I am SO very pleased with my experience at J's Auto Clinic. I would, without, hesitation recommend my female friends to come here. VJ is great, he was very thorough in explaining what was going on with my car and what my options were. My old car is running great and they helped me create a workable plan to keep it that way. So thankful for this place. Thanks VJ and crew!

VJ at J s auto has been expertly servicing my family s cars for over 10 years. He is very reasonable on his pricing and explains what has to be fixed immediately and what doesn t. He has helped us keep 17 year old cars alive for 5 more years than they should have so I could hold on to my beloved car. His service is excellent and we will be going here for years to come.

Ive had my car serviced here two times, and each time has been a more positive experience than the last! VJ is a consummate professional, his prices are fair, and he's one of the rare human beings that goes above and beyond. They do really good work, are fast, and he will work with you.As a female, it's always been difficult for me to find trustworthy places to have my cars serviced. I've been going here for a couple years with my Toyota Corolla 2010, and I've had multiple larger maintenance issues fixed like replacing my radiator/battery/alternator and brakes. Each time,they've done a stellar job.While it's never *really* pleasant to dish out the big bucks on necessary repairs when your car gets up there in years, VJ makes it the most pleasant experience possible!

VJ was wonderful! I had water leaking on the floor of my car as well as a metal piece scraping the ground. He fixed it quickly and for a very fair price. I'll be going back if I have any car issues in the future. Thank you VJ!

VJ was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and kind. Checked my car thoroughly and was very straightforward with repair needs and very reasonable about prices. My car had been having issues for a while that I couldn't figure out - after he took it, I had my car back the next day better than ever!He came highly recommended by my housemates, who have had their cars maintained by J's over the last several years. I can see why, he's a pro!

Such a relief to find this shop! I moved to the area recently and was in need of a great mechanic. The stellar reviews led me here, and having had the work completed I can say they weren't wrong! VJ constantly kept me updated on the status of my vehicle... the pricing was totally reasonable, and the turnaround time was fantastic. Hopefully won't need more auto repair services in the near future... but if/when I do, I'm definitely going to bring it back to J's. Nothing better than finding a shop you trust.Service: Engine repair

Was quoted over $700 for a repair my car didn't need. When I asked how they knew this was the problem they told me they didn't know, and that we could continue installing parts until it was fixed. This is a fine shop for installing parts or oil changes, but not for diagnosing issues.

My car broke down on a Sunday and I had it towed to my hotel in Burbank. VJ was able to squeeze me in for a repair first thing Monday morning. He did a great job keeping me in the loop at every stage of the repair which allowed me to enjoy my vacation assured that my car was in good hands. Been to J s several times for emergency repairs over the past 6 months. Jack and VJ have both taken good care of me they re fair, honest, and friendly. As someone who doesn t know much about the mechanical workings of my car, there s tremendous value in feeling like the people I m working with are treating me and my vehicle with integrity. This shop has the best prices around for my 2009 Altima S and he is straight forward and honest and fair 100%. He has done my serpentine belt and transmission service and would recommend this shop to my mother. Would not think of going elsewhere. Give this shop a chance and you guaranteed will be back. I found my mechanic shop for any mechanical problem.Customer for life...

They fixed what was wrong with my car quickly and efficiently and at a good price. Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. So glad I live nearby, would highly recommend j's.

Friendly, courteous and safe environment from the second we pulled onto the lot. After having to leave our car overnight for two major repairs, the price was just as discussed, the repairs were 100% resolved, and the car was ready when promised. The next day, the repaired engine revealed ANOTHER issue; again, price made sense, complete discussion of the options was made and repair was done. Cannot recommend this place more emphatically. Great work, great folks.

Took my car here for repairs after having the local Chevy Dealership threaten my wallet with obscene repair costs.Jack was pleasant, attentive, and above all, honest. He showed me exactly what he did, old parts and all. J's Auto Clinic saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn't be happier with my service and I will absolutely be bringing my car back in for whatever it needs.

So happy my friend told me about this place! Jack is awesome and has done a lot of good work on my car. His prices are fair and he's honest. Once when coming to pick up my car, my wallet fell out of my purse at home and when I got there he let me take my car home and let me pay over the phone. That says a lot about him. He cares about his customers and wants to build a good, professional yet personal relationship. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

If you need a mechanic J's is great!Honest and quality work!I've been goin here for about 4 years and have nothing but good experiences.They take the time to explain if your car has a issue, what it is and how to resolve it.They'll also let you know if there is no issue.They do smog as well.10 out of ten from me.

I finally found a trusting mechanic !This place was amazing. I bought a used car and had a few issues off the bat. I knew I was going to have to put money into it, but was scared because I haven t found a trusting Mechanic.This place changed that. VJ was so super friendly and nice, explained what was wrong and how to fix it. The prices were fair, and the turn around was amazingly fast for me. The car is now driving like a dream and I m so happy I found a mechanic I can trust. VJ I m sorry it took me so long to write this, life s been busy but no excuse, you guys deserve all the love you re getting. The world is getting small, everything is a subscription and I never feel cared about,But when my cars got issues, at least I know with you, I m thought about and treated like family. Great shop. Fair prices, great work, and over all, trust and communication.

J s Auto Clinic is for sure the only place I trust when I leave my keys behind. The knowledge, skill, and overall labor they put into there customer vehicle work is no joke they have the best prices and it s always been a joy when I bring my car to get serviced.

My stomach turned when the "Check engine" light came on.I took my Chevy SUV to the Auto Clinic and was greeted with an honest smile by Varoosh and Jack. V did the diagnostic and found the new lockable gas cap to be the culprit of the problem.V changed the gas cap and all was well again. Jack remembered my name as he waved goodbye! Those guys are the real deal.Go and find out for yourself!

Jack was incredibly helpful. I had to take my Van to 3 different shops. Jack was the one who helped the most and actually fixed the problem. He also saved me a lot of money on the repair.I would refer anyone to go to J's Auto Clinic. Best mechanic I've been to in LA

I moved to Burbank in Feb. of last year and was so happy that I found this place to take both of my cars to. They have been so helpful every time I go there. They always go above and beyond to help you with whatever it is that you are needing.They are very professional and friendly and they always remember my name even If I hadn't been there in months. I would DEFINITELY recommend J'S Auto Clinic to everyone they will never do you wrong.

Jay's Auto has always been a good place to take your vehicle good prices excellent workmanship clean fast and his quotes on jobs is right on I've never known him to go over a couple times he has gone under once again is prices are good and he's fast what else can be said
