Liz and the whole team are so great, kept me updated with what was going, and worked promptly on the car, and got it back to me. Even went above and beyond and fought insurance. Got the car back looking like it was fresh out the dealer. Overall, highly recommend and super grateful for Pazi.

I was referred to Pazi from A Tow driver after my accident . I was Initially very nervous as I have not been through this kind of scenario with my Car. Liz, Was a great communicator and kept me up as to what was going on with my car and the expected completion for my vehicle arrival back to me. I received my car and Everything looks Great! If you are looking for a great body shop look no further they will take care of your car.

Pazi is great! They fixed up my bumper real well after a crash. While the insurance of the car didn t want to pay to fix my headlight, the Pazi team took care of it with no problem at no extra charge. Highly recommend!

Started off on a great note. After my accident, I was told that I should take my car to get repaired here since they give first time customer discounts. The process was fairly smooth to get my car fixed and picked up. Upon going to pick up my car, there was a large scratch on the hood of my car that was not there when I dropped off my car to the shop. The man I spoke with told me that it was from the accident and my insurance would need to pay to fix it (He also said my insurance was informed of it and they refused to cover it). He recommended I send them the pictures of after the accident and a picture of the remaining scratch. Upon reviewing the pictures of my car upon drop off at the shop, there was no scratch. I was then informed upon contacting the shop again, that the scratch was because my car was "parked outside on the street". I have parked outside on the street durations of time as long as I have been driving, and have never gotten a scratch like that just from being parked outside. They fixed the scratch at no cost after I called them out, but this whole situation, and the dishonesty by the shop has soured me on doing future repairs here, and I will not go through them again.2/5 stars because the work that was done was adequate, but I cannot give them more than 2 stars because of what is outlined above.

It took them 10to15 minutes to send a flat bed. I wanna write this review to express my gratitude and appreciation to them. Legit company, honest crew, and they put my safety first. As kids our hero s are from comic books and movies but when you re an adult your super hero s become towing companies!

Pazi Performance Team was referred to me by Ray J after he customized his Ford Mustang Widebody. I loved the work so sent my Mercedes Benz SUV for repair after it was involved in a rollover. Had an issue with my Toyota Rav4 not starting after eating at a breakfast spot in Burbank. Thought it was the starter since it sounded like a grinding noise. After talking to insurance I was able to get a tow. The tow driver recommended Pazi instead since they were all affiliated, and I've had great service overall.It's pretty much one-stop shop. From towing, collision repair, maintenance they do everything. The guys there were easy to get along with and mainly they tell you straight up the issues and costs depending on what you would like so I appreciate that. Ended up getting my battery replaced, new all-season tires, alignment and brake pads just in time for a holiday road trip.The car has been running great ever since then, especially in all in this inclement weather.

My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. They gave me a time and date, and delivered on their promise. They fixed every issue (windshield had a large crack), as well as rock dents and a large dent and discoloration on the driver's door. They matched the paint pefectly and even detailed my vehicle before I picked it up.

David and the guys at PAZI are great. Helped me out with my Quicksilver full exhaust install and were able to take me in with short notice and knock it out of the park. Will be seeing these guys again!

The staff at Pazi very polite and professional. Better yet, their servcie was top notch. After a hit-and-run incident that left my car dented and scratched, it now appears as if I just left the car dealer.
