I searched 6 other shops before finding Nick at Garage 88. He was responsive by text and I felt comfortable enough to drive from Korea Town to here to have lift springs installed onto my rav4. He also gave me the best price by far!The car looks great and I am super satisfied with the work! Would definitely come back here.If you re looking for shop that is affordable, honest and provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend Garage 88.

I've been taking my Mercury Grand Marquis there for a couple of years. They are super nice, honest, and quick service. They guarantee their work for 2 yrs!! They worked on my air suspension, A/C, and fuel pump. Highly-qualified mechanic's.

I went into this shop to have a pre-purchase inspection done. I showed up early and they were great about seeing me in a timely manner. Had the inspection done and had a horrible experience with the seller of the car in the parking lot. The staff was super helpful and made sure I was able to find a ride home. They made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I went back a second time for another pre-purchase inspection and again I was early. They fit me in to their VERY busy schedule which was very much appreciated. This is a family run business with great customer service and mechanics that care about your car and your situation. I highly recommend this place!

The mechanics did a great job replacing the starter on our 2014 Mazda 3. They did a complete safety inspection. Nova was great. I thought there was a fault with a temperature sensor but it turned out to be a non-issue. He could have charged me for an un-needed replacement but he didn't. This will be our go-to auto repair place. Great work!

I scheduled an oil change and an overall operational inspection on my vehicle. They fit me in promptly and Tim explained everything they were going to perform when I dropped my car off and he followed through with those intentions. I was given a call in regards to suggested repairs that weren't discussed upon the drop-off prior to any work completed. The shop is professional, efficient, and maintains fair pricing for services. To say "This shop saved my bacon on many occasions", would be an understatement.This has been a tough time for many of us, and I was no exception. I am so happy with the service I have received here. Nova was absolutely amazing to work with. He gave me the best advice that was catered to my situation. They took really great care of my car. The crew here is amazing! The Shop manager Tim is always polite friendly and knowledgeable! Can somehow diagnose my vehicle with superior knowledge! And the boys Carlos and Frank always elbow deep in a car working away to get customers out in a time considerate manner! Wouldn't take my car or my families cars anywhere else!!!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but Nova and his team provided a great experience. I've struggled with getting fair and quality service at dealerships, so based on the reviews I tried out Garage 88. All of the issues I pointed out were taken care of, including a couple I knew about but had forgotten to mention. There were no upsells, no made up issues that added to the cost. I went to his garage for a reduced cost -oil change and returned for other services later. I mentioned having been told by big o tires that I needed an $ 900 repair to my rack and pinion steering. The manger took me through a series of checks that proved that repair was unnecessary, I left so happy to feel as if could trust the businesses integrity. I kept hearing a knocking noise in my Jeep Wrangler and took my car to Jeep to have it looked out. They weren t helpful at all and were charging me ridiculous prices. I called around and couldn t seem to find anyone who knew what I was talking about! I called Garage 88 and spoke to Nova and he knew right away what I was talking about! I dropped my car off same day and he was even able to help me save on things Jeep swore I needed repaired. My car no longer has that annoying ticking noise and drives so well! If any further issues happen with any of my vehicles I ll definitely be coming back! These guys were amazing! A+ for customer service!

Took my 2007 Sierra truck that was failing smog and they helped me get check engine light off and make necessary repairs to pass smog. I highly recommend them for your vehicles!!!!! Great communication and service.

These guys are good with older vehicles and newer. My go to place for an 86 ford ranger to be looked at and fixed! My other mechanic is cool but not great like these guys are. Recommend this place!

Turned in my car for minor mechanical problems, got those fixed and in exchange for more mechanical problems for other areas of my car s engine. What I thought was a good choice of a mechanic was a horrible choice.
