mechanics were connected on the side of the pep boys retailers. This was confusing when I showed up and asked someone about oil changes and they all just stared and said "you sure you called us cus we don't do maintenance. You probably want next door". That could've been conveyed a little better. Once I found the maintenance place I had no issues with the staff. They were all very coherent and present and nice and everything seems to be fine so I leave home while I wait for my car to get service which was said to take only an hour. So after 3 hours I assume that it's finished and they just didn't call me so I go down to the shop to go get my car and while I'm there I see that they're pulling my car into the areas to get serviced and I'm told that they got my paperwork mixed up with some other paperwork and my car was forgot about pretty much and they tell me that they're going to hurry and knock it out within the next 15 minutes and proceeded to do so but I still had to wait an extra 15 minutes on top of the 3-year 4 hours that I was waiting. And I admit that I might have been a little irritable when someone came right after I did to pick up her car and she took so long to do her thing and my car is literally sitting right in front of me and I'm waiting waiting waiting to get it paid for and this chick is just taking up more of my time but I got my car and everything was serviced perfectly so the actual work itself was done well but it shouldn't have taken 3 hours to do it not for an oil change. Also I'm not really the type to care for pander but I think in this situation a little bit of groveling or an apology or something would have been more appreciated

Thanks to Alexis at the front desk and his crew in the garage. Kudos to Pep Boy's for honoring a several years old lifetime wheel alignment. And Alexis gave me a very good quote on four new tires. No sales pressure while being highly informative. This shop has won me over! And that's not easy since I do nearly all my own mechanical stuff.

Amazing help and services by both Bryan J., and Alexis. Who went above a beyond their job descriptions to help eased any concerns, diagnosed, and fixed the issue faster than I d expected. Thank you so very much for your care, concerns, and making it comfortable for not only me but, the other customers who were waiting in line feel at ease, and taken care of. It really shows that you have an amazing team. This is why I m a repeat customer. Again, thank you so very much.

Terrible service, was told that my car will be ready in two hours, so I went back after two hours to pick the car up and the car was still at the same place where I parked, no work has been done on it. Also, I was asked to wait another hour, terrible service I guess their employees need to work on their time estimation skills!! If zero stars were possible I would have given it to them!!Also, another bad experience I had with this branch was about a year ado, when I wanted to do a brake pad inspection, as I walked in the guy at the welcome center was talking to his colleague, and him disrespectfully asked me to wait until he is done with his side conversation he was having with one of his colleagues. Don't go there it's just a waste of your time!!

Good service, it took a little while because they only had a couple of mechanics. I was helped by Alexis who is very helpful and friendly.Next time, will call the shop directly, rather than just making an appointment on line. You get an accurate estimate of how long the service will take.

Love the service here! They did a great job installing my new tires and then removed a nail from my tire (2 months later) for free. I so appreciate their kindness and service!
