After being involved in a car accident, we were recommended by a family member to take our car to Legacy Collision Center in Burbank to have it fixed.The management and employees were super friendly and very experienced in their field of work.AJ the General manager kept me informed throughout the entire process of the vehicle repair by sending me updates about the progress made.We were shocked how fast and neat of a job the Legacy Collision Center repair team achieved. No regrets! We are very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of Legacy Collision Center. My wife s Z4 BMW got whacked in a hit & run while it was parked at work. Not a nice surprise after a 10 hour work shift. Since the driver was not identified we had to pay the deductible to get the damage repaired and I wanted to make sure the repairs were done right the first time, (unlike my last experience with the insurance company s in network recommended repair shop that took three attempts on my truck and 3 weeks to get it somewhere close to right). Legacy Collision Center came highly recommended by a friend who had his late model Maserati repaired there. These guys are top-notch. AJ reviewed my insurance company s Estimate by Photo and immediately noticed that they did not include some pretty basic things like blending the paint on the door to make sure it matched the paint of the repaired fender, and a misalignment of the fender panel with bumper (damaged support bracket?) upon first glance of the car. AJ is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to give us a complete explanation of what needed to be done and kept us informed of his progress as he worked with the insurance company to get the additional work covered and completed. He responded to our texts very quickly during the process and kept the process moving smoothly for a truly no-hassle experience. The car looks great and pricing was extremely fair. This is not an experience anybody wants to go through but AJ and the Legacy Collision Center crew made it about as painless as I could have ever imagined. Like I said TOP-notch!

I can t thank AJ and Legacy Collision enough. My 2016 Mustang looks better now then it did when I bought it off the showroom floor. You would never be able to tell it was in a collision. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

So far the best body shop I've ever been to. AJ is very honest, helpful and very detailed when describing the repair process. I was updated on the progress which wasn't the case with any other body shop I've been to. Not only I got my car repaired but it looks as if it came straight from the factory! This shop is also very organized and clean where other shops I've been to looked like a junk jard compared to Legacy body shop. AJ is a perfectionist so you can rest assured you'll get the best results with his body shop!

I got my Lexus repaired here TWICE and it looks absolutely perfect. I was so nervous especially since my car is a very specific color but Legacy did such an amazing job that I had to go back there again! If you want fast quality work then look non further! Only place I will trust my car with!

The gents at Legacy Collisions Center were incredibly helpful and sweet! I came in on a Thursday, got a quote for smoothing and repainting my front bumper (discounts for Costco members!) and they said I could drop off the car that next Monday and pick it up the following Thursday. Super punctual and when I arrived to pick it up my car was DETAILED INSIDE AND OUT the tires were shiny as heck and they gave me a cute mug!! I went to a few place for quote and it wasn't just that they gave me the best quote but I felt like I was in a superior quality shop. I've had work done over the years on various cars and these guys were meticulous with the repair and the customer service! I'm very happy with the finished product and picking up my car which had been been detailed in and out was a suprise I wasn't expecting! My ride looks brand new! While I hope I won't need to return for body work, I certainly will go back here should the need arise! Highly recommend!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are amazing. I was in an accident, and the insurance company (Farmers Insurance) absolutely scammed me and misrepresented the type of insurance their client had. Vasch over at Legacy Collision Center gave me really good advice about how to handle it, and also worked with me on the financial end to make it work. They repaired my beloved Subaru Outback fast and professionally, using all manufacturer parts, and it came out looking fantastic. I have now driven it for a week, and it drives perfectly. There was some pretty bad suspension damage from the wreck, but you would never know from driving the car now. A++ in customer service, quality of work, and professionalism. This has been the best service I ve ever gotten at a body shop.

Vatch at Legacy Collision was tremendous. I went to them last week after an accident and was very nervous but they gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. After ordering the parts, they were very awesome at communicating and coordinating a time for me to come and get it done. When that appointment came around it was very fast! I was in a car accident and was referred to Ashot at Legacy Collision Center. I can not stress how my much help I got from him. He went above and beyond expectations. Had a minor issue with the rental company but he immediately helped me get in touch with Midway Rental. Thinking it would take a good 3-4 weeks for my car to get fixed as insurance paid for the repair, I got a call from Ashot exactly 1 week that my car was ready. Exceptional service and very friendly. Even gave me a few pointers on how to fix a few issue my car had not related to the accident. I highly recommend this place without a doubt!

This is by far my best experience with an auto body shop ever. AJ and his staff are friendly and extremely professional. My car was fixed, washed and sitting pretty when I arrived to pick it up. They communicated with the insurance company and handled everything. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I have found my go to shop for ALL my auto body and paint needs.

My car was hit by a truck while it was parked on the street and the entire front of the car was damaged including light, bumper, and the front grill. I was recommended to take the car to Legacy Collision Center. Not only they fixed the car with all new parts and made it look like brand new car, they at the same time noticed an unrelated electrical issue which could have potentially lead to a car fire and they fixed the issue for no additional charge. I highly recommend this business!!

AJ and Vachik have been amazing to deal with. Honest, trustworthy, integrity, and smart are only a few ways to describe these guys. Not only did they do a good job repainting my car but they have exceptional customer service. The quality of the work is outstanding. The staff is top notch. I just wanted to thank you for taking our 2020 Toyota Prius Prime for repairs. The car looks beautiful, and the repairs are invisible.I will recommend Legacy Collision Center Auto Body in Burbank without any doubt.

I was rear ended and needed my rear bumper, tail light, and some structural work and I have to say its hard to find a good bodyshop you can trust with your car. I was referred here by a close friend, and can definitely say it was the best decision I have ever made. Thank you to Ashot for helping me, he answered all of my questions very quickly and gave me an eta of a week to fix my car. Not only did he finish the car sooner than expected (4 days), he also did a perfect and spotless repair. Made my car look like it just came off the lot. Don't look anywhere else and give them a call.

These guys truly understand the definition of "professional". This is by far the cleanest and most organized shop I have been to, it puts some people's homes to shame. AJ and Vick run a tight ship here, if you see dust on the floor is because they wanted it there.Legacy sets the bar pretty high on quality and professionalism. AJ is very personable and takes the time to actually listen, not just explain things. He always returns calls and answers questions, even repeated ones.I am very happy with the repairs to my truck and my wife's SUV.Thank you guys !

Hands down best body shop i have ever been too! This place is the cleanest shop i have ever seen.Managers AJ and Vick are real professionals and provided me with answers to all my questions, updated me during repairs.I really loved this shop. Well what can I say AJ and his TEAM did it again! I had taken my care a few months back to get fix and recently I had to take it again and let me just say my car came out looking brand new again ! Their work is just amazing. I highly recommend them !
